Seterus has already sent me a letter stating that they have wonderful customer service but they don't provide any statements or coupon books due to the status of the loan.  The loan when transferred was up to date as it is now.  Do you know a mortgage holder that can't even furnish a statement?

My complaint #[redacted] was resolved on 8/03/16. I received a phone call from Pam V[redacted] at Seterus informing me that my deed in lieu/mortgage release was approved, and I should expect papers to sign that will be sent to me via FedEx.  Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, mainly because Mrs. Sonya H[redacted] went above and beyond her duties on August 21st to provide me with the information I needed to send to the title company.  She looked on old systems, tried to contact several people to help me, my phone went dead and she even called my husbands phone to let me know that she had found exactly what we needed, it did not take her more than an hour contrary to my contacts before with other customer service persons  that took days and sent the incorrect information.  Short sale is in process and I appreciate Mrs.H[redacted] diligence.  I do understand that paper needs to be submitted, but I receive many letters requesting the information over and over.  Also the amount it takes the appraiser and others to contact my realtor after she has attempted many times to contact them when she needs information, this is where time passes and we have to start all over again.  If they will contact/reply back on time we did not need to submit paperwork many times.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, this is in response to the letter dated 12/28/2015 on the case ID [redacted] against Seterus Inc. It stated in the letter that their records (seterus), have been reviewed and the collateral address has been updated and I should allow 72 hours for it to be updated. As of this time the address has still not been updated. Just a heads-up.

Although, what UPS was still not what I requested was not what I fully wanted done. Although what I really wanted was on my online account a statement of my account. What shipped was a copy of my paper requesting the statements. In addition to what I requested on my call on January 24th was not faxed to me ever, which I was told would be done in 2 to 3 business days. I am satisfied at the moment., since I finally received what I needed and should have been receiving without all the hassle. I did not want to have to go through all this, but I guess it worked.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:In the correspondence from Mr. G[redacted] he states he declines to update the negative credit rating- and has given me no reassurance of my account being updated and corrected . I have attempted to contact Mr. G[redacted] and give him an opportunity to explain why my mortgage payment was placed in suspense - when I have NEVER been late with a payment- Mr. G[redacted] has not returned my call.
