I AM SO DISAPPOINTED; I READ EVERY REVIEW AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ALL THESE PEOPLE, HAS HAPPENED TO ME THE A+ REVIEW SHOULD BE DROPPED TO AN F-

We purchase a home warranty through this company for our property Three weeks ago we put in a request for service since our AC unit didn't work properly The vendor came out and looked for minutes Then, they told us there was nothing wrong with it Advised us to call the warranty company again for a recall if it still doesn't work so they can come out again We called *** to reopen the request for a recall this morning and we were told to call the vendor to schedule a call later that day We called and left a voice message That was on Monday Today is Thursday evening and still got nothing I called *** and they said the vendor didn't answer their call either and told us it is the only vendor in our area, so there is nothing they could do I requested a cancellation with their sale dept and I was told it was not true about the vendor They will try to get someone outside of the area if the local vendor is not available which is their policy She put me on ho

Fidelity Home Warranty has been sending the same company to repair my fridge over half a dozen times and each time they say it is fixed or the other repairman forgot to connect the water supplyNow they sent someone out again and want to replace the componentsI have complained to Fidelity about the issue and they keep saying if it isn't fixed on the next visit they will get a different company, and yet again the same company came and want to return again to replace componentsI was suppose to get a call from another supervisor at Fidelity today, but again, I never received that callAnd during the last visit they said the only last attempt to fix it would be me to defrost the unit, which I did and it still didn't work

I have gone back and forth regarding the toilet issue on my townhome located at *** *** *** *** *** *** **The fee was withdrawn from my account but no resolutionI have called and requested a Mgr to assist in resolving the matter; however, no resolution yet

I called Fidelity National Home Warranty (I have a contract) on July 6th because my AC stopped workingThe wait times on their phone lines are ridiculous - minutes and moreI tried to create a work order online / their website as wellI was told a vendor would contact me soon to set up a repair datedays of 90+ degree temperatures later, I received a call from an HVAC company that said they could not even come out to LOOK at the problem until days laterWe were in a heat waveI said that was crazy and tried to contact the warranty company again to see if I could get another vendor out here soonerJust getting someone on the phone again (another minutes) was tortureIt took almost another week until I received a call saying they had contacted another vendorIt was crazyIn those sweltering days, I just called a local HVAC guy to came and fixed it the SAME DAY for $***I am now out of pocket for $***, plus I had to pay for this worthless home warranty contract

I received a home warranty with FNHW with a purchase of a house contract***On May I filed a repair request *** stating that my heating/airconditioning was not workingThey were slow to send a service company but they did arrange one of their choosingI paid the $service chargeOne June they notified me that their selected licensed A/C repair shop said the unit was rotted out and they wanted a second opinionSo they reassigned it to another company for reviewNow it is July 11, and no other company has contacted me or come to review the situationAt this point I am weeks and days after my initial service requestI think it is completely unreasonable that they would go this amount of time without approving the claim and how could any fair and reasonable company force their customers to go this length of time without A/C in the middle of summer?

A couple days after moving in to my new home, the garage door springs brokeI called Fidelity, set up a service request, paid my deductible and waited for a tech to come outSeveral days later a tech came out, spent 5mins there and told me he couldn't repair the spring because he doesn't know how to work on that typeLater that day I received a call from Fidelity to tell me it would be $to convert the springs to something more traditionalOr they would pay out the claim for $(subtract the $I already paid, and they were offering me $to fix it myself) I didn't accept either option and asked my agent if she could helpThe next day, while unable to answer my phone, I received missed calls and voicemails trying to arrange a follow up appointmentWhen I called the new tech, I set up another appointment, left work again to meet with the tech, only to spend another 5min discussing how he probably couldn't fix the springs, and that he would need to convert them for $I received a follcall from that tech to say that he wasn't trained on the "New" system and wouldn't be until April, so he couldn't helpAfter that, I received another call and message from Fidelity, that they couldn't find anyone to fix my door, and that I could go to the website of the door spring manufacturer and find a local technician myself, and that he/she would need to call Fidelity to get clearance to perform the work, and that I would need to get an authorization number, and that I would need to submit a form for reimbursement, and that they would only pay what they felt appropriate for the jobBasically they handed off their work to me, the clientSo I went to the website, I found a tech in less than minutes, he asked a few questions over the phone and knew exactly what kind of door I had, what type of springs I had, how it would need to be fixed, and quoted my a price of $300, and would be able to fix it the next day Why couldn't Fidelity do that? They had pictures of the door from both of the techs they sent out, and knew how to find the right person, but put the work on me to doI figure, so long as Fidelity gives me my deductible back, its worth it to just pay to have it done and tell Fidelity to go fly a kiteI have also provided all this information to my agent so that she can avoid selling this company's products to her clients in the future

