Fidelity sent a plumber for main line stoppage on 8/20/and 8/21/but they were both incompetent in fixing the issueI hired a second opinion on 8/22/and paid $ [redacted] for a professional and competent technician to fix the main line stoppage with a power snakeI sent the invoice for reimbursement via email on 8/22/and called on 8/24/and they informed me that they cannot locate the receipt via emailThis is horrible customer service and should be able to locate all receipts for things do not get easily lost via emailWould like to expedite the check for reimbursement due to the financial inconvenience of paying my own plumber for $***

Fidelity is the WORST company I think I've ever dealt with. I just paid for my second contract with them, and I wish I hadn't. [redacted] **. It should be fined for running a scam operation. I contacted Fidelity early on a Friday morning as I had no water pressure in my kitchen or bathroom. I was told someone would contact me ASAP. By Saturday, no one had contacted me, so I called Fidelity again. By this time, I had no water in my kitchen. I was told that I could contact the company myself and submit a claim later. I contacted the company they "dispatched" which advertised themselves as being 24-hour, emergency service. I didn't get a call back. On Monday, I was finally contacted by someone. They came out, pulled giant pieces of plastic from the system and said I needed a new water heater. I then received a call from Fidelity telling me they needed to send an electrician out to install something so the water heater could be replaced. They didn't give me

Disaster I have been a customer for over years, I have paid yearly fees and I have, and now that my heating furnace needs to be changed they will not pay for the full cost, I will need to pay for over $to get it replaced, (fidelity is only paying $1200-$1300)I tried negotiating and reasoning and they are not helpingThis besides for the fact that it took over a week and half to come to a conclusionTotally unacceptable If I was able to I would not even leave one star

I first made work order # [redacted] on May 11, to repair a washing machineThe repair man that was issued my case would not answer my calls/texts until I called Fidelity to complain and get a new repair manHe immediately called me and set up the first appointmentThe first time he came he said I needed a new clutch and motorA month went by before he was able to get the parts and returnTwo weeks ago when he came the second time he could not replace the broken parts because he couldn't get a bolt looseHe even used a hammer to beat it trying to break the boltThe only thing that happened was to make a mess and beat up the inside of the tubI've tried multiple times to call the company and find out why it isn't repaired and what is going to happenUnfortunately, after waiting hours on the phone no one will answerI paid this repairman $ [redacted] two months ago to repair this washing machine and it's still not fixed

NEGATIVE- Purchased their services, paid the $deductible for dishwasher repairs, and the technician who came out to review my dishwasher problem came into my home, and was out within minsHe gave his recommendation to Fidelity National Home Warranty that had nothing to do with the original issueI reevaluated the technicians claim and confirmed that what he said was complete falseWhat he claimed was broken was actually working perfectly fineI contacted FNHW to report my findings along with the unprofessional services the technician provided, but instead of assisting with getting a second opinion, I received the most unethical business answer: NFHW: "Sir, you can pay out of pocket for a second opinion and if you're right then we'll wave the deductible fee for us to send out another company to fix it." Me: "But will I be compensated for the money that I spent on for the second opinion, if I'm right? If I'm wrong, at fault, and your technician was legit, I would TOTALLY accept the lose on the money I agreed to spend on a second opinionBUT, IF I'm right, will you give me my money back for the second opinion because the original technician who you sent out didn't do his job correctly?" FNHW: "No, SirWe will not reimburse you if you are right about us sending you a technician who didn't do his job correctly." Me: "How is that even legal? I pay for hundreds of dollars for your warranty, paid the deductible and in the event YOUR client finds out that they were right about bad services , that YOU provided, you will not reimburse them for their troubles?!? How is that even legal? You're telling me that the technician gets away with my deducible the I paid for and you won't do anything for your client?" FNHW: "Sorry, SirMy supervisor already reviewed the notes and nothing further can be done on our part." Me: "Can you PLEASE tell me that this is something you agree with, this is sooo unethical, in every way and you're telling me that I'm [redacted] because you guys won't further review this horrible situation because of a horrible technician?" NFHW: "Sorry, Sir, the decision has been made." Me: "May I speak with your supervisor." NFHW: "Yes, we can do that, SirThey will call you when they feel it's at their convenience." WHAT?!? I was so very disappointed with Fidelity. According to their contract, you will be charged the service fee whether the service is covered or not. What this means is they wont tell you at the time you schedule it that it is not covered but they will still charge you a fee. They have prior knowledge that the item is not covered but they go ahead and let you have the contractor come out for nothing so that you can be charged $75. This is not ethical business

We recently moved in to a new homeWe discovered a leak in the tub when it fills with waterThe water is going around a drain and dripping through a light downstairsWe contacted Fidelity National to get someone out and take a lookThey sent a local company called ML PlumbingThe plumber tells me there is a rubber gasket missing and he has to drill a hole through the wall or tub to put the gasket inThe plumber calls Fidelity and reports the issue Fidelity contacts us shortly after their phone call with the plumberThey inform us that they will not cover this repair because it is considered a missing partWhat's the point of home insurance then??? The gasket is supposed to be behind the wall, how could anyone remove it? The house was sold to us in this condition but we are getting zero help from them in fixing the problemThe best part is, we were informed that if we don't get the problem fixed, they will cease to cover any other claims in the futureTo add insult to injury, the plumbing company that they sent out to look at the problems is subparThey kept threatening to make claims about other issues so we would have to pay out of pocketThe company probably makes more that wayI did my due diligence on the plumbing company and found that many other folks in my area had the same experience with this contractorFidelity Home National is a scam

One month ago, my family and I moved into a house which had a home warranty with Fidelity. The previous owners had used the warranty before the closing to fix the air conditioning unit, which needed to be fixed according to our buyer/seller contract. However, the unit was not fixed after closing. We called Fidelity who called R&B mechanical, who had come to fix the unit when the previous owners made the request.R &B mechanical came out to fix the Air conditioning unit. They said they should have caught all the issues/problems with the A C when the previous owners called the first time. R&B said they were sorry for my husband and I because we were supposed to have a working A C when we moved in. They waived the service fee and other fees for us.
