I cancelled my account before the end of the trail and was still charged. My request for a refund are being ignored.
I was on a free course trial then given free course trial extension. I found out they were an unsafe company so I emailed asking to cancel my account and was told to follow instructions on line. I was given the free 1 month course extension on the 27th June and cancelled I followed the correct cancellation process over the phone as instructed as this was the only option given I did this on the 30th June and again on the 10th July just to make sure as it was automated and had many steps. I had issues with a faulty account before but this account was 'successfully' cancelled using the automated process well over a week ago the call took me through a long process then said press any button to confirm. I stayed on the line to make sure there were no further instruction. I used to receive emails every day but gladly they stopped. Then they started again when I received this new charge. I went to the Shaw site to check what was going on and was then given the option to cancel AGAIN this time online so I did. I shouldn't have to request a cancellation twice I was lead to believe it had worked as it was confirmed by the Shaw Academy's automated cancellation. They have denied my request for a refund and said they can take payment because they have my details. This is duplicitous, this is fraudulent and this is theft, thus it is a crime.
Desired Outcome
I require a full refund. I cancelled the free trail before the end of the 1 month addition in accordance with the terms and conditions after finding out they were a corrupt company.

I was give the runaround trying to cancel my trial and was charged $69.99 USD while trying to cancel my account.
I signed up for a the free 4 week trial to gain some basic knowledge about Graphic Design; I did not want to continue with the class after the trial. I had issues with Shaw Acadamy's website not letting me into one of my last classes and then when I tried to cancel I found there were multiple steps including making a phone call. I tried to cancel on Sat July 25 (with 2 days left on my account) but was "told" by their website that I needed to call a phone number and was give the business hours (M-F) so I took that to mean I wouldn't be able to reach anyone on the weekend. When I was finally able to call I was harassed by a robot having to repeatedly select 2 to show that I truly wanted to cancel my class. I also found out I had been charged $69.99 USD on Mon July 27 while trying to cancel my class. I want my money refunded. I was happy with the business until this mess and runaround. Cancelling a trial should not be this complicated nor should I have to endure harassment when I wish to end my trial.
Desired Outcome
I want Shaw Academy to refund my $69.99 because I was trying to cancel my trial with reasonable time. Had their cancellation process been more clear or streamlined, my trial would have been cancelled promptly. This information about the difficultly of cancelling was not readily available at the beginning of my trial; had it been, I would have cancelled immediately.

I attempted to cancel my subscription within the time allowed. Shaw Academy required multiple hoops to jump through and far more steps than reasonable to cancel this subscription. They also led me to believe that I could only contact their office during certain business hours; I later found this to be untrue but that was after my account had been charged. Had I known I didn't need to wait for the listed hours, I would have cancelled on Sat July 25. Because I was led to believe that I had to wait, I missed my window to cancel my subscription and was therefore charged for something I did not want and had taken the steps allowed to me to cancel it. I see that Shaw Academy has refunded other people so it is possible for me to have my refund as well. I was charged because Shaw Academy was egregiously unclear about their processes and misleading about finalizing the cancellation. I want my money back because I was led to believe things that were not true which cost me my money. Shaw Academy's answer does NOT resolve my issue; I want me $69.99 back.

I just clicked the "Get 4 weeks free"(cancel anytime) and register an account on Shaw academy website on July 15,2020.Moreover, I viewed only two class video during 2 weeks, but I got a call from Shaw academy yesterday(7/28/2020), he asked me how about the class and said many words. I just told me I readlly didn't understand him totally, I hanged up the call, them I received an email for Paypal and it showed the Shaw academy charged my Paypal $99.95.I'm so shocked. The Shaw academy charged without my agreement, I didn't purchase the courses on Shaw academy, I hope the Shaw academy can refund my money. Thank you so much!

