It cannot be determined at this time, or assumed that this response is the correct responseI have had more than one complaint filed in this matter, and over many months
and conversations nothing has been resolved with this escrow going back to the the assumption of the loan from Residential Credit Solutions and my original complaint about
the non- forfeiture to you of the final payment I made to them. Those cases are still open with the CFPB. Until this matter is clear, and the account properly credited with the
amounts stated or an explanation of this account is provided to me in a manner that makes numerical accounting sense, then I cannot drop this complaint w/o resolution

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
1. Seterus did not give me reason why Seterus has been calling my phone number asking for a different person's name
2. Seterus did not give me an answer to who actually owns the title on this property since they have messed up paperwork from day one I want to be sure everything is in order
3. Seterus did agree to resume the monthly account statements, however, this has happened in the past and then they stop sending the statements after months. I can only accept this case to be resolved after at least months of monthly statements continuing to be sent to us
