Five weeks ago I requested service on my ovenThey sent someone out and they said they had to get a part to replace the gas valveNot a big dealThree weeks later the guy finally had the partPuts it inIt doesn't fix the issueThe guy said he isn't going to come back out to fix it again and will put in for a new ovenI get a call from Fidelity Home Warrenty and they say the guy is waiting on more partsHavent heard back or had my issue fixed yetThey are being unresponsiveSo today, it is snowing and my furnace isn't workingTurns out it is the gas valveThey send someone out and they fix the issue, but now I am concerned that there is an issue with the gas lineI call four times to get someone out to check the gas lineHave to pay another service fee even though they are just having the furnace guy who is already there check itI am worried about our safety and concerned my things are not going to get fixedMy oven still isn't fixed

I purchased Home Warranty through "Fidelity Home Warranty" I had an issue with my aircondition and called them for service and payed for $service fees as required by the contractThe technician was not able to fix the problem during the first visitsThe visit, the technicien suggessted that the switch pipe need to be changed and they need to revisit to fix the problemThe Home warranty company called me with optionsoption 1: The problem to be fixed as reccommended by the technician, but in addition they will clean the coil and that will cost $300, because this is considered Maintance and this is not covered by the contract option 2: I bring someone myself to clean the coil and then they can come and fix the switch pipe problem option 3: they cash me for $and they will be not liable to the issueI asked them to come and fix the original problem and not do the coil work, because it was not mentioned that there is problem with the coil during the visits by the Aircond

The worst experience everHaving a issue with Gas RangeThey cut the service fee and the person didn't show till daysAfter multiple followups they send the person and the person just seeing ok burner is not working he order and he told he will come once burner is orderedAfter coming after a week he is telling oh panels are missing and he cannot replace as this he cannot DoThis is the work order and every time this guys are tell this is not there or that is not there and puts blame on the customerNow the manufacturer is no longer having that parts so they told as you are not getting that parts we cannot replace your burnerThe customer care person to are also very rude and if we ask anything they are telling did you bother to read the contract before calling us This is ridiculousIt better to switch to some other home warrantyHopefully other home warranty are not this rude and they know there things good

Don't waste your moneyHad a gas leak in the water heater that was verified by gas coand two contractorsThey denied the responsibility saying that the heater works (not correctly mind you)Sure if you like the smell of gas 24/through the control unitI replaced the water heater at my costListen to the reviews and maybe we can put them out of business

Company is refusing to cover a interior portion of an air conditioner unit that has been reported by multiple AC companies as "running, but faulty" Due to the fact that the AC is running, they say that it is to manufacturers specifications
The motor is overheating, and leaking oil creating a fire hazard The coils, drain pan, and piping is all rusted so badly that we were told it is leaking causing mold to grow
This is a significant safety concern, yet it still works so they are covering it Upon asking what happens if a fire starts, it is transferred to the insurance for liability so they are still not liable for anything
They have sent two companies out charging us service fees and saying the unit needs to be replaced, yet they are still not willing to do anything
I would not pay for a warranty through this company, ever again

After moving into my new home with a warranty purchased on ALL appliances through Fidelity Home Warranty (not their basic warranty plan), I was expecting the warranty to cover any issues with my appliances for the first year as was promisedDuring the first week in my new home I noticed the oven and dryer was not workingI called Fidelity and they scheduled a technician to assess the problems and I paid the $** feeThe technician said there was noting he could do about the dryer and said the oven needed a part ordered and he would returnI never heard from the company again until a month later when they said they closed my ticket after I didn't answer their phone calls to come repair the ovenThis was a lie, they never called and just wanted to close the ticketI called Fidelity and had them re-open the ticket and called the company backThey said they just received the email from Fidelity and would call me back to schedule a time to come fix the ovenI then received an email f

My heater went out over three weeks agoI contacted my home warranty company, Fidelity, and they sent out a technician the next dayThe technician reported several problems but said he could fix this issue as soon as possible, due to no heat during the coldest months of the yearI was thrilled and said I could survive without heat for two days or so while he got everything in orderNow, here we are, three weeks later and I still do not have heatI'm being told by fidelity employees it is a parts issueThe problem is, my mother resides with me and is home full timeShe sufferes from COPD and breathing issues and has a difficult time breathing in the coldIt is unsafe for her to remain home without heat for this long and the longer it takes the more it negatively affects her healthWhen I spoke about this with a customer service representative Today, February 28th, I was told they can not rush parts and the health of my mother was not their concernI am beyond livid at the unprofessionalism and lack of concern for my mother and my homeThey reported today I may have my heater fixed on the 5th of MarchIt is incomprehensible to go yet another week without heat and have my mother's suffering prolongedToday I requested my claim be escalated and I speak to a managerI was told I would be connected to "***" and subsequently was hung up onI called back immediately to be told there was no manager available to take my callI am beyond disgusted with Fidelity Home Warranty and feel they are taking money from insured individuals and then hiring the lowest bidding contractor to carry out the work without regard to the quality or prompt solution to issuesThey feel their bottom dollar is more important than the homes and families that reside in them

This Homa Warranty is one of the biggest scams out there!