Hi ***,
We apologize for all the inconvenience caused.
We have deleted your account along with the card details and removed your email address and Phone number from our email/Phone distribution list.
Please be assured that you will not be charged way forward.
I canceled my subscription with Shaw Academy and received an email to verify the cancellation. They charged my credit card three days later.
On July 22, 2020, I called to cancel my account with Shaw Academy (via automated system). On the same day, I received an email cancellation confirmation from them (which I have attached). Today, I checked my bank account and saw that Shaw Academy had charged my credit card for $69.99 on July 25, 2020.
I called (the first time) at 4:47 PM EST, and the automated system did not give me option to speak with a person. (Note: Keep in mind that, according to a recording, their hours are 9 AM-5 PM EST M-F.) I called multiple times (six in total) and was directed to the automated system each time. The first two times I called, my call was dropped when I dialed "0" (in an attempt to speak with a person). When I called back and dialed "4" to cancel my account, I went through the cancellation process a second time (since July 22, 2020).
I called back again because I still wanted to speak with a person regarding a refund, so I pressed "0". This time, I was told to enter my student ID (which I cannot find on my student account and there is nowhere on their website that tells you where to find it). I checked my account and could not find it. The last time I called (at 5:02 PM EST), a recording played that stated their business hours had ended and that I would need to call back "during normal business hours).
I made the previous six phone calls BEFORE 5:00 PM EST.
Desired Outcome
All I want is a refund of $69.99 to my credit card, removal from their email and text (i.e. all correspondence other than addressing this complaint) lists, and assurances that there will be no further charges from them on my credit card.

I do not accept their response because I cancelled my subscription three days BEFORE they withdrew the funds from my credit card. I cancelled my subscription in advance to avoid a charge. The fact that they made getting in touch with a person to discuss this is borderline malicious.
I did my due diligence. I cancelled my subscription three days before the funds were withdrawn. There was no reason to charge my card, then make it impossible to contact a person (after I discovered the credit card charge).
In their "response", they mention their terms and conditions regarding the "auto-renewal option" and cancellation.
Here is their section regarding cancellation:
"Cancellation: You can cancel your Shaw Academy membership at any time. If you want to enquire about a payment made on your account, please contact us at: ***@shawacademy.com. To cancel, login to your Members Area and click on the profile icon to access your student profile section. Under the Membership and Payments tab you can click on 'Cancel Membership & benefits' and follow the prompts. You will receive a couple of alternative options such as Pausing your membership or opting for a lower price plan. For a specific subset of students, you may be prompted to complete cancellation over the phone using a free phone number presented to you. You will be able to access recordings of classes you have attended to date but no future upcoming classes and you won't be able to add a new course. If you signed up to Shaw Academy using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Shaw Academy membership at any time, including during your free trial, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from, the Shaw Academy service through that third party.Cancellation of a lifetime account does not entitle you to a refund without cause. Whilst we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or lessons or Courses, please contact us at: ***@shawacademy.com"
Here are the "Billing Cycle" & "Payment Methods":
"Billing Cycle. The membership fee for our service will be billed on a on a recurring basis in accordance with your membership plan. You will be billed to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership. In some cases, the timing of your billing may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
Payment Methods. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. You authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details."
There is no mention of a time frame in which I must cancel in order to avoid a charge for the following month. In fact, their terms and conditions state, "You can cancel your Shaw Academy membership at any time." Although their T&C does state that "we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or lessons or Courses," that does not apply to my case. I cancelled my subscription - I will state again - three days before the next billing cycle, so this does not qualify as a "partial membership period or lesson or course." In fact, you state, under the "Membership" section of your T&C, "Unless you cancel your membership (which I did on July 22nd) before your payment date (which was July 25th), you authorize us to charge your membership fee to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation 5.3" below)." Therefore, based on their own terms and conditions, the charge was unauthorized.
All I want is what I originally requested: a refund of $69.99 to my credit card, removal from their email and text (i.e. all correspondence other than addressing this complaint) lists, and assurances that there will be no further charges from their company (or any affiliate or subsidiary of their company) on my credit card.
I am not requesting anything unreasonable. Had I cancelled my subscription on the day of the charge or afterwards, I would not have filed this complaint. I did what I should. My hope is that they will do the same.
Thank you.

the free trail was for 4 weeks. after 2 weeks in I tried to cancel my membership everything is done over the phone with a bot not a person so I went thorough the process and cancel my membership. 2 weeks later I was charged $67.97 USD. so I went to complained and they tried to buy me off with more of there product that I did not want they even called it "an unfortunate event". when I emailed them and told them ied take them to small clams there responce was "One of our support staff will be in touch with you over phone to address your issue within approximately 48 hours" its been 3 days and they have my email on a bot that sends "Your request is being reviewed, One of our support staff will be in touch with you to address your issue within approximately 48 hours"

