I have claimed AC failure four weeks ago, but Fidelity Home Warranty still haven't fixed it yetI live in [redacted] , it's degrees every day! Fidelity never calles me to report updateInstead, I have to call them every week and spend an hour each time to wait for a customer representative to give me one or two sentences about the statusIt is such a painful experience, especially because of my months old baby cry day and nightI feel guilty and angry, Fidelity Home Warranty is such a fraud!

Worst possible serviceWould rate negative stars, if possibleHad a broken stovetop and requested serviceThe service person came out, said he fixed it, but it was still not workingRequested a recall and we were never able to reach the person againHe closed the claimPlaced a new one and the repair person came to the house, looked at the stove, and said "I can't fix that" and leftNow Fidelity will not waive service charge, AND want me to pay an additional $ [redacted] just to cancel my account so that I can purchase a policy through another companyWARNING - DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

$Service Fee Dispute In the month of January I called Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) to repair my doorbellFNHW contracted [redacted] to perform this service, and this company failed to do soVia telephone,I brought this to the attention of FNHW on numerous occasions, but to no availToday I spoke with a FNHW representative again, and she told me that I couldn't dispute the $service feeTo-date I have declined to pay this service fee, but now I cannot receive any other service from FNHW -- until paidHere is the reason why I dispute the $service fee request, as filed on Yelp review: Over-Pricing and Under-Performing Experience: Two items: Doorbell and AC socket: AC Socket -- I was billed $for the installation of an AC socket in my crawling-space that took about minutes to installWhen I requested the price be reduced, [redacted] disagreed but in the end threw $dollars on my table and left, seemingly indignantI was willing to have paid him for an hour's

Fidelity sent a contractor to a home we've recently purchased to assess three appliances that aren't workingThe contractor sent a report back to Fidelity stating that all of the appliances are working properly when they clearly are notWhen my wife called the contractor to object, the Owner told her, "Oh, you're one of thoseThat's all right, we know where you live." When she asked if he was threatening us, he said, "Not me personally, but I know people." He also told her that the technician had recorded our conversations in our homeSo, Fidelity sends contractors to peoples' homes who 1) record their conversations and 2) threaten their families if they don't like the service [redacted]

We have had coverage through [redacted] for many years I am divorced from my spouse who is the contract holder; however I am still residing in the home until the home is sold, per the divorce decree The furnace went out on 2/11/18, and we have been waiting for the furnace to be replaced since then with no ETA to date [redacted] has provided inaccurate and delayed responses to this emergency situation I have been without heat for nearing three weeks with no ETA or scheduled replacement Per their contract, this constitutes an emergency situation and they have sent out multiple contractors and incorrect replacement parts I have been told to heat my home with space heaters, which is a dangerous and unacceptable response The home is likely considered "uninhabitable" due to how cold it has been The temperatures have been in the single digits/teens throughout the last few weeks, and my children have not been able to stay with me as a result They have not even begun to remove t

Truly one of the worst company to work with!! Our kitchen fan has been broken since the beginning of June, and over the last months our case has been kicked around from department to departmentNo one ever contact us about where it is going and every time I call I'm waiting for min minimum before getting a live person, only to be told they are: a) waiting for the part # from technician b) looking for the part c) still waiting to find the part Then after months the latest version is they are now waiting for the part # from technicianAgain!!!

It took me over months to finally get Fidelity to replace my air conditioning over the hottest months in [redacted] I was told that my out-of-pocket would be $***No small amountFidelity hired the contractor, but after installation, the City Code enforcement found the repair violated state code because Fidelity's contractor failed to install the right amperage on its breakerMy Contract with Fidelity states: "FNHW will pay to correct code violations and/or code upgrades if necessary to affect FNHW-approved repair or replacement of a covered system or appliance up to the combined aggregate of $ [redacted] per contract term." Despite this language, Fidelity refuses to effectuate the repair under its contract claiming that it does not diligence on its contractors and just can't be responsible for their mistakes and that the problem should have been included as part of my out-of-pocket expensesIts position violates its own contractual obligations to cover code violations of its contr

First of all, how does this company get an A+ rating with the Revdex.com when out of reviews are negative? Second of all, as everyone here is saying, DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY PLAN FROM FIDELITY They use horrible, inept contractors and they do not stand by their workWhen you call to get some resolution, all they do is give you the runaroundInstead of fixing the problem, they offer to submit a new work order for another service feeAlso, when I set up the initial service call, I asked to have my fireplace switch fixedThe electrician came out only to tell me that he doesn't work on those, even though it is an electrical wall switchIf not an electrician, then who?? When I called Fidelity, they said they don't fix those Well then why didn't they tell me that in the first place? Oh yes, because they wanted to take my money Terrible Bad business practices all aroundThey should be shut downCome on, Revdex.com, do your job here

We bought our home 12/18/and took out an insurance policy with Fidelity National Home WarrantyWe pay $ [redacted] a year to them so that if we have any problems with our appliances, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, etc, all we have to do is call Fidelity National Home Warranty, tell them of our problem and they get whomever is needed out to take care of the issueOn 1/30/18, we found that there was a leak under our kitchen sinkWe are not plumbers, nor do we know anyWe called Fidelity National Home Warranty, advised them of the issueThey took payment of $ [redacted] from my credit card and assumed me someone would be out the same day to fix the problemAbout an hour later, Fidelity National Home Warranty called me back saying they couldn't get anyone out for days! I paid a lot of money for this insurance and their website MISREPRESENTSWhen it says to file a claim it says to call if an emergencyRight now I have a major leak from the HVAC in the attic and it damaged the ceiling and buckling the drywall and boardsI have pictures to proveI called in claim days ago and they assigned a technician that came and walked off the job, because I needed a new HVAC unit (which they are suppose to pay for) and he didn't want to deal with itThen they set me up with another guy who would not call me backThen I got the third company, who the best they can do to come out is 7/5/appointmentFidelity claims told me I can find my own tech, only under the conditions they have to call in and make sure fidelity approves, but I went through major HVac companies in [redacted] and not one company wants to deal with Fidelity because they have a terrible reputation for not approving service and repairsPlease help, this a very dishonest company that has

Extremely slow response times and near non-existent communications in response to open claimsRecently lost my water heater (fully covered under terms of agreement); however 5+ days later I’m still waiting for them to determine what they are going to do about it and contact me so the item can be repaired/replacedA week without hot water for showers, laundry, dishes, etcfor a working family is just not practicalThey certainly weren’t this slow taking my money [redacted]
