I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have received the letter in the mail that the company stated was going to send to me in their response to the complaint.  It doesn't say anything different than the initial letter of denial stated.  I don't think they actually reviewed my case at all nor did they look at their own website or any blogs about their company that people have posted because if they had they would realize that they are posting inaccurate information on their website about their product.
As I stated, I was misled by this company because of what they have listed on their website & either want the inquiry removed from my credit report where all they are doing is hurting my score even more than before I applied or they need approve me for the card where their website states that their card is perfect for people in my situation & that it is a credit builder card.  Well...if it is a credit builder card for people with low scores like me then they shouldn't be denying people for the fact that they don't have enough credit cards....WHAT DO YOU THINK I APPLIED FOR THIS CARD FOR---TO BUILD MY CREDIT TO HELP ME SO I CAN GET SOME CREDIT CARDS WITH BETTER RATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
This company lied & I want someone to explain to me why if their website states one thing they do the complete opposite and are allowed to get away with it without any recourse from people like me that are trying to improve their lives for themselves & their children!!!  As I mentioned earlier I also either want the inquiry removed from my report or approve me for the card or I will be consulting an attorney!!!!!!

The company that I work for checks my credit report frequently and due to this issue it made my credit score go down.
