Description of Complaint: I paid my credit card bill on the 1st like I always do I used it on a purchase, and then at the end of the month they wanted a second paymentPlus they charged me Xtra feesI'm not making two payments in one month

Incorrectly reporting a collection to major credit bureausI asked for validation and they sent me a copy of contract, which indeed had incorrect information and nothing elseI asked for proper validation including that they are allowed to collect the debt and the amount correct and statementsThe company replied that this is validation enoughThe information being reported is inaccurate and negatively affecting my credit

I made a payment to my credit account for about $USD on July 31st The payment was taken from my checking and immediately reflected in my credit card balance on my account The next day I noticed the money was still taken from my account but that it was no longer applied to my credit payment I spoke to a rep ( [redacted] ) for an hour and she let me know USAA is experiencing glitches in their payment system and it would be resolved by the next morning, she also confirmed the payment had not been applied and I was owed this money I call again the following day and spoke to a service rep [redacted] who was hostile and told me I was not owed any money, she hung up on me I eventually spoke to the executive resolution team after getting "disconnected" times They let me know there is a glitch, and that getting my credit for the amount will take 2-business days, meanwhile my balance is due in days The bank took my money from my account and didn't apply it to my credit

I have been yelled at and threatened today by an employee named [redacted] in Credit Card services after I requested to speak with a manager Who informed me that her manager on duty was ***My credit card has not been working properly and I've jumped through hoops to get the problem worked outWhen the card doesn't work properly I call USAA they in turn tell me to try again having FULL knowledge that after a 3rd attempt it blocks and disables the cardThen it Flags the FRAUD departmentAfterwards I can't use the card for several days and requesting a manager is Impossible if you expect a call backI have patronized this once wonderful company and I've only received manager call backs in a year period, after requesting it mor than timesI want the CEO to receive this complaint and have someone competent communicate with me that doesn't not fall into the Philosphy that the company is always right Screaming and yelling and threatening a customer will get the response tha

When Hurricane Harvey passed through Houston my house was partially flooded requiring me to purchase the new tile to repair the damageI had to move out of the house to affect the repairsI notified them of my change of address, but they still sent the bill to the wrong addressHence, I never received the bill The following month, USAA charged me interest for not paying the previous bill that I never receivedWhen I talked to customer service, I was told the interest is NON-NEGOTIABLEI have paid all other rightful charges and closed my accountThey have continued to add interest to the amount due and continue to bill me

My husband (veteran and USSA member) and I (authorized user) did not authorize USSA bank to automatically debit EACH MONTH our personal credit union checking account to pay our USSA monthly VISA payment. This was in no way blanket permission authorizing USSA to access and deduct from any account in mine or my husband's name. I had a secured credit card provided by USAA for approximately 6months I made a payment of paying off half the credit card balance Approximately 1-days after, I noticed everything was reading zero on the balance and the credit limit I received a check from USAA for 110.00$ I called and asked a representative named Ryan whyHe stated the credit card was revoked but was unable to provide with certainty why it was I never received any mail or documents via my USAA APP or at my home address sayin there was any problems I needed to be aware of at all I just paid half my balance and the next day or the card was revoked without any prior notice or any notification after to me at all in any way whatsoever

I disputed a credit card trasnaction on dec 28th and no one has ever contacted me or anything. I happened to log in one day and realize that they need proof. So I submitted proof of purchase even though they can clearly see the charge on the card so why would you need proof of something you can clearly see a charge for????? My Father had fraudulent charges on his USAA visa. USAA refuses to investigate these charges and will not talk to my father about why they denied the fraudulent charge claim. THey will not provide documentation on why the fraud charges were denied and will not investigate.

I received an email from USAA offering me a credit card with 0% interest for months on purchases and balance transfers I clicked through the email on the apply now button, and went to the USAA site, there I was inundated with different credit card offers, there had to be or different cards there I applied and received the credit card, I transferred $to this account, they charged me 3% transfer fee also, that's fine it said they would do that I am being charged interest on it though I contacted USAA and was told that I had clicked on the wrong card and there was nothing they could or would do about it I am hoping there is something you can do about this I believe I have been bait and switched by USAA Thank You for your help

I was online www.usaa.com and was applying for a secured credit card I am trying to improve my credit I read that I would put $or more on a credit card and it would be a secured credit card so I said I would put $on a secured credit card next thing I know usaa takes out $for a $secured credit card that is not what I agreed to do I agreed to give $for a secured credit card of $ I don't need a credit card that bad I contacted customer service within an hour of noticing the $being taken out of my account and was told by customer service that I will be charged a fee for cancelling the secured credit card I just applied for it two hours ago I feel as if I was really misled

I recently moved to a new area and updated USAA accordinglyOn the 11th of may I contacted USAA because I needed to withdrawn a large amount of money out of the ATM to purchase a money order for a deposit on a rental house for my familyThis withdrawn required that my ATM limit be increased for the dayTo increase my limit I had to answer multiple questions to confirm myself as the account holder The following day when trying to make a purchase at a gas station my debit card was declinedAfter reaching out to USAA my husband and I were informed that our account had been put into a credit only status which would not allow us to access our money in any wayUsaa 's estimate is that this issue will not be resolved until at least may 16th, even after we confirmed that the withdrawn was authorized We are in a new area with no funds whatsoeverUSAA is our only funds and we cannot access them for at least daysI have a child to feed in this time and no money to buy food