They failed to advise of a charge attached to a product advised as "free"
I decided to sign up for one of their 4 weeks trial, but since I had to schedule the course and could not go at my own pace, I decided to cancel. In order to proceed they made me call them and the rep offered to reinstall the free trial and offered to "free" upgrade so I could try the course at my own pace. When I tried to use the course, they charged me $69.99 as apparently the upgrade was not free as the rep had advised me.
I contacted them and requested a refund and cancellation, but they advised they could not refund the money.
Desired Outcome
I want a full refund of the $69.99 withdrawn from my credit card.
Since I wanted to cancel from the first time I contacted them by phone and their way to keep me was by lying and not fully disclosing there was a charge attached to their "free product".

I joined a free trail and upon logging into my account was inundated with add-on payments. I bought a package, didn't use it, and want a refund.
I joined a free trial of the Shaw Academy, on 28th July 2020, planning to delete my subscription after one month, at no cost. After joining and logging into my account, I was immediately bombarded with add on purchases, like tool kits and extra costs to get certificates. I foolishly bought one of these tool kits as I was pressured by constant pop-ups. After only a few minutes on the site, I cancelled my subscription. I did not use or even download the tool-*** I had purchased. The toolkit cost £40 and I would like I full refund of this. When I finally managed to click through the site and cancel my subscription - made incredibly difficult through many unnecessary pages of advertisements and pleas to stay - I did not get any email confirmation that the cancellation was complete. I have, however, been inundated with texts from the company, requesting that I rejoin.
I am worried that my card may still be charged monthly fees, even though I clicked through to cancel my account. I would like a refund of the £40 I spent purchasing an unused toolkit. I've emailed the support team at Shaw Academy to request this refund, however, from reading reviews it seems that most people are unsuccessful at actually getting any response from them, let alone their money back.
This organisation made me feel very unsafe online, and I am now worried that my bank account has been compromised. Please assist asap.
I joined Shaw Academy under the email ***@gmail.com and used my Monzo card to register with the Academy.
Desired Outcome
I would like an acknowlegement of my email to them, and a sincere apology for making me feel violated online, in a supposed educational setting. I want a full refund of any charges made to my account (so far £40 but I'm worried there could be more). The company must assure me that they have in fact deleted my account, and that they no longer hold any of my bank details or personal information in their system.

Husband passed away company still took payment
My husband passed away less than 2 weeks ago and as such I have been unable to cancel the free trial, they proceeded to take payment and charge me for an e certificate even though I have attended classes for weeks on the 27th July, I contacted them by opening ticket number #XXXXXXX stating I require a refund as the card details charged through PayPal belonged to him. I received one response saying they couldn't process a refund but will give me cancel my subscription and give me 6 months free (confused by that offer), I told them I no longer require access to Shaw Academy and I do not need what they have offered. My husband was only 32 and had no life insurance in place, I need the money more than I need access.
I never got a second reply and now I cannot find a phone number, im wasting my time chasing them for nearly £70 I desperately need and contact companies making complaints is the last thing I feel like doing
Desired Outcome
I simply would like a refund of payments taken.

Hi ***,
We are sorry for your loss. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your loved one. We have deactivated your account and processed a refund which will be credited in next 3-5 business days.
I unfairly got charged for a free trial and the company is refusing to give me a refund for something that should not have been charged to begin with.
I signed up for a free trial course with Shaw Academy, and the website advertisement specifically said no charge until the free trial is over, and if there is any sort of unsatisfactory complaint, there will be a full refund. I got a charge of 69.99 dollars on my credit card even before I set up a time and date for my first online course, so I decided to not proceed any further and cancel the membership and asked for a full refund. This process lead me to 5 "are you sure? do you not care about your education?" pages, and after I finally got through it, I was instructed to call a number with my ID. When I called, the associate that helped me out kept trying to get me to stay on the membership worth 300 dollars. I refused and asked for a refund and cancelled my membership. I got a follow up email the next day saying it could not be refunded, but I will be offered a bigger membership that is worth much more than the previous offer. They also re-opened my account without my permission. I replied to them with the picture proof saying that it clearly states the date of which they would have charged my credit card. They kept refusing but this time offered a membership that is worth $1000. I don't understand how they will not give me a refund of $69.99 but offer a class that is $1000, and regardless I should be getting a full refund because I signed up specifically for a free trial AND have a proof of the date of expected charge.
Desired Outcome
I just want my refund of 69.99 dollars back. I would also like to report Shaw Academy for fraud and scam

