I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Even though I have received an apology letter from Barclay. So far, I have not received any miles credit from the issuer.  Also, attached is my statement from Barclay in April. I spent more than 5k and the miles missing should be 5.2k miles, not 2.5k miles.  Please review attached. I look forward to Barclay's sincere action.

I opened a Barclays cashforward world mastercard on the sole fact that in the mailing it offered a $200.00 cash back on the first $500.00 charged to the card. Once I hit $500.00, Barclays only gave me $100.00 cash back and said that is all they offer, even though I had opened a case (3007013) with them on this issue and even faxed the pre-approved form I received in the mail with the $200.00 cash back offer on it. As of today (30 days later) they have not resolved this issue, and now say it could be a while longer as it is still being looked into. I have the original mailing to me with the $200.00 offer, and would be willing to fax it again to someone who would resolve this issue. Also with this 30 day window I got another offer from Barclays stating the same $200.00 cash back offer.
