On 05/02/I call Fidelity home warranty to have services repairedOne service was for my plumbingWhen I spoke to the representative on the phone explain to her all of the issues that I was having the plumbingOne issue was the pipe in the second bathroom rattle whatever the valvesame were turned off or onThere were also issues of sulfur smell coming from the kitchen sink and issues with coming from the master bathroomWhen the plumber came out for the repair on May 5th he was not informed of all the issuesAsk for the plumbing in the bathroom I was told that my warranty would not cover going through a wall only what was to be repaired behind the wallThe technician never went into the kitchen to even check for the sulfur smell and in the bathroom the windows open and the bathroom has been cleaned with bleach so he would not smell the foul odor just by standing thereHe said he would make his report and Fidelity would get back to me on on his foundingWhen I spoke with

I recently bought a new Townhouse and within two weeks or so my water heater broke so I was in need to use my Home Warranty sooner then I would have likedFirst off I called Fidelity National Home Warranty with my problem and the fact the water heater is inside the house not in the garage makes it for most homeowners a number one priorityWhen filing the claim the operator took my information and told me that it is a priority and would put a rush to get someone out to fix itShe then asked for the standard co-pay that is required for each claim of $I waited all day and no call from anyone so about to hours later I called back and asked the operator for a updateThey stated that they had no "payment for my policy" and was trying to get a hold of my escrow company to see if it had been paidNO ONE called me to inform me that there were concerns regarding weather or not my policy had been paid in escrow or not BUT they took my co-paymentIf the policy was in question yo

Have had home warranty for years--for minor issues they respond relatively quick--this issue involves an air conditioner--during the recent heat wave 6/20-6/the a/c was not working called fidelity but they had no contractors available we were told to find one and they would send a reimbursement form--got the form made a appointment for 6/tech shows up gives me a quote for repairs but I have to call authorization number--after being on hold for minutes the tech had to leave---still on hold I called customer service from another phone and was told they could not help--at hours on hold I called a sales number that answered right away and wanted to be connected to a supervisor then got voice mail

We live in *** and our AC broke yesterday, so we filed a claim with FidelityIt's going to be today with temperatures reaching 115+ over the next few daysFidelity assigned us a service contractor that is closed until MondayWe've called times requesting a service contractor opened todayWe've been told everything from the case was escalated to dispatch will call shortly to being hung up on when we requested to speak to a managerThis is the worst customer service we've ever experiencedMeanwhile, we're still waiting for Fidelity to help us and temperatures are rising

My refrigerato/ freezer broke down over five weeks ago nowFidelity national home warranty is who I have my home warranty with, however I am not able to reach them and they have been completely negligent No one ever returns my call I don't know what to do and how to get a hold of them when they do not provide the service I have purchased from them !!!

On Saturday, September my water heater at my house, *** *** *** *** ** ***, began to leakIt's located inside my houseI have a home warranty that covers the water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty- *** is the policy/account numberI placed a repair order and called Fidelity Home WarrantyThey contacted several plumbers but were not able to find one available that weekendSince it was an urgent matter, with water flowing onto the floor of my house and causing water damaged, they discussed with me and emailed me information about how to hire a plumber on my own and then seek reimbursement from them afterwardsI was able to find a plumber who was available that eveningI followed Fidelity's exact directionsFidelity stated to call Fidelity when I was with the plumber for authorizationI called Fidelity and Fidelity spoke with my plumber, got his company name and license number, and said to proceed and upload the invoice laterThe cost was $2,to replace t

Since moving into our home in August we have had issues several times with our upstairs AC unitIncluding a couple weeks ago which required a substantial repair to the outside unitLess than two weeks later, the AC had issues againThis time it was the air-handler inside and it was determined it needed to be replaced due to a freon leakBecause of *** Law, if the air-handler gets replaced, the exterior part of the system needs to be replaced as wellFidelity has offered to replace the air-handler, but refuses to cover the outside unit since they deem it "working"Given the proximity of the two issues, I find it hard to believe the leak on the air-handler was not present at time the outside unit though since it wasn't inspected at that time there is no way to know for sureIt seems ridiculous that with the number of issues we have had with the AC, the fact we have their highest "comprehensive" coverage, their mission statement, and email exchanges stating that this should be

Horrible!!!! They find any excuse not to pay Have a faulty electrical panel that needs complete replacing Electrician says it is old, wires are cracked/burnt and "overloaded" for its age Fidelity is focusing on the overloaded piece to avoid paying the claim They refuse to focus on the fact that the panel is simply broken and dangerous Customer service is useless and provides no help

I called Fidelity National Home Warranty to service a request for a damaged pool heaterthe company they chose to send out was unreliable and untrust worthy in my opinionThe piece that was broken on my pool heater was readily available online yet they told me that it was not made anymore and that they could not replace it but for an additional $*** (roughly) could go ahead and do a complete replacementI rejected that offer and simply told the pool company that I would find another means to fix my pool heaterAt this point no service has been renderedI then contacted Fidelity for another issue (plumbing in the interior of the home) and Fidelity informed me that I owed them an additional *** service fee for the pool company and services that were no renderedi payed that additional *** service fee today (7/25/18) but feel that was unethical seeing as how no work was performedRegards, *** ***

It has been two weeks since I put in a service request for my air conditionerThe problem was misdiagnosed by the first company that was sent outThey just topped off the Freon and said it was fixedIt then stopped working again of course and the same company came back out a week later and rediagnosed it as needing a new evaporator coilThey then failed to submit this report to fidelity, so Fidelity saysWe again waited four more days until it was degrees in our houseWe have petsHaving no choice, We spent over $for a mobile AC unit that would cool at least one bedroom for the animals and us to live inThe AC company “never submitted the report”, and fidelity sent out another company to redisgnose the issue againThis company is now also “failing to submit the report” according to fidelityThey have attempted to transfer me to the “acquisitions department” many, many timesI do not believe this department actually existsI’ve held over minutes each time only to be hung up on every timeOur AC is still not anywhere close to getting fixedOh how I wish I’d checked this company out

