We have not been able to really enjoy our home due to the long hot (106-degree) summer days with no A/CI contacted FNHW early June and informed them of our a/c not blowing out cold airThe tech with *** *** *** *** *** schedto come out until 6/27/The tech came out and determined we needed to replace the Compressor or the UnitFNHW Rep*** called me a few days later and decided to offer replacing the Compressor as it would be cheaper but I would have to pay $out of my pocket for miscitems and service not covered under warranty, not to mention the $service fee.*** never contacted me so I called and spoke to*** a couple days later to find out the status and was told they were waiting on order from FNHW but they would reach out to them and get back to meA week later I had to call and speak with*** ***again and he said they were waiting for parts and scheduled my apptfor 7/27/and tried collecting my payment over the phoneFinally ESHA

I purchased a warranty with Pool/SPA coverage My SPA stopped working, now Fidelity National Home Warranty says it is not covered It is completely dishonest to take money than not provide coverage if something breaks Don't do business with this company!

I have a home warranty insurance policy with this company, and I filed a claim with the company in late July, with the company because the dishwasher in my house did not workThe company sent someone to my house on August 1, to look at the dishwasher, and they diagnosed the problem as being a bad pump and a bad motor in the dishwasherThey did not have the part with them, so they returned a day or tow later and fixed the dishwasherTo repair the dishwasher they had to remove the dishwasher from underneath the kitchen counter and then re-install the dishwasher underneath the kitchen counterAfter they did that, I noticed that the dishwasher had not been re-installed properly: the dishwasher had not been re-installed square with the kitchen counter and the dishwasher door did not open and close properlySo I called Fidelity back and told them that the repairman needed to come back out and re-install the dishwasher properlyThe repairman came out a few days later and

Purchased coop/condo in *** *** *** in July and purchased home warranty from Fidelity as component of the saleAir Conditioning is failing and blowing condensation out of the bathroom ventPaid Fidelity the $service fee and their AC contractor stated that the AC was improperly installed and requires an additional return air ventThe contract clearly states failure due to improper installation is covered yet Fidelity is refusing to cover it*** with Fidelity on June 14th talked to her supervisor and they agreed this was a covered issue and approved itSince then apparently someone else within the company reviewed and reversed that decisionThey went as far as having their contractor document that it was improper design instead of improper installation even though he stood in my living room and stated it was improper installation

*** Seriously, just don'tMy a/c quit working at the beginning of JuneI submitted a Service RequestThey had a contractor come outHe cleaned my condenser, which I told him I already didHe then charged me $** for the cleaning on top of the $** service request feeSurprise, but that didn't fix itI contacted Fidelity and went through the process of dealing with this sub-par contractor over the several visitsHe had no idea what he was doingAt this points, Fidelity's only really issue was hiring sub-par contractorsAt the end of dealing with him, he wanted to charge me nearly $** to replace lines he said were installed wrongThe unit had been functioning properly for the previous yearsSo, a second contractor comes outHe immediately finds the problemLike it didn't even take him minsMy condenser had a leakContractor condemns it and I think my problems are overIt's now been well over a month to get to this pointIt's summer in ***, the high has been in 100sFor a week or so after, I don't hear back from anyoneEventually I wait for hours on hold, not even joking, to be told I had to call and agree to the $** Freon disposal feeSo I agreeThe representative said the unit would be shipped and the contractor would have it in 3-daysTwo weeks later, contractor says he still doesn't have itI call Fidelity, some guy apologies and he explains it's on a truck somewhere and that if the contractor doesn't have it in two days to call the purchasing deptdays later I call the purchasing deptI get an unwanted lecture on what a queue and priority queue are and that my claim had just got escalated to a priority and the unit should be there in - business daysThat's where I'm at nowSummer will almost be over by the time they actually get this fixedJust don't

A company that has no respect for their customer and offers no service recovery or customer resolutionTheir authorization manager *** is rude, has zero managerial skills and should not be in the customer service field

I have had issues with my A/C for over 1/months now and each time they have sent vendors out that either won't or aren't capable of fixing the problem This weekend I had to have an emergency company come out as FHW said it would be Tuesday before they could get anyone out (this was on Saturday - have not had A/C since then and in Texas that is unbearable) After hours the tech said what I knew all along that I need a new A/C I found a very qualified contractor that quoted me almost half off of what the emergency repair company did and they have declined an "outside" contractor to do the work They would prefer to send one of their own - one that will put a band-aid on the issue and not do the right thing I have even more secondary damages now and have already spent $1,to fix the secondary damage from two months ago that they do not cover Biggest scam I have ever dealt with...had just renewed only because I knew that the issue wasn't really fixed Stay far away from this company for your own sake!!

