I have Fidelity home warranty planThe AV unit is covered under the warranty planThe HAVC was broken and Fidelity sent a technician to repair, the technician informed me the transformer in the unit was broken and he was going to return and replace themOne week had passed he has not comeI contacted Fidelity customer service, they said I had to talk to authorization office and transferred me there without listening to meI was on hold on the line for over minutes no one answeredI called the customer service again and insisted to talk to the manager, they declined to transfer me to talk to the manager, and put me over to authorization office and held me waiting for another minutes then no answerNo one was answering my call and they wanted to decline a covered claim with no explanation

A provider was sent to repair a drain leakThe leak was repaired incorrectly and we experienced another leak causing damage to our kitchenWe had a separate company come inspect the issueWe submitted the company's report of the problem on 01/18/It has almost been a month and our drain has still not been repairedWe have made several phone calls and an email to FidelityEach contact leaves us with no results and no timelineWe are also being told that the bad repair work done by Fidelity's provider will still come out of our deductibleAdditionally, the provider that did the work incorrectly charged about $and the company we hired quoted the exact same work at about half the costAs a Fidelity customer this cost discrepancy is very concerning

We have been a customer for yrsWe tried to renew our contract on-line on July Fidelity's on-line systems were downWe called August & was told that we could not renew, we had to purchase another contract and have a day waiting periodOver a week later a sales agent called us saying we were given the wrong information and we could renew without a waiting periodIn the meantime, we had an issue with our air conditioning unit and had to pay for a service call and ultimately a new systemThe sales agent kept calling us guaranteeing we had no waiting periodWe asked for the service fee to be reimbursed to us since the agent gave us the wrong informationThis is like bait and switchThey didn't deliver what they advertiseIf we had been given the correct information we would have had all of the fees coveredThis is outrageousWe would like Fidelity held responsible for this and reimburse us the service call fees of $***

The company doesn't have enough people to address customers properlyRegular hold time on the phone is over minutesI have a problem with A/C and it took them a few days to send somebody over hereContractor is not professionalHe connected some ugly PVC pipe to A/C unit on the roof and now it is still pouring on the roofIt looks uglySo another words they hire not professionals to fix it cheapest way possibleI had to pre-pay fee for this handy work

Well pump went out for houseCovered by Home Warranty charged service couldn't find a contractor to work on itFidelity issued out of pocket reimburement paperwork no where on the paperwork says must be licensed conctractorContractor came out to repair well gave proper invoiceDays later fidelty request must be licensed for reimbursement Now the whole reason for the warranty is goneservice charge for something they wont reimburse left with bills now

A home warranty was purchased in July 28, from Fidelity National Home WarrantyOn July 26, they were notified that there was a problem with the refrigerator freezing everythingThe work was contracted out to Sears who did not show up until AugAccording to my tenants the repairman did nothing whatsoever but told the tenant they would come back in a few weeks to replace the thermostatI asked if this was because the part had to be ordered and was told "no, that was just the next time they would be in the area." *** *** has a home warranty with Fidelity National Home Warranty She had several incidents with over the past year with Fidelity National Home Warranty and with getting repairs done or approved The final incident was with electrical issues with circuit breakers constantly blowing in the main fuse panel located in the attached garage and a couple faulty outlets Fidelity also did not have anyone under contract to do the work in our area of King County, so her caretakers were told to contact a local electrician to do the work and have the electrician call Fidelity National Home Warranty when they diagnosed the issues The electrician called to explain the issues with the outlets and circuit breakers were tripping At first Fidelity denied the repair to the circuit breakers After talking with several Fidelity representatives, it was determined the repairs for the circuit breaker panel work inside the garage which is considered inside the covered residence The electrician

On his service orderI figure if he didn't do it he would have showed us before he went in to do itMy FIL said the guy was about to leave without fixing anythingI called Fidelity within minutes of the man leaving to complainI sent photos immediatelyNo response from Fidelity regarding my problemI have used Fidelity many times and their services have been okFidelity won't make it right and I spoke with supervisorsThe plumbing company won't make it right, the owner never called me back and I paid $for horrible service from someone extremely unprofessional who didn't want to go to work that dayI checked his name in *** (***) and he has terrible reviewsI figure if the owner of the plumbing company sends someone who lacks professionalism then they will be the sameI will not be recommending Fidelity ever again and I will not be renewing with them next year

I've had a home warranty with Fidelity since 6/20/ When the hot water heater went out on New Years day, 2015, we had prompt service and even though we had to pay out of pocket they covered it and reimbursed me However, in Feb of 2016, on the 8th I filed a service claim for the built in microwave at my home and one or two days later I had to file a claim for a stoppage Today 2/25/16, I still do not have a working microwave and my plumbing issue is still an issue I am out over $because the plumbing company they sent out couldn't find the ground level cleanouts or the sewer line in or days They broke the hall bath toilet by using a snake and it came through the toilet and punch a hole in it The snake was almost in my hallway, when my husband yelled at them to stop I have a huge hole in the front yard where they assumed the sewer line was and was not I have not been reimbursed for anything from the plumbing company and I had to hire other plumbing company to come to the house and take care of the stoppage They found the cleanouts and the sewer line with in minutes of being at the property and they showed up when they said they would I sent them the bid from the other plumbing company and the person I spoke with today stated that they would cash me out at $and that is all they will cover I've been told to go directly to Dispatch home services, the first plumbing company to collect the cost of the damage and the new toilet All that company wants is a copy of the estimate from the top notch company to see if they can come up with a proposal to make me happy Worse customer service I have ever received They claim to be there 24/but most of the time, I have to wait in access of minutes to talk to someone and then nothing is done Horrible company I will not be renewing with them this year They have promised to have "***" call me today about the complaint against the other plumbing company and their purchasing department regarding my microwave Regardless if I receive those calls I am not happy with the service they have provided with the microwave or the plumbing issues Dispatch home services that was sent to our home (the first company) has a D rating with the *** I have filed complaints with ***, my bank for quality of service, with Fidelity and I will also be filing a complaint with the TExas State Board of Plumbers Examiners

They don't stand by their service to ensure the job is done right by their vendorsI had to pay for the same service twice, when the original service wasn't done right the first timeFidelity National Home Warranty provides horrible customer service, and are only focused on every dollar earned and not the quality home services
