I am writing to you today with additional concerns regarding my initial complaint filed against Barclay Card.  Not only have they refused to solve the credit limit increase problem, they now have made matters worse.  As retalliation against my initial complaint being filed, they have lowered the limit on the credit card by $1000.00.  I do not know what credit mumbo jumbo they are calling it, however, it is nothing more than retaliation against me for filing the initial claim.  I have contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone to express this concern as well.  I am very livid with this new development.  Enclosed letter was not enclosed with letter sent November 8, 2016.  Phone calls where not made [redacted], please provide phone number called. Check was sent from personal checking account, need copy of check to verify account, as our home was broken into  in port orange Florida, and checked where stolen, police reports filed.

On April 6th, I received a message from [redacted] asking me to call her, making it apparent that she did not read my complaint details where it says that I do not have access to a telephone. I replied to her email with an email, and got an automatic confirmation/reply that promised a response within 24 hours. Today is the 21st of April and to this day I have not gotten any recognition or acknowledgement of that email, or any aspect of my complaint.For Barclays to tell me that they fully investigated the issue and they are sending a report of the investigation to me in the mail, to my home in the US, where I currently am not, as is apparent from the complaint and my email to them, is a complete technical sidestepping of the issue whilst evading any responsibility in attempting to resolve the matter. This avoidance ultimately further aggravates the issue.For these obvious reasons I reject the business response as it is 100% inadequate.Regards,

Problem:
Barclay Bank has continually made up billing statements that are not right for my Barclay MasterCard account. Barclay Bank has refused to correct my billing statements. Whatever the credit line limit is, only about $25.00 is due each month for the minimum payment. Made up fees and added on charges were put on the billing statements to make the minimum payment due higher. To pay the higher minimum payment due will be paying for made up fees and charges that should not be on the account--hardly nothing will go toward paying off the balance. I offered to pay $25.00 a month on the account, and when I paid the $25.00, it was made a late fee and not a payment. All someone did was steal my payments. Until my billing statement is corrected, I will no longer make the $25.00 a month payment on the account for people at Barclay to steal my payments, with nothing being applied to pay off the balance.

There are two reasons I rejected the business' response.  Barclays states they have sent me a letter with a description of the actions they have taken and it will arrive within 7-10 business days.  I am only given ten days to accept or reject Barclays' response through the Revdex.com online system.  That means that I may not receive Barclays' letter until after the 10 days has expired to accept or reject Barclays' response.  Secondly, I am also seeking financial compensation in the amount of $1000 for Barclays' unauthorized inquiry on my Equifax credit report.

Secondly, you have completely overlooked my concerns.  I have received your letter by mail YES, but you did not say anything in it other than there was no account in my name; but yet you come here to the Revdex.com with a reply indicating an account # ending 8362 or something.I want my name, social security number, date of birth immediately removed and deleted from any account associated with your bank that I did not open. This is the reason why I made this complaint against you to ensure that I would not be affected in any way in the future should I decide to ever apply with your bank. This is the reason why I want my name, social security number, date of birth and whatever else deleted form this account that you have whether reporting or not. I want my social security number cleared from this account so that I will not have issues in the future if I wish to consider an account with your bank.
 
As far as your replies her at the Revdex.com, I would appreciate that you reply in detail. I am authorizing you to say or comment accordingly as directly as possible as to my concerns because your letter that was written was brief and did not cover these concerns as stated in my reply herein. Your prompt attention to my requests would be greatly appreciated.
