I ordered two shirts through Sevenly THREE MONTHS AGO. They had no

Problem charging my credit card yet I have yet to not only receive those shirts, but receive an answer from them. COUNTLESS emails have been sent and no response. At this point all I want is my money back because I have since moved while waiting for these shirts yet no response. I ordered the shirt benefiting Multiple sclerosis because I myself have it and now I deeply regret giving then my business.

Ordered two months ago and have nothing to show for it. They immediately charged me $50 for the shirt that I ordered, however. I contacted them and a week later got an automated bt response about them being back logged. And they didn't even address the fact that I asked them for a refund. Emailed again two weeks later and got the same exact response. Nobody answers their company phone. If they were that backlogged then maybe they shouldn't continue putting out new causes when all they do is rip people off.

My order took over 3 months to finally be shipped to me. I emailed support a couple times about it and only received the generic response that they had just changed suppliers.

I've ordered from them in the past with no troubles. Even after finally receiving my order, the quality of the product was poor and I emailed them again. After over a month, I finally received another generic response. I had asked if I could return my product for a refund but they did not respond to that part of my email.

I will NEVER order from them again! Instead I will seek out companies that give more than the $7/product towards the charity as there are some that do 100% of profits.

I placed an order with sevenly.org on November 27, 2015. My credit card was promptly charged on November 29, 2015. As of today ,January 27, 2016. I am still without the product I ordered from sevenly. I have contacted them several times requesting shipment date and update status. They will not respond except with a standardized email stating that thy are behind in shipment . It has been ten weeks that sevenly has taken my money but not provided the promised merchandise . I feel this is shameful for a organization to do this to customers. Sevenlys customer service is a disgrace. I feel they have taken my money with no intention on giving me my ordered product.

Sevenly has been experiencing fulfillment issues and therefore shipments have been delayed. I reached out to customer service multiple times and was assured that the package I ordered in August would be expedited, along with the one I ordered in October, by November 13th, 2015. Neither item has arrived yet, and I have contacted Sevenly via phone numerous times to express my concern, and not one representative has responded. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and do not plan to do business with this company any longer.

Great product and service experience. Our family is very grateful for all that Sevenly does!

Review: I placed an order on Oct. 12th valued at almost $200. I then filed two online requests for the status of my order on Nov. 5th and 10th. After not receiving a response, although their site says I would hear from them within 48 hours, I tried calling the phone number today multiple times and was only able to leave a voice mail message. I would like to know the status of my order, immediately. If not delivered within the week I will be cancelling my order as well as begin to let everyone I know online of my factual experience with this company.Desired Settlement: Order to appear on my doorstep immediately with a credit being given for the incredible awful customer service.

Review: On October 6, 2015, I ordered a tank - Hope Runs Deep for a Work Without Ovarian Cancer - size sm $29.99 + $4.99 shipping - total $34.98 (order #[redacted])I received a confirmation right after ordering the tank that said my order would be delayed and I could expect the order in 4 weeks. I needed the tank for a 10K on 10/11/15. The email indicated that if there was something in my order that needed to be changed to contact them within 12 hrs of placing the order. That email is dated 10/6/15@9:03 a.m.Immediately (10/6 @ 9:08 a.m.) I sent an email back at [email protected] telling them to cancel my order as clearly I would not get it on time. I expressed my dismay that the shipping delay was not noted prior to me placing an order. Later than same day on 10/6/15 I received an email from [redacted] telling them they were reviewing my inquiry and would respond to me shortly. My credit card was charged $34.98 for the item on 10/7/15.On 10/7@11:00 I sent an email to [email protected] telling them I saw my card was charged but I had requested that my order be cancelled. I received no response. On 10/8@9:10 a.m. I sent an email back to [email protected] asking for a response to my request to cancel the order. No response.I called on Friday 10/9 and again today 10/12 and received a voicemail saying they were busy and to leave a voicemail for them or to go the website and contact them via email. I am still not getting response and my card has not been credited.Desired Settlement: Refund my card immediately in the amount of $34.98.

Same as everyone else here. I received an email confirming my order was delayed on 12/21, but that my shirt would ship in 4 weeks. I emailed support on 1/28 letting them know that I hadn't received an email with shipping/tracking confirmation.

That's when I got an email from their support team on 2/3 saying that their new processing center had delayed a bunch of shipments and that I should expect my order within 5-15 days. Well....it's 3/8 and STILL no signs of my shirt.

I emailed their support team again, but alas this time no response. Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

STAY AWAY!!!

Placed an order in December, after paying received a small note stating they were having fulfillment issues and order may take up to 4 weeks to receive. I never received the item, even after 8 weeks of waiting. Sent two emails to company asking about my item and the only response I received was an automated email saying they were backlogged and would eventually get back to me, never did. I filed for a refund on my credit card, but I wonder how many people forget they even ordered and they get paid for doing nothing. Not sure they even have the products they advertise.

I ordered a shirt from them 3 months ago and am still waiting on it. I could actually handle this if I could get a response from them. There is no phone number and every email I send to them generates an automated response excusing their problem. I have no idea if I am receiving this shirt or not but I have paid for it months ago! I loved the idea of what their purpose is but I just cannot recommend this business to others. Beware!

Review: In September 2015, I ordered 2 separate orders from Sevenly.

