I ordered a tee shirt on 8/31, I have never received it. The communication with this company sucks. They removed their phone number from the website. I have tried calling several times, a live person never answers, you leave a message and no one has ever called me back. There has been email communication only when I put bad reviews on blogs that are out there. I received an email from the company on 11/4 and the person ensured that my shirt would be shipped by 11/20. Haven't received it and still no communication from the company.

Review: I ordered a shirt from Sevenly.org 9/4/15, and I have yet to receive the shirt. I've sent multiple emails to the company with a promise of it being delivered and now, six months later, have yet to see the shirt. I've now asked them for my money back.Desired Settlement: I'd prefer the delivery of the order, but it appears the company does not know how to ship its goods, so a refund will work as well.

However, if you look at the tracking information, the USPS says that the order was in fact delivered on February 6. I placed an order that was charged to my account on January 28, 2016 which has never arrived. I have attempted to call Sevenly 3 times and email 4 times receiving the same recording and leaving messages each time with my contact information. There has not been one attempt to respond to me and explain the delay in receiving my order placed 8 weeks ago.

I ordered from Sevenly on September 13th. As of December 15th, I still had not received my order. I was promised a refund on shipping, which I never received. I was also promised that my order would ship December 1st, which it never did. I had to file a complaint through PayPal to receive my refund.

Review: I placed an order for $70.93 of Sevenly merchandise on December 24, 2015. Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to cancel my order, ask about my order, and express my frustration. There is no number to call for customer service, only an email address. I have emailed the company at least ten times asking for updates, information, and a cancelation. They have not responded once, the replies have all been automated responses. This company claims it is giving money to charities, but it has been three months since I placed my order and they have given me no merchandise or information.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, since I never received any merchandise.

Review: I placed an order on 10/29/15. I immediately received an email confirmation confirming receipt of my order of four t-shirts and advising I should have my order in approximately four weeks (11/26/15). My credit card was charged $151.96. I have not received my order. I called the custom service line on 12/2/15, 12/3/15, 12/4/15, 12/7/15, 12/10/15 and 12/14/15. Never once has anyone ever answered the phone. Each time I left a voice message with my full name, order number and contact information. I have yet to receive a return call or my order.Desired Settlement: I want my order immediately or to have my credit card refunded for the full amount of $151.96.

In my resolution, I indicated I wanted my order. I do not understand why I was not contacted by the company after attempting numerous times to speak with someone. It takes a complaint to the Revdex.com to get contact from the business, but instead of shipping my order or contacting me about fulfilling my order, I only receive an email stating the business canceled my order when first and for most, I wanted to receive my order.

Hello!Thanks for following up. In your Revdex.com complaint the desired settlement was as stated, "I want my order immediately or to have my credit card refunded for the full amount of $151.96." Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order "immediately" due to an issue that we're currently experiencing with a core vendor. The issue has been resolved but it has created a large back up of orders, thus the long delay. We are working very hard to print and ship orders as quickly as possible (we make everything to order and do not carry pre-made products). Unfortunately, the wait time can be up to another 30 days. Because we were unable to produce the order immediately, we cancelled and refunded the entire order, per your request via the Revdex.com. We apologize for the inconvenience and the terrible experience you've had thus far. At this point, the order cannot be reinstated (because it's been refunded) and if you wish to receive the order than we'll have to ask you to submit it again. Again, our apologies if we misunderstood your desired settlement and for the the delays all around.

This is my second Christmas ordering from Sevenly and what happened last year happened this year. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt that within a year they would get their act together. However, I was wrong. I ordered in plenty of time this year to receive the items I needed for Christmas. It appears they still do not have their act together in organizing their company when high demand is needed. They did not learn from last year. It is disappointing. I even added expedited shipping to my order to get it in time, which should be refunded. This company is poorly organized, hard to communicate with a living person via phone, and the response time in getting back with a customer to truly help is inappropriate. I do realize the mission of this company is good but the people who actual run this company are unprofessional.

I placed an order in August. Immediately after ordering, I got an email that my order was delayed 7-10 days. I waited that time and spoke with customer service as my order had not been shipped. I was told again, my order was delayed another 7-10 days. Again, after that time I was told that my order would not be shipped for 3 weeks. My order was refunded, but I was told I would still get the package. I waited several more weeks and the package was lost in the mail.

