I have a valid Home Warranty contractMy Furnace and Air Conditioning components need to be repaired/replacedThese repairs and replacements are covered under my warrantyI have provided the appropriate contractor estimates as required by my policyFidelity is dragging their feet, delaying, and failing to respond timely to my questionsWe have now been without air conditioning in a home with two young children during the summer for nearly monthsFidelity now has gone silent - no response for more than weekIn addition to these issues, despite having received previous authorization for refrigerant replacement (which I paid for out of pocket) Fidelity has not reimbursed me (a reimbursable cost per the contract)I'm out hundreds of dollars and still have an A/C system which is malfunctioning

$Service Fee Dispute In the month of January I called Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) to repair my doorbellFNHW contracted *** *** to perform this service, and this company failed to do soVia telephone,I brought this to the attention of FNHW on numerous occasions, but to no availToday I spoke with a FNHW representative again, and she told me that I couldn't dispute the $service feeTo-date I have declined to pay this service fee, but now I cannot receive any other service from FNHW -- until paidHere is the reason why I dispute the $service fee request, as filed on Yelp review: Over-Pricing and Under-Performing Experience: Two items: Doorbell and AC socket: AC Socket -- I was billed $for the installation of an AC socket in my crawling-space that took about minutes to installWhen I requested the price be reduced, *** disagreed but in the end threw $dollars on my table and left, seemingly indignantI was willing to have paid him for an hour's

Our air conditioner has been broke for monthsNo follow through from Fidelity

I purchased my home on June 29th of this yearAlong with the home we purchased a home warranty for the ac heating and cooling unitWe completed inspection on the ac with a licensed contractor on 06/13/17, he stated everything was in good working orderOn July 10th or ac unit stopped working properly and called it in to fidelityThey sent out a contractor and said something was unplugged, plugged it in, went on his wayCalled them back a few days later due to the same issues as before and this time he said it had to be replaced due to the age of the acSend it back to fidelity for approvalToday is 08/28/17, I have been getting the run around ever sinceThey cannot give me a straight answer anytime I callOne person tells me he's working on thework order, call back a few days later and they tell me it's been deniedCall back a few days later they tell me it's pendingI'm in Bakersfield, caOur temp are reaching degreesI just want my ac fixedPlease

They offer services to make a mess and then not put it back together againYou pay for the technician to come, make a repair and then the company doesn't cover the cost for repairs to walls or base boardsShoddy workmanship

Servers for this company is bad I called to complain and asked her supervisor someone call me back it Was not a supervisor and was yelling at me on the phone so I have to call again ask for supervisor explain the problem I have with the service fee gave me in and they did not do anything I consider it to be a advertisement of warranties they offer and customer service *** know what that is

The sub-zero fridge in our house sprung a leak two months into the warranty period on our new home (Fidelity National Home Warranty)After calling Fidelity, they initially assigned us to one provider who had a one star rating over timesI called to complain and we were switched to another Fidelity conspirator, *** *** *** ***They sent out a repair guy who was entirely clueless and absolutely reeked of cigarettesIt was as if he just smoked a full pack in the truck before knocking on the doorWhen he came in to take a look, he proceeded to tell me that we did NOT have a water leak in the fridgeThis is despite the fact that the leak stopped when the valve to the water line to the fridge was turned offHe squirted some silicone in a corner and said if that did not fix it, then it would be an issue with the insulation, which true to the conspiratorial form between *** *** *** ***and Fidelity, leads to a decision that future work is not cover

I'm using FNHW for about years now and was always happy with the serviceThere was a problem with the most recent insurance service callI started a dispute by call, email and mail in April Never heard back from the FNHW so I was under the impression that this is resolved and somebody just forgot to write me backNow months later I wanted to open another claim and got told by different service representative that I need to pay the outstanding service fee or my account stays "on hold" for the disputed chargesThey didn't offer any other solution to resolve my open dispute (which I didn't know it's still active)

I asked for my money back and never got a reply backBeen over a weekI found a better place and just asking to get my money backThey have the worse customer service I ever in countedNever reply and when I wanted service and said exactly what I wanted they refused service and sent someone out anywayIt took an hrto get my money back so I am going to another company

The home warranty product offered by this company appears to be illusorySpecifically, I was charged $** to dispatch a contractor to inspect my pool filter / heater unitThe contractor failed to arrive when it stated it wouldLater, it came to my property when I was not home but failed to inspect the equipment at issue or do anything at allThis company stated that its $** fee is to dispatch a contractorIt stated that should the contractor not complete an inspection of the item at issue, the $** remains due because it, as a warranty company, is entitled to $** should it dispatch a contractor, regardless of whether that contractor actually performs an inspection / does any work at allIt stated that it would dispatch a second contractor, but I would owe it an additional $** if that contractor cannot identify the cause of the equipment malfunctionIt purports to provide a warranty on home appliances, but accepts and refuses to return fees where its preferred contractors fail to i

