Problem: Ii HAVE ON-GOING ISSUES WITH bARCLAY CREDIT CARDS FOR 5 MONTHS .I HAVE WRITTEN LETTERS TO THE PRESIDENT , MR [redacted],FTC, Revdex.com, AND OTHER CORRESPONDENCE TO THE VICE PRESIDENT, MS [redacted],VP AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION. I ALSO EXPLAINED IN MY LETTERS THAT I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH A MS [redacted], SHE JUST CALLED ME TODAY AND I REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH HER. MY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN SO MIS-HANDLED, THEY ARE CHARGING ME INTERST FEES AND LATE FEES THAT I DO NOT OWE, I AM NOT USING THEIR CARDS ANY LONGER, JUST PAYING OFF MONTHLY CHARGES WHICH HAVE DOUBLED. THIS COMPANY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I NEED THIS TO STOP ASAP. I WAS CHARGED AS AN ERROR FROM SOMEONE IN THE DISPUTES AREA SENT ME A LETTER FROM BARCLAYS STATING THAT I SPENT A HUGE AMOPUNT OF MONEY TO ELIZABETH ARDEN, LAST FEB THEY CHARGED ME $92 WHICH I DID NOT OWE BUT I PAID THEN IT WAS QUICKLY REVERSED. SINCE FEBRUARY 1015, MY MONTHLY BILLS HAVE INCREASWED FROM $35(70-$80) PER EACH CARD, BARCLAY REWARDS AND SALLIE MAE CARD. I DO INTEND TO KEEP THIS ISSUE GOING TOO MUCH LONGER AND PLEASAE BE AWARE THAT [redacted] TOLD ME AT ONE POINT NOT TO CONTACT MR [redacted], PRESIDENT. THIS IS UNJUST. After I filed the above complain I'd received a letter from Barclays Bank Delaware they mentioned in their response above. However, that letter is just one more boilerplate letter from Barclays Bank Delaware that does not address a single of the inquiries I have been making to the bank since December 2013. In particular, I requested to VALIDATE my alleged account with Barclays Bank Delaware, and I requested to provide me with documentation (18 types of possible evidence) that would prove that I ever had/maintained an account with Barclays Bank Delaware. The bank never addressed those requests of mine. The reason is obvious to me - Barclays Bank Delaware is a fraud.  They simulate having an account on my name that I never opened with them.
