I placed an order regarding my cook-top operation on Jun and the technician came on site on Jun We have waited for more than hours to meet the technicianAfter examination, the technician believed a malfunction part caused a signal on the control panel, which shows incorrect light on the panel saying the cook-top is onHis diagnosis is to replace that part and filed the reportHowever, Fidelity National Home Warranty Plan company customer service doesn't agree it and doesn't honor this repair requestWe have to pay the service fee of 75$ for this un-repair issue and we will have to use the cook-top unsafely everyday

I filed a service request to repair a leaked pipe to Fidelity National Home WarrantyThey denied the claimI paid the plumber that Fidelity sent over to investigate the situation $to get the pipe repairedAfter complaining about this claim not being covered, Fidelity later resolved it by approving the claim and agreeing to reimburse the cost, but only $When I called, Fidelity customer service explained that they only pay a discounted price to vendors, not the full retail priceThis would not have been an issue if the claim was approved to begin withFidelity should pay the full amount of the cost for my repair since the work order was filed and denied first when it should have been covered

*** *** *** *** per them changed their procedures April On May 13, we requested service They did not collect payment on the phone and the technician who fixed the appliance did not collect them payment We then needed another service this month and were told our account had been suspended due to non payment That is when I was informed of the change in procedure I asked for the supervisor who was messaged and given my husbands number to call since he would be available in the afternoon to answer the phone ***, I only assume is a supervisor, did not call my husband A message was left for me, I returned the call and have not received a call back in a week I got another message from a person named *** I returned his call and have received no call back for days I called today to follow up and the first representative hung up on me and the second representative told me he did not know *** or *** and would not transfer me to

I, like other families, pay for home warranty coverage and have received very little in returnI places service orders in February and paid $** for each assessment which confirmed what I already knfire alarms needed to be replaced and my upstairs toilet was leakingDespite both technicians recommending replacements for both issues, nothing happenedPer the supervisor's statement, I received no service because he technician did not write in their report to the company that the service needed to be doneI am now asked to pay another $** to have another plumber tell me what I already knowI have not had a satisfactory technician result in the three years I've had this serviceIt seems Fidelity is very good at collecting the service fee but not delivering the needed serviceI now have to hire a plumber to complete the work which should have been covered by the initial request In FebruaryThis is such a ripoff and a disservice to those of us who rely on such a service to kee

I have been waiting on an evaporator coil for ~weeks I live in, it’s ~deg I was offered a dollar voucher for window units at *** Please help me identify the *** that has window units for that price? I have children and elderly parents that are suffering from the heat and FMHW wants to give me dollars for window units I’m on the third company for the evaporator coil If dollars will buy window units, why can’t it buy an evaporator coil

I purchased home warranty protectionMy AC went out in July and the tech hired by Fidelity said the unit had worn out due to wear and tearShe told Fidelity we needed a new condenser and evap coilMonths went by where Fidelity simply refused to fix the problem under the warranty with no explanationThen on Sept18, it finally sent someone out again and this time the tech found some minor damage from what he thought was dog urine from the prior ownerHe told me that this damage was not the cause for the condenser's failureFidelity then refused to cover the unit because of the minor damage which was not the reason the unit failed in the first placeClearly, this individual was sent to simply find a reason not to cover the unit

They are slower to respond than specified in their contract, they charge to replace items that their contract says they will replace as covered, their decisions to repair or replace items can take weeks Overall it seems they are encouraging you to pay someone else or do it yourself instead of put up with their hassles and delays

My home purchase came with a home warranty contractWe made our first service request for an electrical issue in our family roomThe contractor came out at the very last minute of our appointment window on Friday, Sept 2nd., He came in, did not do any testing or look closely at anything and said that our electrical outlets needed to be replacedHe leftNo work was done, no visual inspection, no paperwork, no business cardNothingFast forward to Friday, Sept 9thWe did not hear back from the companyI called and left a voicemail on Friday between and 4pmI called the home warranty company on friday, Spet at 9:48pm to cancel the service requestNo work was completedWe have not received any communication on the statusI was informed that we would still owe the service contract feeI contested thisThe rep said parts were orderedHowever, we were never updated to the statusOur call log shows no calls inbound on Sept 5thI requested to cancel the contract and refund

I called FNHW for a repair to my roof as it was leaking into my homeThey collected the $service call feeWhen I called them back hours later they said they had no contractors in my area and I was on my ownI contacted a roofer and had the repair fixedThe repair was not covered under the home warrantyI have called times and left messages and emailed twice to get my $fee backThey will not give it to meThey provided me NO serviceTerrible customer service

Fidelity National Home Warranty sent someone to repair my not working air conditioner two weeks after I calledI told the repairman the AC unit would work for a while in the morning while cool outside, then later would quit workingThe repairman stayed for about minutes, never went on the roof to look at the unit on the roof, looked at the unit in the hallway (AC/ furnace unitI live in a condo) and decided my AC was working fineIt did work at 7:am because it was cool outside, within a few hours after he left, it quit workingI called Fidelity National backThey said they would send a second repairman from a different company as a second opinion and added that if that second repairman would disagree with the first repairman, I would not have to pay for that callThe repairman came and saw there was a problemHe told me that I would have to first have the coil cleaned then he would come back and see what the problem wasHe said the first guy did not act professionally an