I have had fidelity for years This morning I woke up to an act unit not working *** the person answering there phone is not a professional at all Horrible customer service Why even bother answering the phone We are having excessive heat warning in Vegas today and he was like ah well deal with it So I have called a tech my self as they are such a great company wheThey take your money and don't want to service your under an emergency Once again they should just not even answer the phone I guess it's ok to leave your contracted customers high and dry!!!!! Thanks for nothing!! And for *** he is as low as they go!

I just got off thr phone call with fidelity authorization department about a previous work order they said is not covered as electrical fixtures are not covered The contract clearly says 'all parts and components that affect operation' is covered The ballast is part and parcel of the fluorescent electrical system and does voltage transformation the person on the other end of the phone line said it is a fixture and so not coveredit seems fideity has so worded its customer contracts that it intrprets its meaning the way it wants and misleads the customers the agent asked me where does it say that the ballast is covered in the contract I told him its essential part of the electrical cirtcuitry and affects the operation of the lights but agent said, we are talking in cicles and said we cannot proceed furtheri strongly suggest people not to choose fidelity for their warranty needs

On July 9th I submitted a service request for our air conditionerOn or about July 15th a technician from *** *** came out and did something that did not resolve the issueOn July 17th I called Fidelity back and they re-dispatched a technicianAt that time, the tech determined the air handler and the condenser both needed to be replacedIt took until July 27th for Fidelity to approve the purchase order, this was only done as a result of my repeated calls and escalations at FidelityIt had been over degrees for over a weekOn July 30th the tech came out to install the new systemHe encountered a problem and had to return the following afternoon with additional parts, it was after 9:p.mat that pointOn July 31st the tech returned and worked for hours only to determine the condenser was badHe then reached out to his contractor, ***, for a replacementNow *** is saying they want to give him something to repair the defective unit and the tech is refusing becau

This company does not value your time and zero integrityOwner and management are not good peopleThey allow there company to treat people with no respect

This company arbitrarily deleted 1/of the value of the warranty that they were supposed to cover with no adequate explanationAfter the 3rd party technician gave their "authorization" department the description of the problem and the cost he handed the phone back to meIn less that seconds the "authorizer" said that they were charging retail rates and that the amount of the claim was reduced by 1/When I asked what the amount of the parts should have been under "wholesale" or Commercial rates I was told them didn't knowI asked how he came up with that number, did he have a price list or something else? Of course he did not, no other means of having any form of accurate pricingHow do companies get away with a scam like this??? Why do they have a Revdex.com rating of A+???

I've been going back and forth with Fidelity since January/February of about my heating system I purchased a condo last year and the heating system had issues I called Fidelity and let them know of the issue and they referred me to a technician within their network I called the technician and they told me they dont deal with my heating system, so I called Fidelity back and told them At which point they allowed me to go out of network I found a technician and got the issue assessed I then requested a reimbursement for the fees associated with the technician coming out to view my heating system and was reimbursed However, because this required a lot of work to fix the system, Fidelity said they would pay me out the aggregate limit ($1,500) from my coverage After the reimbursement that amount came out to roughly $1,I was promised that money back in May I never received it because someone internally dropped the ball So, when I didnt receive the funds, I called back in July and they said they would issue me the check NothingI called them again and they said they would issue me a check by late August I received a call from them today stating that they will not be issuing me a check because it states in my contract it does not cover my heating system I called back numerous times and requested my contract, but the representative at Fidelity says that they cannot provide me one because my contract with them ended on August 10th They keep referring me to a sample contract on their websiteNot sure why they cant provide me a copy of my contract as their excuse just doesnt make sense Additionally, if my contract did state that it does not cover my specific heating system, then why would you reimburse me for the technician to come out and assess my heating system? Also, why would you keep promising me the remainder of the aggregate amount for my coverage multiple times?
This company is a joke