I had a leak in my kitchen, water was coming out of wallsI shut water offI found water had seeped into my walls behind my kitchen sinkI filed claim, spoke to Fidelity plumber and we ascertained the dish washer was leaking from the bottomHe does not repair appliancesThe wall was covered in mold and water and I removed the wall to gain access to dishwasher and stop the mold and water damageFidelity says they do not cover the replacement of the wall as it is my faultThis is nonsense, as the wall was soaking with water, and moldyThey offer no remedy

On July 9th I submitted a service request for our air conditionerOn or about July 15th a technician from *** *** came out and did something that did not resolve the issueOn July 17th I called Fidelity back and they re-dispatched a technicianAt that time, the tech determined the air handler and the condenser both needed to be replacedIt took until July 27th for Fidelity to approve the purchase order, this was only done as a result of my repeated calls and escalations at FidelityIt had been over degrees for over a weekOn July 30th the tech came out to install the new systemHe encountered a problem and had to return the following afternoon with additional parts, it was after 9:p.mat that pointOn July 31st the tech returned and worked for hours only to determine the condenser was badHe then reached out to his contractor, ***, for a replacementNow *** is saying they want to give him something to repair the defective unit and the tech is refusing becau

I have nothing positive to say about this company We just moved into our house and I called to get a plumber out to fix our bathroom sink that wasn't draining properly We also had a cracked sewage pipe that we weren't sure if it was covered by the warranty The rep assured that the bathroom sink was covered and would be repaired I had to pay $for the service call I should have waited and paid, but I paid in advance When the tech arrived he said he couldn't repair the sink and that the pipe was not leaking so it wasn't covered So I essentially wasted $ I called back to dispute the charge I was forwarded to a supervisor named, *** *** has customer service skills He was abrupt, rude, and interrupted me several time to try and get his point across He at one point told me to "listen" I remained calm but *** was not He had a pointed tone and was more concerned with being right than making his customer happy He has no business talking to customers much less being a supervisorI'll never use their services again It's a rip off and they clearly don't value good customer service

Have home warranty*** which covers our a/cThree appts were made to repair it, first was a no show, and the other two have made the a/c worseLast tech suggested and wrote on the service document it may need additional workCalled Fidelity soon after last tech left to report problem is now worse and was told we need to wait until tech submits report and to call backTried today but keep getting passed around with long phone waits and no resolutionToday is and we have had no days below for sometimeI am years old and need the a/cHow can you rate these people as A+ under the circumstancesHad no problem sending me a renewal notice, evidently that department works swiftly

I have been on the phone with fidelity home warranty for over weeks because my entire AC unit is tokenMy home is located in *** *** and is over degrees every single dayI have been on hold for 30-minutes 3x per day and hung up on of the 3-times per day before even reaching a person and on hold for 20+ minutesI have submitted all required documentation within mins of them requesting itI’ve hadn’t supervisors on the phone and every time they say we are moving forward they request something beenThis week alone I’ve spent hours on the phone with fidelity to get absolutely nowhereI am exhaustedMy AC is still broken and it’s degrees in the house dailyAnd everyone’s getting sickFidelity doesn’t careI’ve done everything right and been on top of the ballThis company is immoral and corruptThey disgust me