Following the order, I received notification from them that there was a delay in the delivery process. In response, I contacted their customer service department to enquires about changing the delivery address as I was moving interstate and an international ordered meaning that I understood that the delivery process would take longer than someone on continental US.

I never received any response to this email until early December I received an automated email claiming my issue was resolved and then another saying the order had been dispatched to my old address (with which I have no contact).

I followed this up with a couple of emails to customer service with still no response except for automated responses.

This continued until I eventually commented on the Instagram page for sevenly, after which a customer service member checked my order and contacted me to send out the order. At the time I asked for confirmation of the changed address, received no confirmation and then was sent a dispatch email telling me the package had been sent to the wrong address. This meant that although I was eventually contacted, the issue was not looked at and was not resolved.

Since then (January), I have emailed 3 times with no response and I have continued to pursue comments on social media still with no response.

I am still waiting on:

a) contact from customer service.

b) fulfilment of 2 separate orders both dating back to September 2015.Desired Settlement: I actually really like the product and would like some contact from the business to reasonably contact me regarding the issue.

Reasonable contact for me means that they follow through the whole process rather than simply sending one email and then dumping the issue as has happened previously.

The only drawback is that you may experience another shipping delay as we are still getting caught up on order that were affected by our vendor issue late last year. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund for both of the orders that you didn't receive. Since the orders are older than 60 days then we will have to send a refund check in the mail. Through my investigation of your emails. you never stated your new mailing address. Will you please respond to this message with your new mailing address and let us know if you prefer to have a new order placed on your behalf or if you'd like a refund check for your missing orders. Review: I ordered a Sevenly shirt on 12/17/2015 and still haven't received it. I’ve sent at least 15+ emails asking for an update, tracking information, or even a refund, and all I have received is one generic response from a customer service representative. They stated, "All orders affected by the shipping delays are now in production at our new fulfillment partners" etc. and "Most of the delayed orders have already shipped. The remainder of the affected items will ship soon. Please note that our standard production times range from 5-15 business days". I responded immediately to the customer service representative and requested tracking information or a more detailed update on my order. Never in their email did they say anything about my order number and what to expect. It has now been 15 days since their last generic email and I haven’t received anything from them. I left one voicemail with them regarding my order as well and no one has called me back. At this point, all I want is my money back so it can go towards a better cause. They have robbed me of $40.18 and I never want to order from them again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the inconvenience I've received.

I placed and order on 12-1-15 and it's currently 2-1-16 and I still have not received my order or ever spoken with anyone after many phone calls and emails. Only a pre generated one regarding shipping delays. I'm very upset as the shirt was not cheap and this charity meant a lot to the person I was buying it for. I'm hoping I can get my money back.

Do not buy from this company. [redacted] beginning to think it is a scam company. I placed an order on December 6 and was notified that it would take 4 weeks to ship. That date came and went. I sent several messages with a response sometimes that said to have patience as they were back logged from the holidays. The other day I received 1 shirt (I ordered 2) and will be sending this back because for the price it is incredibly cheap cotton. I will never buy from this company again. You have to wonder with the way they are operating if this is a genuine company or a scam. I think the latter!

I ordered from this company over three months ago. They claim that part of sales go to charity. Do not purchase merchandise from this company. They charged my credit card at the time of purchase and never delivered the merchandise. I contact them numerous times requesting a refund. The do not respond to emails and there is no telephone number on their website. Worst experience I have ever had with a merchant.

Review: I purchased a shirt from this company for a birthday present for my sister. She thought that Sevenly was an amazing company! When I purchased the shirt, I paid extra for expedited shipping. I purchased the shirt on 2/18/16 and was promised that it would arrive on 2/25/16. That date came and went. I called, emailed, and left messages to Sevenly hoping to talk to someone so they could explain why I hadn't received my merchandise. It is now 3/18/16. I still have not received any response back besides an automatic email. I am extremely disappointed in this company for not following through with their promises. I would like a full refund for the merchandise, but I doubt I will get it. I placed an order on 9/11/155 for a single shirt. Sevenly told me it was was on a backorder of a "few weeks." Still sounded like I would get the shirt by early October.

In October after I inquired, Sevenly said my shirt would definitely be shipping on 11/27, in time for Christmas. Sevenly said it was rushing my order because of the long wait time. Time went by... Still no shirt.

On December 18 after I inquired, Sevenly said, "We are presently working hard to get all orders shipped (including Give Bags) prior to the holidays."

No dice. After I inquired on 12/23, I received a response six days later on 12/29, saying they were so sorry and my order would absolutely ship 1/8 and I'd receive a tracking number on that date. The service rep said, "I know you're probably skeptical after we have given you a false ship date in the past." Yep. But after waiting months, I decided to give them one final shot. At this point, what did I have to lose?

Of course, on 1/8, I did not receive a tracking number. I emailed on 1/9, and was told on 1/11 that due to their mistake, it wouldn't ship until 1/13. They also said they would be giving me a refund. They might send it. Or maybe they mean they'll "give" me a refund just like they'll "ship" me a shirt.

The shipping dates are getting nearer and nearer ("weeks" have turned to "days"), so at this point, I'm just curious to see if I ever get it. The other day my husband asked me what the shirt even was, that I was so excited to receive it. At this point, after 1/3 of a year has gone by, I can't even remember the design.