Shaw Academy refused to give me a refund after I cancelled my membership during the trial period.
I signed up for Shaw Academy's 4 week trial on June 23, 2020. I didn't like the course, so I cancelled via phone on June 26, and received a cancellation confirmation email. 4 weeks later on July 22, I was charged $67.97. I consequently reached out to Shaw Academy customer service and told them that I was wrongly charged, considering I canceled my membership within the 4 week trial period. The customer service representative notified me that they are unable to provide refunds after the trial expires, despite the fact that I have proof via my cancellation confirmation email that I cancelled my trial in the alloted time. Furthermore, after attempts at trying to appease me with other offers, they charged another $34.95 to my credit card - for what reason I have no idea.
This company is refusing to give me a refund, saying that it is my fault for not cancelling my free trial, even though I have a cancellation confirmation proving otherwise. Shaw Academy is trying to continue stealing my money by making additional charges, even while we are in dispute via email.
Desired Outcome
I would like a refund from Shaw Academy, for the initial $67.97 as well as the second charge of $34.95. Furthermore, I would like written confirmation that 1) my membership is completely cancelled and 2) they will no longer be making random charges to my account.

I never purchased this toolkit. In fact, this charge was made to my account AFTER I cancelled my free trial/membership. This charge never should have gone through in the first place, as I have a cancellation confirmation email from Shaw Academy indicating that I cancelled during the 4-week trial period. The initial charge for my membership nor the subsequent charge should never have gone through, as I cancelled within the time period. Once again, I have included documentation of the the cancellation confirmation email I received from Shaw Academy. This email is dated WEEKS before my 4-week trial was originally set to end. My membership should have terminated after this email, and yet, you continued to make charges to my account.

I was fraudulently charged a total amount of £339.88 for the service I never purchased. I request the refund.
Dear team,
In my previous conversation with Shawacademy I indicated that the money needs to be returned into my account and that the investigation was now opened by my bank.
As discussed before I've ended the trial period with Shaw academy. This was advertised as free of charge period (28 days).
In my first email I mentioned that I had two weird payments, but I didn't receive any invoicing details or understanding of what I am paying for, I also indicated that I couldn't get the access to the membership account.
You mentioned in your email that I didn't cancel the membership on time, however, and as mentioned above, I indicated in several occasions that I couldn't access the Membership page where I could cancel my membership.
Instead I've been charged 4 times on the following dates:
30th of April - 39.95, credit card
1st of May- 49.99, credit card
18th of May - 49.99, credit card
28th May - 199.95. credit card
Which makes £339.88, which is an incredible amount of money for the service I didn't purchase and didn't use!
Shaw Academy also never answered to the phone calls, that I am trying to make since May, when I had my first issue with your company.
I would like to make two points :
1/ This looks like a misleading marketing information with aggressive sales techniques.
In my opinion, this was done when you didn't give me the actual access to the platform to be able to cancel my membership, or to be able to select an appropriate option that I wanted to move with, and not the option suitable for your business
I didn't even have the opportunity to understand what I am paying for, as no invoices or statements where provided. Which leads to the fact that the service is not Fit For purpose, and as Described. The goods supplied must match any description given, or any models or samples shown at the time of purchase.
2/ The main point under Consumer Act, unfair contract term, was not respected:
A term may be deemed unfair if:
It is contrary to the requirements of good faith - meaning it must be designed, negotiated and entered into with the consumer in a fair and open way. Which wasn't the case as you make people to subscribe on unfair terms and conditions, with no opportunity to challenge or change any of the terms, through your digital platform.
It causes a significant imbalance between the rights of the trader and consumer to the detriment of the consumer.
Changing the price. Your terms and conditions does not stipulate the amounts chargeable, hence you charged different amounts each time.
Following the above I am urging you to return the amount of £339.88.
Desired Outcome
Refund of £339.88

