Another reminder stating information in the "second notice"  dated September 22, 2015 to Payment Research Department at Seterus a payment in the amount of $2,400.00 (two months mortgage payment $1152.00 plus extra) was processed from our [redacted] Account and delivered by March 4th to Seterus was not applied to our mortgage payments. A customer service rep, stated in one of the conversation that I as a customer need to state where my monies are applied to. Through conversations it is believed that part of the $1200.00 was put into escrow. I never received a confirmation on that. I requested in the September 22, 2015 letter for it be reviewed to assure where those dollars went. I expected it to be applied to our monthly payment so it would be current. Through the months of this 2015 year.. we are behind because of that. I too wonder as if it was applied to the escrow account, that balance to date should be a larger amount. In asking for explanations and reassurance of payments applied this issue also needs to be addressed. To date it has not been. Nor was it in the explanation that was delivered by second day delivery that Ms. Sharron B[redacted] sent.  I have attached both letters that were sent to Seterus for your reference. I am willing to forward any information or clarify any information I have sent to you for support. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Please note after we confirmed the desire to mediate through the Revdex.com, we received a phone call from Seterus telling us we had been approved for a mortgage modification. Our first payment is due May 1st, 2016. 
Thank you for keeping the complaint open all this time and for your assistance. If there is anyway you can let [redacted] B. know of the outcome, we would appreciate since she helped us with our situation. 
At this point , we consider the issue resolved.

Hello [redacted], I wanted to let you know we received a letter from Seterus in regards to our mortgage written by the same representative that sent the Revdex.com the response. However, the letter does not resolve the issue.It does not say they would give us the forbearance requested or lower payments. He even insists the payments they had outlined in the first documents they sent us in the summer are smaller then the "original"ones. This is not true if they mean the payments we were making to Chase before the loan was sold to Seterus.The new mailing has no amounts/numbers or due dates of any sort. Should we contact the representative ourselves? Can the Revdex.com continue with the complaint or do we need to open a new one?Please advise how to proceed.Thanks again for your help.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:    The response I received was superfulus BS.   Seterus started harassing me with two phone calls per day starting in July lasting a month.  I find it difficult to believe any organization can justify this kind constant harassment to anyone.  The third and the tenth of July I specifically asked that they stop and they continued.  It seems now that they are now initiateing a written campaign of harassment as since I received the letter about ending the phone calls, I receivedd a letter from Seterus every day!!  No one should be subjected to the antics of the organization.  If you have any ability to avoid them, do so at all costs.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Seterus, has NOT once called me from previous' complaints about the error with my "Escrow Account".  I have already called my State Attorney about their practices and their cover-up on why my escrow account appears to be in a NEGATIVE shortfall.  The company continues to blame my town officials when in fact it's their error.
I want this CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY! I WILL NOT accept anything other than it being corrected and apology letter for going through this hassle. Additionally, I have also contacted the local t.v station to let them know about their account practices.
