Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Seterus did not professionally satisfy or adequately answer the consumer in detailIn fact, on January 25th after numerous calls from the consumer on and before this date at exactly 1:PM EST, call lasting minutes and seconds, a Mr*** stated to consumer that" NO day late was being reported or would be reported." This after the fact that the Seterus organization had already reported to the credit bureaus. In fact, no call was placed or emailed to the consumer that Seterus's website was reporting an error to the consumerPlease have Seterus provide detailsConsumer has already stated that consumer records will be turned over to Fannie Mae and the Federal Consumer Protection BureauThis would include phone data and email data to support claim and noone from Seterus was reporting to consumer an error in their system.Please keep in mind that consumer was given again CONFIRMATION NUMBER from Seterus website that on November, 14, at 12:pm ESTFOR PAYMENT.Confirmation NUMBER WAS ***Consumer has received letters from Seterus, one dated March 7, from Michael ***, Consumer and Government Affairs with no mention of the dates and times Seterus was or attempted to correspond to me about their website "mistake and error." The other is dated April, 14, Again with no mention of their website error and a one line "apology" that a Mr*** and other members of Seterus had given consumer concerning incorrect information to this the accountConsumer can provide such documents if Revdex.com requests.Again as to why Seterus cannot give the Revdex.com a response as they are required and also to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and to Fannie Mae as it is being investigated as well.Regards,*** ***

I will be sending a fax Daft form from staples in a couple hours
I also wanted to let you know Seterus sent me a letter that had a fake name and number to contact Damian G*** ***He said it was the wrong number and hung up on meIn the letter it also states it sent me a signed copy of affidavit of short saleIt's not in the envelope and I never asked for itI have all my documents
Just wanted you to be awareLet me know if you need me to fax that letter to you as well

Seterus responded with a copy of the welcome packet that they sent me That was not the basis of my complaint I did not dispute that they sent me a welcome package The packet is useless as it contains no valid information as it only explains how to read a statement that I have not received, where to send a payment, and that they are now my lender
By law Seterus must send me a statement with my beginning balance within days of the transfer Seterus did not and as of today, June 17, I have not received any statements from Seterus I am now sending in my third payment (May, June, and July) without any invoice or information from them with the exception of a blank invoice (no amount due or anything) Apparently my payment has increased based on their confirmation of receipt that they provided only because I filed this complaint Other than that response, they have never even verified that I made any payments
As stated, I am not receiving a monthly statement or invoice It is up to me to remember to pay them each month and the payment as I am not receiving statement or invoices
I have not received information on changing my homeowners insurance over to them
I am not in agreement with my ending balance from ***, the lender that sold them my loan I overpaid *** on my escrow payment and they were to apply that money to my principal which did not happen There is also misapplied funds that *** did not address