I purchased Fidelity Home Warranty insurance for a rental home I purchased in September Prior to purchasing the property, I had it inspected by both a contractor as well as paid for a home inspector to inspect the propertyBoth tested the water pressure and stated it was normalIn late November, the tenant informed me that there was a large leak in the kitchen faucet and also some smaller intermittent leaks elsewhere in the homeThe leak in the kitchen faucet was so bad they told me they needed to shut off the water to the homeI called Fidelity Home Warranty to place a claim and they sent out *** *** said the water pressure was too high (I have received varying reports from to from Fidelity)Fidelity said they would replace the "faulty water pressure regulator" but would not repair anything else because it was "secondary damage" due to the high water pressureI immediately contacted the home inspector who stated that he didn't think it was even possible beca

I received a Fidelity home warranty with closing of my homeMy dishwasher door was broken, I spoke with them and they agreed that it would be coveredThey sent out a contracted repairman who said he could not fix the doorFidelity then denied the claim based on previous damage/abuse, however, I had just moved in the house and no abuse or neglect had occurredNow, the dishwasher is excluded from the warranty and the repair company has not returned calls and Fidelity is unwilling to work with me

Fidelity National Warranty sent a bias plumber to my residence to absolve a leakThe plumbing company did not conduct proper workmanshipThey diagnosed the problem incorrectlyI have called numerous times to Fidelity to disputeI have been placed on hold for over hours and no one will come backI spoke with a representative named *** and she keeps placing me on hold and then hanging up on me

We have had consistent awful experiences with Fidelity National Home WarrantyFirst, we had a plumbing issue, we had no water in the house and Fidelity couldn't find a plumberSeriously?? We had to call places and finally found a company who could send the plumber quicklyWell, Fidelity paid 35% less than the lowest quote we received, so we had to pay the balance out of pocketContractors consistency said that they don't want to deal with the companyFiled a ticket about a garage door opener and they never scheduled serviceOur A/C croaked over the weekend, had to stay on hold for minutes before speaking with someone and they wouldn't escalate the issueI'm sitting here with my family in over degrees water, no A/C and they wouldn't even give me the option to handle it with my own contractorYou buy insurance for peace of mind but this is actually very stressfulI got FNHW without doing my research - if you have an option stay away from this scam and get yourse

I have a home warranty contract with Fidelity Home warranty, Contract number ***The contract ran from 04/16/to 10/12/On June I called in a service call for my dishwasherI paid a $service callA company came out that dayA second company came out after that at least three timesA new pump was installed but did not fix the original problemThe company came out again, and againUnfortunately, after numerous attempts at repairing the dishwasher it still has the same issue, the intake valveI have been told by a Fidelity Home Warranty representative they “don’t care”I just want my dishwasher repaired which was under contract and I paid the service fee for

Terrible customer service and wouldnt service my dishwasher

On 09/I contacted Fidelity regarding my air conditionerThe vendor they sent was not able to correct the issue because they did not have the proper partsThe parts would arrive and service would be done 10/or 10/Temperatures have been over degreesI requested authorization for another vendor and/or temporary relief while awaiting partsTemperatures in the house were reaching to degreesI called them multiple times and each time they indicate a supervisor or manager would need to authorize and they would call me backNobody has called me backThis will now be days in these living conditions which threatens the health and safety of me and my familyThey have breached their contract to provide service and have put me at risk in doing soThis is gross negligence

We had a year home warranty after purchase of our new home and we called for our water heater repaired on March 11, by a company sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty.  A year a later the same issue occurred.  The plumber today informed us that the repairs made by your contractor were not correct.  They used incomplete and after market parts as a temporary fix.  The correct parts that were needed for a proper repair are still covered under warranty from the manufacturer and your contactor should have been able to obtain the correct and complete repair items free of charge.  I now had to pay a new plumber to fix what was should have been properly covered and repaired by our home warrantyA warranty company should not be allowed to send people out for a temporary fix when warranty coverage is annual

I purchased an appliance warranty through the *** when we purchased our new homeSoon after moving into our home we realized the dishwasher was broken and unusableAfter reviewing our policy we called and filed a claim in August with *** In November we still did not hear back from *** regarding our claim, we followed up for several week with calls and several voicemails we received a call from a subcontractor that said *** called them to come look at our dishwasher The repairman came and diagnosed the issues, then said his company *** *** *** will contact us when they recieve the necessary replacement parts, that call never came Again after phone calls and voicemails later, *** *** *** *** came to our home, this time with the wrong ordered parts Two months went by and we called ***, got through to a "customer service supervisor" at only to find out they no longer contract with *** *** *** and thus need to send out a new c

We recently purchased a home in Arizona where Fidelity National Home Warranty was contracted with a policy to cover any in home defects for year after purchase Within weeks of closing our refrigerator AND washing machine stopped working Fidelity sent out someone to give an estimate and he reported back to Fidelity pre-existing conditions were the underlying problem for the appliances and that Fidelity would not stand behind them Our Realtor said all appliances were in working order The seller said the appliances were in working order Our Home Inspector said the appliances were in working order yet Fidelity is indicating pre-existing condition and will not honor their policy Also, their policy states that they will not cover pre-existing conditions unless the were not known at the time of purchase As the buyer, we did not know of such defects Our realtor, seller and home inspector all indicated working appliances Yet Fidelity is claiming otherwise They do not honor their policy and find loopholes not to pay claims They are not a company worth the A+ rating the Revdex.com is giving them on this website Don't use them Find a company that will actually STAND BEHIND the customer they represent! Fidelity National Home Warranty does not