*** DECLINED fixing our ac unit in our detached shop's rec room because they state its not under the main foundation of the homeNo where does the contract say detached Garage's or rec rooms are not under the umbrella of the home warranty the contract reads " covered systems and appliances must be located within the main foundation of the home or garage except for exterior well pump, a/c...etc"*** keeps on saying its a guest house to get around the contractI called and tried contacting management but have gotten nowhere besides argument after argument
Iv have to call about warranty issues and *** has failed to help on all three occasionsfirstly our well pump was not working when we first moved in and had no water, we called in a service request and after days of bugging them and no water they finally told me it wasn't covered and I had to find a service tech myselfthey didnt have a problem taking my dollar fee tho and I didnt know they charged me

This is the worst companyAgents are rude, supervisors are robotic and unsympathetic and most importantly they are unable to deliverIt is coming up to a month and our dishwasher is still brokenThey send the worst technicians who are unable to fix anythingPlease never use this company

Servers for this company is bad I called to complain and asked her supervisor someone call me back it Was not a supervisor and was yelling at me on the phone so I have to call again ask for supervisor explain the problem I have with the service fee gave me in and they did not do anything I consider it to be a advertisement of warranties they offer and customer service *** know what that is

Our tub spout was leaking and broke offFidelity sent a plumber from *** plumbing out to fix itWhen the plumber came out he was very rudeWas hesitant to answer any question, but said that he fixed the issueHe put in a new pipe for the spout, elbow, and lead pipe behind the wall ( I made sure to keep checking in on him, because of how stand ofiish he was, to see what he was doing)I specifically asked him, if there were any leaksHe said he checked and there are no leaksAbout days or so after the supposed repair, I started to see a puddle on my bathroom floor when taking a showerI called *** plumbing back and informed them of the issueThey informed me that I had to contact Fidelity back and do a "recall" ticketI called fidelity back and spoke with a gentleman that was the most polite guy I have talked to at FidelityI informed him of the issue and told him that its leaking so back that there may be structural damage now, because the wall behind the shower in

I have a home warranty with *** and it warranties my plumbing Several times in the last months I have had water leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs living room *** assigned a local plumber who took my $copay but does not want to do the repairs The water continues to leak and since it has been leaking since last September I can only imagine that significant damage is being done to my house
I have opened a new case with them and they assigned the same plumber- the one who does not want to do the work Despite there being many plumbers in my area I am stuck with the one who does not want to do the work

I purchased a home warranty from Fidelity and filed a claim in Nov to have my dishwasher diagnosed because it was not workingFor every diagnosis there is a $service fee which I paidWhen the technical came he did not diagnose the dishwasher so I called Fidelity and they told me they would authorize a second option at no additional cost to meThe second technician came and diagnosed the issue and submitted a service repair request for $***Fidelity then sent me a check for $*** and said they withheld $** to cover the labor of the second technicianI called repeatedly to try and resolve the issue since I saw told there would be no additional cost to me to have a second opinion, but Fidelity keeps alleging that the $** fee that they withheld from my payout was not a fee I paid, although clearly if I was owed $*** and only received $*** that means I incurred the expenseI would like the help getting my full payout of $***Can you please ask them to send me a $** checkThan

In the nutshell, FNHW has failed to pay insurance claim for condition covered by warrantyMoreover they charged me service fee, while performing no serviceI had to arrange repairs on my own, but haven't been successful in being reimbursed by FNHW for the repairs that should have been covered by the warrantyMy attempts to reach the vendor to resolve situation with them haven't been successfulA longer version of the story, is that when my dishwasher broke in Aug 2016, I contacted insurance company - FNHW to request serviceFirst of all, FNHW has charged me service fee for scheduling appointment with the technicianI believe that there is an implicit premise in this transaction that the technician that FNHW sends to fix the problem would be qualified to fix the issue for which I've scheduled appointmentHowever, they've sent individual with a long tail of consumer complaints for no-shows, incompetence and dishonestyThis technician hasn't fixed the problem, lied to me that he'l

I have a home warranty contract with Fidelity Home warranty, Contract number ***The contract ran from 04/16/to 10/12/On June I called in a service call for my dishwasherI paid a $service callA company came out that dayA second company came out after that at least three timesA new pump was installed but did not fix the original problemThe company came out again, and againUnfortunately, after numerous attempts at repairing the dishwasher it still has the same issue, the intake valveI have been told by a Fidelity Home Warranty representative they “don’t care”I just want my dishwasher repaired which was under contract and I paid the service fee for

They offer services to make a mess and then not put it back together againYou pay for the technician to come, make a repair and then the company doesn't cover the cost for repairs to walls or base boardsShoddy workmanship

The home warranty product offered by this company appears to be illusorySpecifically, I was charged $** to dispatch a contractor to inspect my pool filter / heater unitThe contractor failed to arrive when it stated it wouldLater, it came to my property when I was not home but failed to inspect the equipment at issue or do anything at allThis company stated that its $** fee is to dispatch a contractorIt stated that should the contractor not complete an inspection of the item at issue, the $** remains due because it, as a warranty company, is entitled to $** should it dispatch a contractor, regardless of whether that contractor actually performs an inspection / does any work at allIt stated that it would dispatch a second contractor, but I would owe it an additional $** if that contractor cannot identify the cause of the equipment malfunctionIt purports to provide a warranty on home appliances, but accepts and refuses to return fees where its preferred contractors fail to i
