This was my first time ordering from Sevenly and it's been a horrible experience. I placed an order on 10/31/15 and 4 months later I have not received my order nor have I received a personal response to my emails requesting that my money be refunded. While they ignore my emails they pop out hundreds of emails a month asking me to order more from them. They claim to have a small staff; that's fine, then don't seek out business beyond what you can handle.

Like many Sevenly customers, my complaint is about product delivery. I fell for their "Change the World" BS and quickly allowed my heart to order the Parkinson's Disease shirt due to having lost my father recently; with PD. Here are the facts -

12/6/2015 - Order placed

12/7/2015 - $43.98 clears my bank account

12/14/2015 - Submitted a Contact Form on Sevenly's website asking if shirt would arrive by Christmas (Geez, what was I thinking?)

12/14/2015 - I received a system generated reply indicating my concern was being looked into

12/20/2015 - Email from [redacted] indicating that Sevenly was having fulfillment issues and to click on the link to read the update. I did as instructed and read all of the details about their issue and what they were doing to address the problem. I thought they did a nice job of addressing it in the email. But, as it turns out, it was nothing but words. We are going into 3 MONTHS and NO SHIRT!

1/3/16 - Sent an email inquiring about my order - again

1/16/16 - Sent another email inquiring about my order since I only received the auto-generated response on the 3rd.

2/3/16 - A shipping update to all customers, this time from [redacted] at Sevenly saying that 95% of all affected orders had shipped and they were working on orders placed after 12/21/15. MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON 12/6/15!

2/24/16 - Today I called two different Sevenly numbers and left messages. I had to listen to all of the blah, blah, blah about changing the world while no customer service representative was available to take my call. It' 3:29 PM ET and we will see if someone from either number calls me back. Oh, and my VM was nice and professional. I told them in a calm voice that I was frustrated, but I do not scream or cuss, etc. The phone numbers I tried were:

[redacted] and 949-565-4483. They both said they were Sevenly, but were different automated answering systems.

What also bugs me is they continue to flood my mailbox with ads. I will block them after I get my shirt. Disappointing that such a wonderful idea is now tainted due to the frustration of not getting my product and not being responded to by an individual. Any response that I received, even the two emails with names attached, were mass communications, not individual attention.

I placed an order on Oct. 12. It's December 15 and still have not recieved it. Not even a shipping notification, just some excuse about fulfillment delays. It's the holiday season, I've gained 10 pounds, and the shirt won't even fit when I get it. I will never order from them again.

Review: I ordered two t-shirts in December and haven't received either. I've emailed several times and I get an automated response saying they are having delays in shipping but no live person responds. I've asked to cancel my orders if they can't deliver and I get no response. I did get an automated email about a week ago saying one of my shirts shipped, but when I try to track it, USPS just states they have generated a label but haven't shipped. It's been almost three months since I placed my orders. And in the meantime they continue to promote sales of the items I've ordered, and yet I can't get mine.Desired Settlement: I'd like my shirts or a refund.

This company is a scam. I ordered a T-shirt supporting education in my state on December 4th, 2015. I contacted the company a week later inquiring about shipping. I received a generic email stating that the fulfillment process has been delayed and would ship before Christmas. I was okay with this, but when Christmas came around, no package arrived, nor did any emails stating that they were again delayed. I filled out another contact form and still received the same generic message. In the time since, I have filled out over 4 contact forms with no response. I want a refund and to stop receiving these stupid emails from them thinking I will spend more money at their site. Do NOT purchase from this company.

Review: I ordered two t-shirts from Sevenly at the end of December. The shirts have never arrived and it is March 9. I've emailed customer service multiple times to receive generic responses about "production delays" and offering vague apologies. I cannot reach a person to tell me the status of my order, or even give me a refund. I've now filed a complaint through [redacted] as well.Desired Settlement: Refund my money. I can buy t-shirts elsewhere.

Review: I ordered a shirt on Jan. 10 and was not informed until after my credit card was charged that the company was having issues fufilling orders. This should have been made clear up front that the item was on backorder or that there was a waitlist for the item. After two emails to the company and one back saying that the orders would be shipped soon (several weeks ago), there has been no indication that the item has been shipped. At this point I would like a refund and the shirt to be shipped once it is ready. This company should not be allowed to operate and continue to sell items that it won't be able to deliver.Desired Settlement: Refund and delivery of original order.

At this time we cannot provide an exact shipping date but most orders are set to ship within the next 15-30 days (according to our vendor/fulfillment center). I know this is another delay on top of the one you've already experienced but we're doing our best to get caught up on a huge backlog of orders. We know it's frustrating and ridiculous. Trust us, it has been very challenging on our end as well. To remedy the situation, customer service can only offer you two solutions: 1. Continue to wait for the order and we'll refund for the cost of shipping.Or 2. We can cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'd be happy to help. Review: I ordered a $34.06 shirt from Sevenly in November of 2015, I have yet to hear back from them regarding where the product is. I have reached out to them on 3 separate occasions to see where my materials are at but I have only received generic email replies that they will contact me soon. This has been going on since December 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like for Sevenly to refund my total amount paid AS WELL AS deliver my product to me. At this point, it has been 3 months since my order/payment was processed and I believe that Sevenly owes me my materials and my full refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unacceptable to my request. A refund along with the order would be the least that this organization could do. After dealing with their customer service reps, they refuse to offer anything more and I'm tired of dealing with them. I will consider this matter resolved so long as they deliver the refund as they have promised.

