I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept their response.  I received the letter last night and it says the same thing I was told on the phone. We ran your credit and lowered your limit. They did not run my credit when it was bad they only ran it after I paid off my balance.  After speaking with several people I was told this is what credit card companies do.  This is wrong.  I was punished for doing the right thing but paying off my balance raised a flag with them.  I want the limit put back to what it was. I am not asking for an increase just what was mine.  They are being unethical and I don't appreciate it.  That is bad customer service and makes them a bad company for doing that to customers. I will also be sending a letter to the attorney general for this unethical move unless my limit is put back.

I was contacted by the business and spoke to a "higher-up" who would try to assist and see if the account could be reopened. I was told false information about the information they had pulled from my credit report- I know this because I went to my financial planner and he pulled an updated copy of my report the following day. It really upsets me that they're eat their members without appreciation. I want nothing to do with Barclays, but I do want this to be on the record so other consumers can see it and be forewarned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Barclay sent me a letter stating that they found the $500 and were issuing the credit for payment to the account. My bill shows a provisional credit but has not deducted the amount from the bill. Today, Barclay took out $500 from the account which was not authorized. This caused an overdraft on my account and I incurred an additional $25.00 because my bank had to cover the charge. So they have now taken $1,000 for a $500 provisional credit. My daughter received a letter from Barclay stating that the $500 was credited to her account by mistaken. There has been no $500 payment associated with HER Barclay account in the past year. Barclay lies. They never found the money and just took from the bank account again. I am contacting an attorney regarding this matter today. I have spoken directly with the attorney General's office. They will be contacting Barclay on this matter and an investigation into Barclay's businesses practices will be forthcoming. It's too bad that they can't be honest in their business dealings but I'm through dealing with Barclay directly because all they do is lie. You can close the case if you want to. I'm filing a law suit against Barclay and Wyndham Rewards.
