Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They didn't provide details on the charges.  Simply sent me a form letter with a name of the fee.  I would like the invoice from the fee and details that align with it.  You can't send a letter with simply stating this is what it is for, a copy of my deed and trust and assume that additional transparency and due diligence isn't warranted.  I would like the actual invoice from the 3rd party vendor that was used to perform the services.  Attached is a picture of the letter sent.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The response, in no way, addresses the issues and Seterus has failed to comply with my direct RESPA Request for specific information that could possibly confirm and verify once and for all, who the actual possessor/owner is!  This has been going on with nasty old Bank of America for nearly five years now and it is a commonly known fact that Bank of America passes on accounts they are trying to aggressively foreclose on the  try and rectify a basically empty file.  I hope you are aware of the recent 10th Circuit Court Ruling here in Colorado that is allowing the case to proceed against Bank of America and Urban Settlement Services for RACKETEERING CHARGES of which I am a victim of.  I have nearly 4 feet of proof to confirm this and Seterus is just being used as a pawn in this huge financial scandal.  The Courts are fast changing their approach to all this fraud that involves fabricated, forged, and phony documents used by Bank of America and all its affiliates and I will be adding Seterus to the list of co-conspirators in this very important ruling by the Colorado Courts.  Seterus already has a bad rating, so this is just confirmation of more of the same.

We feel that they a re still not honoring their original bill sent to us which is fraudulent on their part. Which is frustrating because now that means they could send us a bill at any time with any amount and expect us to know what we should pay with no communication. While they did forgo the late fee. There  is still the issue of not honoring their bill.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not really satisfactory to me. I wish other people out there do not have to go through what I have been through with this company. I still have not gotten a refund from them for paying loan off early. It should not take 76 days from payoff to receive letter from them to the court house. I was told they have 30 to 45 days from payoff or they are to get fined. I am not happy with this company and by looking at all the complaints of a lot of other people it is just a shame. I have been homeless since February 16, 2015 when our fire took place and we lost everything. So no I am not really satisfied with them. I am rejecting this response because: I have documents contradicting what [redacted] states in her response letter.  Chase did report to the agencies that they transferred/sold our loan to Fannie Mae.  1) Seterus acknowledged that they are servicing the loan on behalf of Fannie Mae in a letter dated Nov 8, 2016 (copy attached).  2) Additionally, on January 26, 2017 I faxed Seterus a copy of our credit report (confirmation copy attached) which states Chase transferred/sold our loan to Fannie Mae (page 5 of report attached).On December 2, 2016 (copy attached) Seterus sent us a letter confirming they "submitted a change to the major credit reporting agencies to show that our loan was paid in full on September 17, 2015".  As previously requested we would like Seterus to notify all credit reporting agencies that the loan was paid in full September 17, 2015.
