I have no idea what Seterus is trying to accomplish. We have sent oursignatures already. We were never informed that the signatures had tobe on the same page. Seterus had ample time to inform us of thatrequirement (my signature was sent on September 15, 2015 and Linda'swas sent on October 16, 2015, no reference was made stating thesignatures needed to be on the same page). The ineptness ofSeterus isappalling. Find the "required" signatures enclosed.On September 4, 2015 Ms. B[redacted] sent a letter stating an error had beenmade and was being corrected. I guess taking "pride in offeringsuperior customer service" takes months to accomplish.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Seterus has had over a year to resolve this problem. Every correspondence with them has resulted in them denying we have an account with them, or to tell us they need more time. Both of these responses potentially could drag out the resolution indefinitely.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Seterus sent me a letter today which did not address any of my concerns. The letter just repeated what I had previously stated in my complaint with no resolution. They do not intend to release the insurance money to us. Also, it was not address what was happening with the interest that they have been collecting. They also added that when my property is inspected that they would charge 30.00 per inspection, which I had not previously been told. I was given a number ([redacted]) to contact Lora, she was the contact that had sent me the letter. The letter stated if I had any further questions I could contact her. I have tried to call her 3 times today. The phone just rang, then a message came on stating that the person you are trying to call is not available, please try you call later. There was no voice mail for me to leave a message.

I am rejecting this response:It is correct that we went through remodification on our home loan to lower the interest rate and our monthly payments. However, that does not make it fair to increase the balance of the loan from $112,000 in 2002 to $149,000 in 2017. In 2009, when we put our home up for sale and the balance on the loan back then was around $100,000. Please let us know if you are able to help us. We would like to pay off the full balance of the loan but we feel that the current balance is not correct.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:As previously stated on my last rejection...Seterus still has not given me the missing details of my escrow account and is failing to offer me any details on the transactions in my escrow account.  At this point, I don't know if my PMI or property taxes have even been paid.  Seterus also recently changed to to a coupon payment so that I no longer get statements.  It feels retaliatory since I started this complaint with the Revdex.com. I have also filed the consent with Seterus to accept paperless e-statements in July so I could still get some details on my accounts there, but I haven't heard anything back from them on that request.PS - Based on the last communication from the Revdex.com, I thought this case was moved to the closed pile since Seterus did not respond to my last rejection.  I hope that this update on the case means that it is moving back active since I really need the help to regain visibility of my money.Sincerely,[redacted]

Seterus sent us a generic apology letter with my name spelled incorrectly. I still can't access my online account to pay my bill
without being solicited for a new modification. Please continue to help me with my complaint. Attached is the authorization for
your office to communicate with Seterus on our behalf to assist with complaint.

I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they say the mortgage is paid off with the funds they received on May 29. I monitor my credit regularly since this issue began and all of the negative remarks and and late marks on my credit are still there. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have not received any monthly statements yet as promised in the letter from Seterus.
I will have to receive several statements month after month to be assured Seterus will make good on their response.
This is the second time I have had to file with the Revdex.com because Seterus did not follow through on the first complaint regarding monthly statements.Sincerely,[redacted]