We have had to rely on this company twice now for major repairs in our homeBoth times have been a complete disasterFirst cold front this year our furnace went out we had contractors out and found out it needed to be replacedAfter speaking with Fidelity they supposedly ordered the parts, two weeks later we were told we never "okayed" the amount we'd have to pay, so parts were never ordered(This came as a surprise to us seeing as we'd called and spoke to multiple people in purchasing about when the parts would be delivered in the weeks prior.) Finally, after demanding to speak to someone who could give answers, and going back and forth for another couple weeks the problem was resolved and our furnace was replaced near the end of winterNow for the second time, during the beginning of June our AC started giving us trouble so we called and they sent the contractor out who said it needed to be replacedAfter submitting everything Fidelity called and told us the amount we'd have to pay for "modifications" we approved it and they said the order was being placed and should take 3-business days to receiveAfter calling both the contractor and Fidelity, over business days later we were told that they could not see the exact date of delivery because it was on a truck, should be a couple more daysA few days later we call again and we are then told that the reason it's taken so long is because an essential part had been on back order and they needed the okay to order another part in its placeThis is now two weeks after we were told the order was placed and would be received by the contractor in at most business daysAlso the first time we've heard of anything being on back orderMy fiancé and I both have called multiple times asking to speak to a supervisorWe've both been hung up on atleast once and he's been told twice that a supervisor would follow up with him and never received a call backNot once have we received an apology, in fact every time we ask how this will be taken care of the only option we are given is for them to give us a check to find a different contractor ourselvesMeanwhile it's July 2nd we are going on almost a month now with a two year old and a dog in the house with no AC in TexasOn top of the $we will be paying for this to be fixed we also had to spring for a window unit so that atleast one room in our home is bearable (The rest of our house is degrees btw)

I called in two electrical claimsThe first on 7/3/and the second on 7/7/The first call was to repair the light on a fan and the second was to fix a security panelFidelity contracted with *** Electric, the third party servicer and I was told since I called in the second claim, it would be treated as an "add-on" by both *** Electric and Fidelity so I would only have to pay one deductible of $instead of two*** sent an electrician on 7/to resolve both issuesThey said the security panel is low voltage and not covered by FidelityAnd in the process of repairing the light on the fan, the electrician broke the fanHe disconnected the receiver in the fan and connected the power directly for the light and fan - it worked for the light but the fan stopped workingHe took the receiver with him to get authorization from the warranty company to replace it, which was deniedAnd contrary to what I was told, they treated the single visit as two and now Fidelity is bill

A very bad customer serviceI had an electric issue at my home and then when I called them I clearly mentioned them I was trying to fix a outlet and I messed up1st rep confirmed it is fine, mistakes happen we will come n see what it is and get it rightScheduled an appointment for visit in 24hrs but the guy did not show up , so they called n rescheduleThe technician came after 3daysHe opened the outlet and said some one opened it , I said I did and I had mentioned to the customer support guy tooHe took his sweet time and this guy said, Fidelity only asked him to check and give a write upSo he is just going to write up and send the note to FidelityThey will go over n then decideReally I felt like I was a dumb guy n Fidelity has cheated meMy question was what is the reason to charge me 75$ fee to come , see n give a writeupwhen I had actually told them I was trying to fix an outletCustomer service rep called me to say they cannot fix the issue as it was a human error and not natural cause and she was very rude, "sir you better read your agreement" and she hung upi was looking for another agency and these guys called me every days asking me to renew and they are the best in USNow after renewing I cannot cancel as they don't provide any refund as I have already paid them $of my payment*** *** *** *** *** *** The rating for these agency is starI dont know how they could have these policies and one of the worst customer service reps

I have had nothing but difficulty with this comp\any who can take *** for a year's warranty but cannot deliver servicesI have been on hold with this company three times for more than minutes at a time to be told that a service person cannot attend to my air conditioner for days

Our Toilet got clogged on December and we requested for service the week afterThey sent guys from a contracted plumbing company and after listening to our problem, they toured the outside of the house looking for a "clean out valve" and when they found none, they said that upon consultation with Fidelity National Home Warranty agent, they said the problem was not covered because we did not have the valveWe ended up hiring a plumber and we paid out of our own pockets for de-clogging the drain by just snaking the drain from the roof! The home warranty guys did not even try to remedy, they just refused to do anything because we did not have the wash out valve they were looking for

At its best, this service is slow Over week delay from date of report to date of call from local provider to repair Customer service is fairPURCHASING DEPARTMENT is TERRIBLE!! calls to them, left voicemails, no response, they didn't execute my VM instructionsAND Customer Service operator refuses to put a manager on the line OR to have Purchasing call me to finalize this claim #TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fidelity is my Home Warranty companyMy home warranty covers my Air Conditioning unitOn 7/26/my A/C stopped working so I submitted a service request to get it fixedFidelity assigned it to a contractor and the contractor never did reach out because that initial contractor was no longer in businessI had to call in to find this outFidelity assigns another contractor *** *** who again never callsI called into Fidelity again to setup time for the contractor to come out*** comes out assess the situation and said they need to order parts, A/C Compressor - (Location: Outdoors/Ground; Model#: *** *** ***), and A/C Condensing Unit - (Location: Outdoors/Ground; Model#: *** *** *** *** no call from anyone so I called in again to Fidelity and they said some of the items would not be covered under my warranty and quoted me an additional cost of approx $I agreed to this and asked them to order the partAgain nothing from Fid
