Have had home warranty for years--for minor issues they respond relatively quick--this issue involves an air conditioner--during the recent heat wave 6/20-6/the a/c was not working called fidelity but they had no contractors available we were told to find one and they would send a reimbursement form--got the form made a appointment for 6/tech shows up gives me a quote for repairs but I have to call authorization number--after being on hold for minutes the tech had to leave---still on hold I called customer service from another phone and was told they could not help--at hours on hold I called a sales number that answered right away and wanted to be connected to a supervisor then got voice mail

Servers for this company is bad I called to complain and asked her supervisor someone call me back it Was not a supervisor and was yelling at me on the phone so I have to call again ask for supervisor explain the problem I have with the service fee gave me in and they did not do anything I consider it to be a advertisement of warranties they offer and customer service *** know what that is

I called Fidelity National Home Warranty to service a request for a damaged pool heaterthe company they chose to send out was unreliable and untrust worthy in my opinionThe piece that was broken on my pool heater was readily available online yet they told me that it was not made anymore and that they could not replace it but for an additional $*** (roughly) could go ahead and do a complete replacementI rejected that offer and simply told the pool company that I would find another means to fix my pool heaterAt this point no service has been renderedI then contacted Fidelity for another issue (plumbing in the interior of the home) and Fidelity informed me that I owed them an additional *** service fee for the pool company and services that were no renderedi payed that additional *** service fee today (7/25/18) but feel that was unethical seeing as how no work was performedRegards, *** ***

It has been two weeks since I put in a service request for my air conditionerThe problem was misdiagnosed by the first company that was sent outThey just topped off the Freon and said it was fixedIt then stopped working again of course and the same company came back out a week later and rediagnosed it as needing a new evaporator coilThey then failed to submit this report to fidelity, so Fidelity saysWe again waited four more days until it was degrees in our houseWe have petsHaving no choice, We spent over $for a mobile AC unit that would cool at least one bedroom for the animals and us to live inThe AC company “never submitted the report”, and fidelity sent out another company to redisgnose the issue againThis company is now also “failing to submit the report” according to fidelityThey have attempted to transfer me to the “acquisitions department” many, many timesI do not believe this department actually existsI’ve held over minutes each time only to be hung up on every timeOur AC is still not anywhere close to getting fixedOh how I wish I’d checked this company out

I closed on a home in Tucson a couple weeks ago, choosing Fidelity over others that I'd had poor experiences with My real estate agent recommended Fidelity Tonight is our first freezing temp night, so I turned on my heat some hours ago to discover it wasn't working I've been back-n-forth with Fidelity to hear that (although it's 'expedited') I should hear from someone within hours * *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** * * * *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** * * *

I purchased a home warranty from Fidelity and filed a claim in Nov to have my dishwasher diagnosed because it was not workingFor every diagnosis there is a $service fee which I paidWhen the technical came he did not diagnose the dishwasher so I called Fidelity and they told me they would authorize a second option at no additional cost to meThe second technician came and diagnosed the issue and submitted a service repair request for $***Fidelity then sent me a check for $*** and said they withheld $** to cover the labor of the second technicianI called repeatedly to try and resolve the issue since I saw told there would be no additional cost to me to have a second opinion, but Fidelity keeps alleging that the $** fee that they withheld from my payout was not a fee I paid, although clearly if I was owed $*** and only received $*** that means I incurred the expenseI would like the help getting my full payout of $***Can you please ask them to send me a $** checkThan

This company has consistently created more problems (and COSTS) than they've prevented:
Instance #1: A refrigerator tech came out on 6/1/to fix an ice build-upWhile the ice buiwas removed, the technician broke our ice maker in the processThey needed to send out two different techs for a total of THREE TIMES before the issue was fixed 7/17/- OVER A MONTH LATERBest part? I needed to pay for the replacement part(s) that the first tech broke
Instance #2: We submitted a work order request on 7/20/to replace a leaking AC unitSince the leak had the potential to damage our wood floors, I immediately follup with them after submitting the request to request that an expedited emergency request go through as they stated the vendor couldn't come out until 7/24/We had a 6-month old baby and it was over degrees so we couldn't keep the AC offFidelty called me on 7/22/(Saturday) to state that they couldn't get someone out on the weekend, and I stated tha