July 14, filed a service order for ovenTechnician came out on July and diagnosed the computer control board is brokenParts are no longer availableJuly 25, 2018, called Fidelity National and was told that within hours they would send an email that showed replacement ovens and a cash optionSince then I have called times to follow up and have not received any information from FIdelity NationalNo working oven for almost a month

We have a home warranty with this companyWe opened a service ticket for an inoperable oven in March, It is now September, still no working oven, several e-mails to the company, phone calls and we simply cannot get this resolvedOur warranty comes up in October, and I'm sure this has become a delay tactic to avoid having to pay a repair bill!! I have been hung up on repeatedly after being told I was being transferred to a supervisorThe wait time to talk to anyone is never short of thirty minutesYour website has hundreds of horrible reviews, all one star - only because you have to select at least one I'm sure! And, you rate them an A+After I wrote a review, I read several others, all the same story as mineThis company feels like a complete scam

I recently had a leak in my crawling space and called Fidelity National Home Warranty if they could repair it, but the plumber they referred (H&R Plumbing) refused saying the water had to be removed firstThis meant that I had to hire another plumber to do the workUpon completion, it was discovered that I had a crack in the slab as ground water was seeping its way inI again called Fidelity National Home Warranty and the same referred plumber said they didn't repair slabsBut the Fidelity National Home Warranty representative told me over the phone that it is covered

The company seems to go out of its way to ensure you do not get to speak with a manager
I had a clarifying question and asked the rep if I could please speak with a manager He informed me that the manager was busy and he would call me back I received a return call shortly after but the man did not identify himself as a manager and only echoed what the rep had already said So I called back asked to speak to the gentleman who called me back They informed me that he was the manager Again, he was not available So I asked that he call me after because I was going into a meeting from 3- Sure enough, he calls me right at 3: I can only assume he did that purposely to avoid talking to me again So, I call back after my meeting and sure enough, he was at lunch I asked to speak to a different manager and of course, no one was available So the phone reptold me he would have the specific manager call me back after his lunch break However, he never ever called me back

We had to pay out of pocket for what company calls "secondary damage" which was caused by their contractor missing a plumbing issue they were sent in to investigateThe plumber did not do what they were asked to go do (detect a possible leak or a leak be)He failed to check the shower-head and where its connecting point to the pipe going into the wallThis would not require opening ceiling or walls so no reason for them not investigating it properly and as they were requestedThis contractor failure and fidelity lack of followup and support meant than within a week we had a huge leak from the very point they were meant to investigateThe leak appeared in the lower floor ceiling under the showerI had to call an emergency plumbers in over the weekend out of pocket as Fidelity failed to provide a contractorThe plumber had to open up the ceiling and deal with the sourceWe were left with a huge hole in ceiling and damaged/wet ceiling as a resultFidelity said will send in anothe

I paid for Fidelity to send out someone to fix my air conditionerThe guy that came out told me the filter needed to be changed I had one and gave it to him knowing that's not allI start talking to him and he tells me I should buy new ventsI don't think he ever looked at the unit itselfIts on the roof so I would knowWhen I called Fidelity to tell them they gave me the same guys numberThis person has ignored all phone calls and even had the nerve to text me back and say hes in a meetingI feel he did not do anything in the first place and I was charged $and now if I want someone else to come out that you chooseI do not believe I should have to pay againI never would have paid this guy in the first place and would of called someone elseIn the meantime I spent hundreds of dollars for your insuranceI am sitting in degree condo with kids husband and dog with no air conditioner

Called today due to my pool filter issues and was able to get ZERO information about what is covered before I decide to spend dollars to have them come out VERY rude customer service, I spoke with an Angie who stated she could not transfer me to her supervisor that I would have to hang up and call back - also refused to give me an agent ID or first initial of last name or any information to get me to the right person all while speaking in a very snotty tone Wouldn't recommend this company at all!

Filed a repair work order and it's been difficult getting resolutionI have no hot water in my house for straight days and can't get anyone to help usNobody cares at this company
