I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   Not really happy with it but just want it to end.

Revdex.com:
I have received the response in mail from Barclay on 1/6/16 in reference to complaint ID[redacted]; however, the letter did not address all of my desired resolutions.  I notified the business asking whether one of desired resolutions will be addressed and have heard nothing since email was sent on 1/6.  The auto reply of the email indicated that someone will get back to me within 24 business hours.  That clearly did not happen.  Therefore, I have determined that this does not fully resolve my complaint. 
In response to your request for my view on this matter, below please find my 1/6 email response to the business in response to the letter business sent to me on 1/6:

I received your letter in the mail today. I appreciate you taking the time to look into this issue and respond with such detail. As you know, I finally got the card and was able to fulfill the spending requirement in time for the 40K sign-on bonus points without any special extension or adjustment. Aside from an apology, will Barclay add additional bonus points equivalent to $123 to [redacted]' account as compensation for the experience and time we've spent on this credit card, as requested in our complaint through the Revdex.com? As I mentioned in the complaint and phone call with you, I was misinformed on several information you clarified in the letter. 1. I was not informed that customers should allow 7-10 business days to receive their cards; instead, I was informed that the card was rushed and will be received within 2 business days. 2. When the 2nd card was not received and had to be closed for security purposes, your activation department activated that card and gave my husband the go ahead to use the card, only to find out that the card was rejected when we went to Best Buy.3. Customer Service (and even a Supervisor) told me that I could inquire about husband's account when I called early December when my husband gave them authorization to speak with me in the future. I understand that customer wasn't able to speak with me the first time without authorization, but still refuse to talk to me in subsequent phone call? I'm so glad that you knew what to do to get me authorization to handle my husband's account. These are all misinformation I received from Barclay's Customer Service Department which I hope you see why we are frustrated in this process. Thank you for your attention and consideration in this final request.

Yesterday, October 11th.  2016,  I was contacted by your office to accept or decline Barclay Banks decision concerning my complaint. I had submitted the form that I was not satisfied with their reply. Today, October 12th. 2016, I am happy to say that I have spoken with their Customer Support and my concerns have been met and I am happy concerning my wishes on my account. All late fees have been removed and I have closed this account and Barclay Bank has agreed to accept my monthly payment of 
$50.00 each month and I have closed this account. I am satisfied with the outcome and you may close my complaint as accepted by me.

I received the letter stating that the transactions posted here were voided and refunded to my balance however charges took place after I submitted this complaint that haven't been accounted for due to late response from Barclay.
All charges made after 06/21/2014 are unauthorized charges for which I want voided out this will solve the issue as I lost my card prior and the 22nd of june is when I started receiving the unauthorized charges which lasted up until Barclay finally de-activated the card on the 15th of july thank you
