I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First, I am currently traveling and will not see the letter from Barclay's until after the time period Revdex.com has for responses.  Second, I want to thank [redacted] for her efforts in investigating the three separate instances where Barclay Card did not replace our stolen cards. As I cannot see the letter, I hope that the information gleaned can help Barclay's to run a better program. Third, the reason I am not accepting the response, is that the issues caused $600 in real expenses to me. Although I do appreciate the 15,000 points credited to may account, I think we warrant more.

I have been the victim of ongoing ID Theft committed by my sibling whom is a drug addict. He currently is a wanted fugitive and he has opened a account in my name using my info with Barclays Bank. I have tried working with Barclays in the past to try and resolve this and they will not assist me in resolving this. I am a disabled veteran and there treating me worse then the VA. I please ask that this account be removed from my name and credit reports.
