Terrible service by the vendors and Fidelity takes zero responsibility for the vendors they send to the house! My kitchen refrigerator is broken and [redacted] placed the "RUSH" request for me with [redacted] After the technician visited the house and inspected the fridge - it took them days to file a report saying that [redacted] authorized technician is required for this repairWhy send unauthorized vender on the first place??? I wrote a long review and then it went blank I give this business starI called because as it got cold I found out furnace did not workCalled Fidelity and they could not send a repair person for at least a weekIt was degrees in my homeFidelity told me they could not have anyone out to my home for at least a week but that I could call a licensed company in my areaI didThey came out the next day and they tried to get heater workingThey could notThey replaced within days When I called Fidelity the first time they mailed me a copy of out if network service providerIf they had told me to call I would have done and just maybe I would have been reimbursed for this replacement (ha)I received form after heater was replaced so now they won't coverI really didn't expect them to Well I hope I don't have to use this service again as I have absolutely no confidence in this serviceA waste of money when you purchase a home

AC went out on 7/3/after multiple min holds and being hung up they finally said we will send the next available techThat tech comes out 7/The inside home temp was degrees and blowing degrees out the vents which the recorded and verbally said we will be back to replace the coilI followed up the next day going thru the same long waits only to have them reply the techs didn't turn in the paper workThen I followed u again with them for them to say they techs reported nothing was wrongNow Im battling [redacted] with the authorization department who wants to send out another tech that wont be out until 7/After blaming me for the high call volume he continued to slander the outside company that is going to come out tomorrow and repair the AC