Sevenly has been awful to deal with, I can not get a hold of customer service. I've been waiting for over a month with no reply from customer service after many many attempts. I requested to change my order within an hour after I placed the order, but a month later I just got shipping info and it's item I asked to change! Still no contact back from the company. I am very unhappy and frustrated with the poor customer service.

I ordered an item on December 4th. This was a Christmas Gift. I selected expedited shipping but when I checked out it changed to standard. When I received my confirmation email I immediately emailed the company on December 4th to find out how I could pay to have it expedited to receive it by Christmas, still 21 days away. I didn't receive a response so on December 10th I called and left a voicemail. I didn't hear anything back so on December 16th I sent another email requesting information on my purchase and how to expedite. Today is December 22nd, I have yet to hear anything from the company at all. I have called again today and left another voicemail. So far I have reached out 4 times in nearly 20 days and have yet to get any response from the company, I'm honestly wondering if I will ever see my purchase. Seems like I may have been scammed. I don't believe in blindly criticizing a company online, I will be sending Sevenly a copy of this review via email.

I ordered a shirt on Oct. 3, 2015, and after two months I still have not received it. They have offered a discount on a future purchase, but did not offer to refund my actual purchase.

Review: I ordered a shirt through sevenly's online website a month ago. According to their own delivery policy: "Depending on your location, your order will likely arrive 7-10 days after it ships, or 12-15 days after you place the order. It could be sooner, but it’s seldom longer." It has yet to arrive. I have contacted their customer service twice. Once was met with an apology and a statement that they were backlogged. The second email has been ignored. At this point, I would prefer a refund over the merchandise.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would prefer a refund over the merchandise. I don't think they are capable of producing the shirt. I was hoping to give it as a present, but now that time has come and gone.

I ordered a shirt on 11/29/2015 and it still has not yet even been shipped. I am very unhappy with this company and I will NEVER order from here again. I expect my shirt to be here within the next month or I will be taking it up with higher powers.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered a tank top for my girlfriend on 10/07/2015. It's been 101 days, and I haven't received anything besides an email coupon and some excuses. I'm not concerned with a refund because the tank top was pretty awesome, and I'd still like to give it to her...But wow, this is unfortunate.

I was very excited when I saw Sevenly advertised on Instagram. The clothing designs were creative, fashionable and I knew my money would be going to a great charity. I placed my order on October 25th and was looking forward to showing off my unique new shirts. My excitment turned to disappointment when after a month I had not received my clothing. I started to see customer complaints on Instagram about orders being placed but no clothing being delivered. I waited another month and still had not received my shirts so I decided to email the company. The CEO did reply to my email with an apology stating they had an issue with a vendor and with my next purchase I would receive a 30% discount. Today is December 18th and I have yet to recieve my clothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never use this company again. This is such a disappointment; however a lesson well learned. Do not assume that a company working for a charitable cause is a company with great customer service that will produce a quality product in a timely manner. My advice is to donate directly to the charity of your choice or find another T-shirt company similar to this one with a good reputation. Do not use Sevenly.

I ordered 2 shirts on 9/16/2015. Right after placing the order I received an email confirmation saying my order would take up to 4 weeks for delivery. I've emailed them twice and have gotten a reply saying sorry they are having problems with getting certain orders out. I've tried calling but it always goes straight to voice mail. If they get me the product I paid for then I want a full refund.

Review: I have never received the shirt I ordered, and I only get canned responses the multiple times I have contacted them. I can see that there is a large number of other customers leaving comments on FB and Instagram with similar issues going back months!Desired Settlement: I want the order delivered in a TIMELY manner (not when you get around to it!) or I would like and immediate refund!

I ordered a shirt from Sevenly on 1/25/16, 2 months after I ordered and had heard nothing from them I inquired about my order, received an automated response that I would hear from them in 10 days because they were back logged, 14 days later and no response, I tried calling them and nobody answered and no option to leave a message. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal asking for some info about my order. They issued my refund and said "sorry about the shipping conundrum", what conundrum? I never received any info that they were having trouble with their shipping and 2 months is plenty of time to correct any problems or at least communicate that there was a problem.

I placed an order on 12/5/15 and as of 1/11/16, I have not received my order. I understand that the company has been having issues with their procurement center but when you reach out to them for an update.........NOTHING! When you call..............NOTHING. I was told they would refund my shipping if I would still like the t-shirt. Haven't seen the refund nor the t-shirt.

I have been waiting for 2.5 months for a t-shirt that was ordered. The company took a few minutes to take the money out of my account. They have not delivered what they promise. I have asked for a refund, with no response. This company is stealing money from customers.