August is the day our AC unit went out it is now Oct and we have been out of our home (my husband,I and ourchildren) we keep getting the run around and nothing is getting doneWe feel like we have been slapped in the face by fidelity and forgotten aboutWe desperately want our AC unit fixed and want to be back homeWe are to the point where we are

Over the past four months I have been attempting to have my oven repaired as part of our home warranty contractAfter several technicians atttempted repair, eventually Sears certified that the oven was beyond repair and requested replacementFidelity National Home Warranty's Authorizations department say they have approved the replacement and moved the work order to the purchasing departmentEvery time I call for a resolution, I am hung up on while on hold after lengthy delays and not called back despite asking for this if disconnectedI need assistance to enforce my contract with Fidelity and assistance improving customer service

My house's main line clogged on April 16, I called Fidelity warranty and got someone fixed the problemOn April 29, a Sunday, the problem occurred againI called Fidelity and the customer service told me that he would find a plumber on that day and I should not worry about the fee since it occurred again within two weeksThe plumber called me in the afternoonHowever, he told me he could not come on SundayHe could only come on MondaySince the water flowed outside my bathroom and damaged my carpet, I cannot let it alone until MondayI turned off water in my whole house and added some chemicals into the toiletI did see water flow on the groud after thatHowever, I was not sure whether it was because the problem got addressed or it was simply because I turned off the waterWe did not turn on the water until the plumber came on MondayIt is still the same plumber came on April He found no problem and leftHe told us since he did nothing, he did think there would be

We live in *** and our AC broke yesterday, so we filed a claim with FidelityIt's going to be today with temperatures reaching 115+ over the next few daysFidelity assigned us a service contractor that is closed until MondayWe've called times requesting a service contractor opened todayWe've been told everything from the case was escalated to dispatch will call shortly to being hung up on when we requested to speak to a managerThis is the worst customer service we've ever experiencedMeanwhile, we're still waiting for Fidelity to help us and temperatures are rising

Horrible!!!! They find any excuse not to pay Have a faulty electrical panel that needs complete replacing Electrician says it is old, wires are cracked/burnt and "overloaded" for its age Fidelity is focusing on the overloaded piece to avoid paying the claim They refuse to focus on the fact that the panel is simply broken and dangerous Customer service is useless and provides no help

We moved to our new home months agoWhen we moved into our new home, the A/C unit was workingOver the course of the months we have been here, we used the unit several timesOne day, it started leaking and filled our garage with waterThat is when we contacted Fidelity Home Warranty insuranceThe company refuses to cover the A/C repair/replace by stating it is a 'pre-condition'We clearly stated to the insurance that it was a problem that started AFTER we used the A/C for several times, but they dismissed our statements and treated us as liars and cheatersPrior to us moving, we had all HVAC ducts cleaned by a reputable company, so we know that there was no water leakage or dust or anything of that sortWe have a child with asthma, as well as me having high allergies to dust, so keeping a dust/mold free home is essential to our healthWe are Fidelity customers with a fully-paid insurance that covers A/C unitsWe have the right to the servicesInstead, the company dismiss

This is the worst company I think I have ever felt with! Not only are their customerservice agent rude and unprofessional, but their vendors are even worse!! They go and contract out with 2-star rated vendors, who by the way barly speak any english! My dishwasher has been out of service for over a month nowThe first company they sent out was a jokeThe guy complained he couldn't pull out the dishwasher and I had to have it accessibleSo the next day, my handyman stopped by and showed me there were screws still in there and tat was the reason he "couldn't" access the washer! Obviously if he didn't know how to simply pull out the washer, how was he going to repair it? I immediately contacted Fidelity for a new companyThis next company sent out their very rude tech separate times, with new parts each time, and still no repair was doneI have demanded they replace the dishwasher entirety and they simply refuse toThey said now they want to send out a specific fridge air tech to

I have a home warranty contract with Fidelity In May of 2016, I contacted Fidelity because my garage door would not open/close They set up an appointment for *** *** *** *** to come to my house I paid the $fee *** determined that just a small part needed to be replaced and not the whole opener They replaced it and the garage door worked In September of 2016, the garage door failed again I called Fidelity again*** came out They said that the same part needed to be replaced again and that the garage door opener did not need replacing They replaced the part, it worked again My garage door failed again on 6/10/ I called Fidelity They said they would need to charge me a $fee for a company to come out and take a look at it Obviously, I have a broken garage door that is being temporarily fixed every time someone comes out
I decided I couldn't be strung along like this I called an independent garage door company They said it was C