Please be assured that we have initiated a refund which will be credited back to the source in next 3- 5 business days. Please let us know if there is anything else you need assistance with.
A transaction from my account was made without my authorisation. Another transaction was made, which I did not want, but a refund was denied.
I registered for a free 1 month plan at shaw academy. I stopped attending classes after the second day as I thought they weren't teaching anything just stating general knowledge. A few days ago a transaction from my account was made of $31, as a subscription fee, even when I hadn't agreed to a subscription. Afterwards when I went to their website to get a refund, I pressed a button by mistake, after which they directly made another transaction from my account of $45 without my confirmation or asking me if they had permission to take money from my account. When I emailed them about wanting a refund, they simply denied it saying it was already activated, even when I hadn't even used or looked into what I bought. I want a refund for both the unauthorised transactions made to my account. Total of $75 were stolen from my account.
Desired Outcome
I want a full refund for my "purchases", which were unauthorised. I want to get a refund for the unauthorised transaction for the subscription and another refund for the other unauthorised purchase of the tool or kit. I did not authorise any of these purchases. My permission was not asked before taking away money from my bank account for these things.

Hai ***, We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience with us, We have reviewed your account and would like to confirm that we have charged for the purchase (Module Toolkit/Shaw Academy One Course Membership - Monthly Subscription) made via our one-click purchase option/Auto-renewal option. Unauthorized billing and trouble cancelling. Horrible product and customer service. Spam.
I signed up for a free 4-week trial with Shaw Academy a few days ago (July 24, 2020). After getting large amounts of emails and notifications through the app on my phone, I was annoyed and also decided the course was not worth it, seeing further payments would be needed to gain modules, tool kits, certificates, etc. There was no option to cancel online, and I had to call. On July 27, 2020 when I tried to cancel over the phone, I was offered the module 1 toolkit for free as well as the certificate for completing the first module. I was pressured to continue the course and they wouldn't accept my request to cancel. After logging back on later to try the modules, I was having difficulty accessing anything. Upon checking my profile, I noticed I was charged $69.99 (CAD) for the subscription, which I did not authorize, as this was to be a four week free trial. I have emailed again to request a refund and cancellation and receive an automated response saying I will have to wait about two days for a response. I want my refund and cancellation as soon as possible so I don't have any more troubles from them.
Desired Outcome
I would like a full refund and subscription cancellation from Shaw Academy. I want all of my information out of their system once this is all settled and not to be contacted by them again.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
shaw academy has been engaging people into "free trial" courses and misleading information.
I enrolled into a "free trial" course, I was supposed to not be charged if I cancelled before one month, however, when I started the course, I realized how bad it was, as I was never able to watch the videos, so I cancelled after the first class (next day after enrolling)
not to mention they never sent me a confirmation email of it. Next thing, I open my bank statement and saw they still charged 39 EURO.
So I email them and kindly ask for a refund, they told me cause I had purchased the certificate AND HOW I'M I SUPPOSED TO HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF A CLASS I NEVER ATTENDED AND CANCELLED!
So I got very annoyed and told them I was filling a complain at the GARDA STATION IN DUBLIN AND THE EUROPEAN CUSTORMER CENTRE, besides the Revdex.com complain and trustpilot, and my own bank investigation.
So after all that, they sent me a message telling me they are refunding me in about 7 days or maybe less, even sent an invoice, although I dont know if its real.
However, I contact my bank again and they told me I'm set for an authomatic montly renewal.
I want shaw academy to refund my money first of all and delete all kind of information theyve got about me.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
As many people has been thru the same situation, sometimes with more money; also notice that THEIR CERTIFICATES ARE NOT VALID, NO SERIOUS INSTITUTION RECOGNIZES THEM, read it yourself here:
***
everyone should report this company to their local fraud authorities as they are luring people under lockdown with the only will of learn something new.
THANKS
Desired Outcome
I WANT A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
I WANT SHAW ACADEMY TO DELETE MY BANK INFORMATION AND MY NUMBER (AS THEY SEND A LOT OF MESSAGES)
I DID NOT CONSENT ANY CHANGE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND I DONT WANT ANY OTHER IN THE FUTURE.
IN FACT I DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS SCAMMERS, AS THEIR APPLICATION IS USELESS AND EVEN A 2 YEAR FREE ACCESS TO THEIR COURSES WOULD BE POINTLESS.

