I have not received any response from them at all. They still continue to sent me mail every week after I have put in my complaint . I now have been writing on the envelope so I have proof of when  I receive them in the mail.  Thank you.

The company is doing illegal actions by advertising something that they do not offer.  This is entrapment on consumers.  False advertisement is illegal, and action needs taken.  A class action lawsuit for consumers with as good as history such as I have with Barclay cards need to happen.  I will post on social media to gather other consumers that Barclay has done that to.

I refused to accept Barclays Bank response because when I received the first call from Diamond Resort International in March 2016,I made every effort toward explaining myself,they promised to send it to the fraud unit and get back to me,but they did not.They insisted that my wife and I signed,I explain to them that we were not told of any contract or Timeshare .I made them understand that it is high tech fraud ,they deceived us into signing those signature on there tablet computer,we did not read anything we were signing because the impression they gave us is that we are signing because we came to there show.
If I have knowledge of the whole thing,I would not have responded fast and I would have been paying my dues.I am not aware of the whole thing,to me it is pure scam ,they should not force people into debt just because they want to make profit.
My wife and I never approved of this,we did not go to las Vegas Nevada for any Timeshare presentation ,we were forced by the staffs of Diamond Resort International to attend the show after forcefully collected our $40 with a promised to refund us after the show.This is Organised and well map out crime by Diamond resort international,using peoples information to applied for credit and credit card. No credit card was sent to me and I did not use any credit card from them.
I will be gateful if the whole Timeshare contract Scam is cancel because we do not have such made for the luxury and we do not approve or use it.