I contacted customer service again and was quickly told to reorder and given a gift code for the item, except it was actually for a lesser amount than what I had ordered. I was told that my item would be placed on expedited shipping. I have followed up approximately 5 times since my order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago to get some information on when the "expedited" shipping would happen. I reached out on Facebook and was told I would receive more information the next day. I have not received any information so far, and it has been 3 days.

This is beyond frustrating from a company that is supposed to have a strong charitable mission, to not be able to deliver their products in a remotely timely fashion.

Review: I placed an order on 10/25/15 for 2 t-shirts for Christmas presents. I got an email receipt that said they were experiencing delays & I could expect my order to ship within 4 weeks. On 12/15/15, I emailed customer support to find out when I could expect my order to arrive since I still had not heard anything or received my order. On 12/20/15 I got a response telling me to read a blog post about their delayed shipments that was no help at all. I cannot get a response from anyone on when I can expect to receive my order, & I obviously didn't have the Christmas presents in time. I placed my order nearly 12 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I want to know specifically when I can expect to receive my order & I want them to stick to what they tell me. I believe that Sevenly should expedite my shipping for free since the original email I got said my order should have been shipped nearly 8 weeks ago.

I previously filed a complaint against Sevenly with the Revdex.com regarding order number [redacted] and the issue is still unresolved. I placed an order with Sevenly on 10/25/15 and got an email saying my order would be shipped within 4 weeks. When I still had not received my order nearly 2 & a half months later and could get no response from Sevenly other than a reply to view a blog post that didn't help me 1 bit, I filed a complaint. I filed a Revdex.com complaint in early January 2016 & Sevenly responded saying they would refund the cost of my shipping ($5.99) & ship my order on 1/15/16. I still have not received my refund & my order still has not shipped. This delay is inexcusable.I want my refund for my shipping cost, and I want my order to ship NOW!!!!

I ordered something months ago. They took my money and never sent the item or responded to my inquiries about the status of my order. I've asked for a refund and haven't gotten it.

I ordered one poster September 28th, 2015. The charge was immediately taken from my account. After not hearing a word or seeing the package, I contacted Sevenly. That took 1 week to answer, but when she finally did, I got this from [redacted]: I have personally checked on your order, and I have expedited it to ensure it will ship by Friday, Nov. 20". Still nothing, so I wrote again. 1 week later I receive another "apology" and a discount, but no explanation as to why she flat out lied about the package being shipped on November 20th. I wrote AGAIN and still have heard nothing. Their excuses are bogus. They obviously do not have anything in in stock or are so far behind in their shipping payments that no one will let them ship until the past due is paid. Either way, AWEFUL company. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I placed an order on October 18, 2015 and have still not received my order. I contacted customer service numerous times, but received no help or expected delivery date. Finally, since my order was a Christmas gift and there was no delivery in sight, I requested that my order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. No one from Sevenly confirmed my order cancellation and my credit card has not been reimbursed. I have gotten blanket apology emails from Sevenly, citing that they have outgrown their processing and fulfillment departments and are working to improve their customer service, but it seems to be only lip-service. I hate to complain about a charity-based business, but their customer service and delivery is unacceptable. I just want my money back.

I placed an order for a shirt to be a gift for my girlfriends birthday on October 9, 2015. I have not recieved said shirt as of today, December 14, 2015. I have also not recieved a call or a message back despite leaving voicemails and email messages to the company asking for some sort of resolution. The only thing I have recieved is an automated email back that did not address my problem other than to say I will recieve it eventually. This blatant neglecting of a buyer is unnacceptable, especially when it clearly states all orders will take between 7 days-2 weeks, and a few weeks if you are international. I am NOT international and I have waited over two months. I want my money back, but the company does not even offer a telephone number for you to call until you send an email complaint which took me over a week just to recieve an automated message back. This is an extremely poor business practice, and I am not the only victim of it. I want future consumers to be aware of this almost fraudulent business practice. They take and process my money within a day but won't even have the courtesy to give me any kind of personal update about my purchase after 2 months. Sevenly claims to care about its customers and yet they leave them all out to dry while advertising online for future customers who have no idea what they are actually in for. They do not deserve to be recognized as a Revdex.com business, who actually has a nice reputation. I wouldn't even be surprised if the majority of their donations don't make it to charity like they claim they do, but that is just me venting my frustration. I have a very, VERY negative experience about Sevenly and do not recommend them to anyone until they freeze their operations and sort out their "growing pains" rather than letting things run and prolonging their end of the purchase while leaving customers waiting for months.