I signed up for a free trial with the company. When I tried, more than once, to cancel my subscription before I would be charged, I could not.
I attempted to log on to my account and cancel the account before the free trial was over. The number I was given to enter as my student ID came back as an error, so I was unable to cancel. Today I was charged $99 dollars for services that I am not using and had tried several times to cancel. There is only an automated system, so I cannot get anyone on the phone who I can ask for assistance.
Desired Outcome
I want my money refunded in full.

I was charged $99.95 with an unauthorized purchase on 7/28/2020.They didn't refund the payment, but I didn't purchase the services.

Thank you.

I was charged $34.99 by Shaw Academy for a subscription I had no idea I was signed up for when I contacted company they refuse to issue a refund
Mu email used for shaw academy is ***@gmail.com
The email used for paypal from which the funds were taken is ***@gmail.com
The amount of the unauthorized transaction was 34.99
Last 4 digits of card ***
Date of payment 7/27/2020
I request that a full refund be issued I was not informed of a subscription I have no records via email of a subscription I feel like this company is taking advantage of people out of work during a Pandemic those were the last ones I had available and now they are gone because of something I was not aware of. I never even accessed their website. The funds were taken from my PayPal account and I did not allow access to my PayPal account which means that is an unauthorized fraudulent transaction
We have reviewed your account as well as gone through your complaint. We would like to bring to your attention that the amount that has been debited from your account is for auto renewal of the course since you failed to cancel your account within the trial period. The auto renewal process is clearly mentioned in the terms and condition that you initially agreed to. we request you to email us at ***@shawacademy.com for further assistance.

As you all are aware of the terms mentioned no such charges for failure to cancel the 14 day trial. Shaw Academy has a history of predatory practices and fraudulent transactions as you can see from reviews on their website social media and other complaints in the Revdex.com I am very literate and an I am able to read the terms and conditions nothing was mentioned no communication was made and no emails were sent I was not even aware that such charges would occur and I received no notifications even after the charges were posted to my account
Hi ***,

I cancelled my membership over the phone, as that' the only way to cancel a membership and they stole my money any way.
the free trail was for 4 weeks. after 2 weeks in I tried to cancel my membership everything is done over the phone with a bot not a person so I went thorough the process and cancel my membership. 2 weeks later I was charged $67.97 USD. so I went to complained and they tried to buy me off with more of there product that I did not want they even called it "an unfortunate event". when I emailed them and told them ied take them to small clams there responce was "One of our support staff will be in touch with you over phone to address your issue within approximately 48 hours" its been 3 days and they have my email on a bot that sends "Your request is being reviewed, One of our support staff will be in touch with you to address your issue within approximately 48 hours"
i want a full refund plus. the time i have to spend dealing with them i could have made money. im a small entrepreneur my time is money.

I would like a refund from Shaw Academy, for the initial $67.97 as well as the second charge of $34.95. Furthermore, I would like written confirmation that 1) my membership is completely cancelled and 2) they will no longer be making random charges to my account.
Hai ***, We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience with us, We have reviewed your account and would like to confirm that we have charged for the purchase (Toolkit for Professional Diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition Module 3/Shaw Academy One Course Membership - Monthly Subscription) made via our one-click purchase option/Auto-renewal option. As per our Terms and Condition mentioned to you during the registration this is a non-refundable charge hence we would not be able to refund that amount, Our intention was not to upset you in any way.

Hi *** , We are sorry to let you down with this experience. However, I would like to confirm that your refund has been processed for both of your purchase please be rest assured you will be receiving the refund in 3-5 workings days

Refund of £339.88

I would like a full refund and subscription cancellation from Shaw Academy. I want all of my information out of their system once this is all settled and not to be contacted by them again.
We are sorry that you had to go through this entire ordeal. Please be assured that your account has been deactivated and we have already processed the refund. Please let us know if there is anything else you need assistance with.

shaw academy has been engaging people into "free trial" courses and misleading information.
THANKS
I WANT A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I WANT SHAW ACADEMY TO DELETE MY BANK INFORMATION AND MY NUMBER (AS THEY SEND A LOT OF MESSAGES) I DID NOT CONSENT ANY CHANGE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND I DONT WANT ANY OTHER IN THE FUTURE.

I want my money refunded in full.
