I opened a secured credit card with the last four [redacted] on October 24, through USAAUSAA held the deposit in a CD with the last four On November 13, USAA closed the secured credit card with the last four [redacted] before any useI am placing a formal grievance that my $2,deposit has not yet been returnedI was previously told on November 14, by associate [redacted] that she enlisted the help of several supervisors, and that the refund would be handled ASAPOn November 19, I called in was told by an associate that my check had been mailed, and that I should have it by the end of the weekI started a chat November 26, and I was told by chat associate Peter R that the funds were not yet released and no check has been sentI need MY money back

USAA [redacted] sent me a credit card off Oct of to sign up for a credit card with no interest on balance tranfers until December I excepted the offer and did a balance transfer for $ I got my first bill from them on 11/and found I had been charger interest on the balance transferI called them and they said sorry and took the interest offI have had to call them every month for last months each time having to go thur the whole story and spending at least minutes each time to get interest removed being promised each time would be fixed before the next monthWas told it was taking to long because it effected everyone who had excepted the offerThis month I called today to be told sorry cant take interest off util they investigate to see if I infact really was a part of the offermonths later they now question the offerHow hard is it to fix this or maybe it is to their benfit to not fix it so those who dont check their bills each month pay t

I called USAA on November 2, 2018 at 3:56 PM. I notified them that my USAA American Express credit card that was supposed to be earning 5% cash back on gasoline purchases was only earning 1% cash back on my rewards summary. After speaking with customer service for over 1.5 hours, they opened a case to have IT investigate why I was not receiving the proper amount and to correct the issue. They mentioned they would need 1-2 billing cycles in order to complete their investigation and get back to me. Two billing cycles have now passed with no update from USAA. My rewards balance has not been corrected and my credit card continues to receive the improper amount of cash back.

I would like to register a complaint with USAA disputes (Case # [redacted] ) I have tried many times to get my case resolved On April 4, I charged $as a depositI cancelled the transaction about a month later and disputed the transaction USAA reversed the transaction and credited my account After the reversal, the doctors office produced a contract disputing my claim to USAA and the transaction was rules in their favor and the money was returned to the merchant Afterwards, I produced additional documentation to the merchant and the final ruling was in my favor Here is the timeline: April 4, 2018- $charged to Merchant July 8, - $disputed and reversed by USAA ($credited to my account) August 9, Ruled against me and reversed back to Merchant ($reversed and given back to Merchant) October 23, Ruled in my favor, $should have been returned to me at this point, but I have not received the money as of tod

USAA have transferred a closed account to a Third Party administrator (TPA) called Northland Group, because of this, my settlement agreed with myself and the TPA is not reflected when USAA report on my credit reportI have called USAA multiple of times for a letter to show my account was sent to a third party for collections and they have denied my requestI also contacted the third party and they have told me that they are still under USAAIf that is the case all of the letters and agreements I have received should have USAA letter head

I have had an account with USAA for over a year and a half. I have had an Amex with them for this time. I have over 15,000 in open credit with them. I have routinely charged and paid off my cards every month with USAA for over 1 year. I have given USAA thousands and thousands of dollars. Last week, without my knowledge, I had a $5,000 payment bounce. This was despite it showing as paid and cleared on my account. I filed for bankruptcy back in 2014 - 2015 and included USAA in my bankruptcy. They are still reporting the account to Early Warning Systems even though it was included in the bankruptcy

Having banked with USAA for many years I've noticed a definite downturn in the quality of their service in recent years - this was finally demonstrated to me this month when I paid off my USAA visa card and its $balance on Aug and found on Aug the same amount was withdrawn again from my local credit union account , having detected the error I called USAA and after much discussion & several representatives USAA stated that my money could not be returned to me until business days had passed ( despite the fact that it had been withdrawn in one business day and that it was clearly an error on their part ) , I was more than irritated being that USAA had cleaned me out of all the money I had in my credit union account and would likely be facing some over draft charges from transactions made in the previous couple of days - I went back to my credit union and arranged to stop payment on the duplicate withdrawal and had my money back in the credit union account the next day When I looked online today to make sure the matter was cleared on the USAA website I found they had added insult to injury by charging me a $returned check fee ! I called USAA and urged them to drop the fee which, amazingly , they did .Lesson learned , stick with your local banks and credit unions to hell with the big banks

USAA NationStar changed collectors. I had automatic payments going to the collector. I called USAA after seeing a late fee and they said that the late fee would be waived and that I would not be reported to any crediting agency. I paid in full, advanced paid the rest of the month and started new payments to the new collector in accordance with USAA guidance. I received a call within 2 weeks saying I was late however after review while on the phone the representative saw that again it was USAA's fault and that they would again waive any late fee and not report it to any credit agency. I called back several weeks later to verify no late fee and no credit report adverse action which USAA representative again guaranteed. My credit report shows Jul17 a 30 day late charge for the account. All phone conversations were documented according to the representative.

After a mandatory evacuation was issued for my family because of hurricane Florence, I reach out to USAA credit card department on 9/24/to ask for some assistance because my payment was past due on my account due to the evacuation expensesI was contacted by a service representative one day after my initial call and the initial assistance I was offered was to defer my payment but I had to pay the past due amount of first to do that which I couldn't do at that timeSince I didn't have the money to do that the second option I was offered was an option to lower my payment but my account was going to be closed and reported to the credit bureau as a negative dischargedI reach out to USAA seeking help after this hurricane and the first thing they offered was conditioned on making over a dollars payment which defeats the whole purpose of needing assistance I can't believe a company like USAA who pride themselves to help the military community was not willing to help