Ordered clothing item. Paid in full. Immediately they responded saying order would take 3-4 weeks, this was AFTER taking payment. It's been 11 weeks and no shipment of merchandise. Sevenly sent out a 'blog email' to consumers siting growing pains and apologies. They continue to promote, and sell, while their backlog has not be rectified. They have stopped replying to consumers on FB and have taken to deleting those who question, warn, or 'complain'.

This is wrong. And being done in the name of 'charity'.

Review: I placed an order online for a couple items last September 20th, 2015 and still have not received my items, but my debit card was charged immediately. I've ordered from Sevenly before and had no issues, and received an immediate confirmation that they are shipping my item. This time however, I did not get that immediate confirmation, but I waited a few weeks to see if they would send it later. After waiting and still not received even a confirmation I sent several emails (1 a month since October) asking for a follow up regarding my items. I've only gotten generic emails, and was told to wait 4-6 weeks and my product should arrive. It has now been 6 months, and still no items! Now when I follow up about my purchases, they no longer respond promptly. According to consumer rights, if the seller can't meet the original shipping date, nor the revised shipping date, I should be given the option to cancel my order and given a refund. I've waited long past the revised shipping date, and asked about cancelling my order and getting a refund, but they did not even acknowledge that question. It also makes no sense how they keep releasing new products, and guaranteeing a prompt delivery, when they can't come through on products they already have in a timely fashion, nor respond specifically to a customer's request. It's seems unprofessional and highly suspect.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered within this week, or at least this month, or receive a full refund if they are not able to comply. Other wise they should be flagged for scamming or misleading consumers.

Review: I ordered a product from Sevenly exactly one month ago. It has not arrived yet. I have sent multiple emails, and have only gotten automated responses, saying that someone will respond to my claim eventually. I have called on multiple occasions, and no one has picked up the phone. Even though their policy is 1-3 days to process and 7-10 days to ship, it has been 22 business days, and I didn't get a tracking number until 2 days ago. After reviewing the email, I noticed that it said that my package would leave their warehouse withing 24 hours. I checked today, and USPS says it cannot find the package, which leads me to believe that it still hasn't shipped yet. I am growing frustrated with this company and their lack of communication. I would like to know why it is taking so long to send out this package.Desired Settlement: I would like to have what I paid for.

As others have stated, I placed an order 11/15 and my card was charged, but I have not received the shirt (a Christmas gift) and the company has not responded to emails or phone calls. There was a generic email from the company president saying that they are overwhelmed and can't respond to requests, yet they manage to send emails every day suggesting that I buy more items. I'm mostly disappointed because they promote being a company that gives to charities/causes.

I ordered a shirt on 12/17/2015 and I still haven't received it. I'm extremely unhappy with this company and I will NEVER order from them again. I have sent so many emails asking for an update, tracking information, and even a refund, and all I received was one generic response from [redacted] in customer service. Here is most of what she said "All orders affected by the shipping delays are now in production at our new fulfillment partners blah blah blah" and "Most of the delayed orders have already shipped. The remainder of the affected items will ship soon. Please note that our standard production times range from 5-15 business days". I sent another email back to her and asked her to provide and update on MY ORDER, and of course received no response. All I want is my money back so it can go towards a better cause that doesn’t involve Sevenly. I don’t even remember what shirt I ordered... I will never order from them again!

I ordered shirts a few times with this business's. They did not notify we that orders take 7-8 weeks to get. Credit cards get charged right away. It has been 7 weeks for one shirt and 6 for another. According to comments on Facebook this seems to be very comman with them. Consumers need to be warned on lead times when ordering!! Not right!!! These consumers are ordering to "give back". They should have the sane honesty them claim is in their mission.