*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** My AC went out during south Texas Summer My family and I had to move into my parents house because the heat became too dangerous for my young kids These people do not deserve an A+ rating I hope the Revdex.com can adjust their rating for Fidelity National Home WarrantyThis company is unamerican

*** warranty is only partially covering the cost of a non functioning water heaterthe contracted plumbing company that they use told us they determined the pricing of everything in the repair so they have no quote input at allthey say modifications need to happen that our out of our control and we owe over dollars in non covered itemsthey say the home warranty is not covering the whole repairmy wife called and they said they were covering the repair and later was told they were not covering it all by the 3rd party plumbing companyI spoke to a supervisor that was compassionate and unhelpful with the issuetold me she does not have any leadership to talk to to resolve the issue that are above her as the end user of the warranty not having a whole repair covered in an emergency is a hardship that creates issues that are not needed, all I am asking is that they do the right thing and cover my repair like a home warranty should

Fidelity National Home Warranty, is running a business base on deceiving practices, the Home warranty that they offer provide a wide coverage on almost every aspect that may need repairs or replace on any home in USABut here is the catch: if the repair cost more than what the company wants to pay they decline the coverage, if the repair involve an old equipment that it reaches the end of their service life, they will decline the coverage base on made up excuses like it was a preexisting condition, or the repair is not part of the coverage, the damage part on the equipment is not covered by us, etcI have a problem with my fresh water pipes in the house that are old and some of them are showing traces of past leaks that has sealed by them self by the natural mineral sediments on the waterWhen I called and informed the home warranty that they are some visible leaks and the pipe needs a repairs they immediately acknowledge the situation, they asked for specific details and they make

I have a leaking pipe that requires repairBut requires authorization before contractors can proceedThe cost of fixing is greater than what fidelity will pay forSo I wanted to call to get cash out to subsidize my own repair costExcessive long wait time at the authorization departmentThey are quick to take your money but when you need them to back you up and get the service I paid for, they are not thereCalled more than times on one claimEach call lasted greater than one hour, and they just drop your call/hang up on you for you to start againThey don’t call back to follow upThey are basically scamming money from customersNot delivering what customers are paying they money forJob number ***

Fidelity National Home Warranty acquired BPG Home Warranty, whom I have coverage from 9/to 9/Every time I called today 7/8/2017, I would get the run around that they can't authorize a plumber to go out to my house because they had no access to my contract and the person who had access is not thereWhat's the point of home warranty insurance if when you have an emergency they can't help you! First of all if you acquire a company and take over make sure you can access that company (BPG ) make sure to have the contracts accessibleWe live in a computer age era I'm pretty sure they can be scanned or accessed! It took me phone calls minutes waiting time for each phone call before I can get a supervisor to call me!

I think this company is a scamThey either don't pick up or put you on hold for over an hour only to transfer you and put you on hold again until you finally hang upTheir diagnostic fee of $costs more than it would to buy replacement parts and replace them yourselfThey have no option on their website to get an authorization to do any work or buy parts yourself for simple thingsMostly, they just never respond -- I think they're trying to annoy customers enough so they don't actually use the warranty that they paid forThis company is trying to scam customers

we purchase a home warranty from this company, and during my first service request for this year, for plumbing issue, they send us unqualified plumber to fix it, he fix part of it and the rest, claim he need spare parts to be order and never hear from him again, and during my call to the company costumer service they refuse to fix the rest because they claim that their plumber said its secondary damage to the water leak which is absolutely not true since the two issue are more than a two feet a part and on the same height

This is the worst company I think I have ever felt with! Not only are their customerservice agent rude and unprofessional, but their vendors are even worse!! They go and contract out with 2-star rated vendors, who by the way barly speak any english! My dishwasher has been out of service for over a month nowThe first company they sent out was a jokeThe guy complained he couldn't pull out the dishwasher and I had to have it accessibleSo the next day, my handyman stopped by and showed me there were screws still in there and tat was the reason he "couldn't" access the washer! Obviously if he didn't know how to simply pull out the washer, how was he going to repair it? I immediately contacted Fidelity for a new companyThis next company sent out their very rude tech separate times, with new parts each time, and still no repair was doneI have demanded they replace the dishwasher entirety and they simply refuse toThey said now they want to send out a specific fridge air tech to

We recieved as a gift the warranty with our home purchaseWe have had an eletrical issue pop up and were directed to contact FidelityThe first time we did the agen on the line was great and knowledgableThe vendor that was selected never CALLED but sent a text message with an appointment timeI replied back to the text message notifying them that the time they selected without calling me and verifying with me would not workI asked if they had anything after 4:or 4:pm and never heard back from the companyI called today to check on the status of that request and the agent on the line today who claimed to be a SUPERVISOR had a really bad tone of voice with me and did not care as to what the customer had to sayShe was very short and argumentativeShe stated your contract states that you must be available at all times (we never got a contract sent to us explaning these terms)No matter how a customer feels or calls the agent representing the company of the other line shou

The company failed to perform under the terms of the home warranty contractSpecifically, the problem with the refrigerator was misdiagnosed, the proposed rebuilding of the part (that would not fix a problem) would take at least weeks, and the company does not provide any assurances that after six weeks the repairs would return the refrigerator to serviceLiving without an essential appliance such as refrigerator makes the residence uninhabitable and negates the contractual promise by the companyIn short, the company does not offer a meaningful way to provide the service it sold to the consumer who faithfully paid the premiums and performed all the terms of the home warranty contract
