After having a credit card with this bank for three years with no late payments and paying of the card miulipute times my credit limit was dropped over half down because I refinance my home and paid of my balance my credit limit was dropped the reason the bank blame the reduction was my previous credit score they gave no good cause these banks cause hardships on their clients with their predatory lending practices

I recently took out an auto loan with USAA with an automatic payment agreement beginning March, Instead the first loan payment was deducted on February, One month earlier than the agreed upon dateThroughout the loan process which was both tedious and time consuming I was assured throughout of the March payment date After speaking with a supervisor with USAA's Executive Resolution Team (ERT) I was informed that the on line electronic contract stated an February start dateI attempted to explain that the representative I was working with assured me of the March date but the representative in question offered no reliefThe result is an unexpected and in my view, illegal withdrawal of from my checking account a full month earlier than the agreed upon date

I agreed to a settlement with USAA credit card services and received written agreement with USAA on July 13, The original amount of the credit crd balance was $8,and the agreed settled amount was for $4,to be paid no later than July 9th, A check with my name on it in the amount of $8,was mistakingly sent from my escrow account late July and USAA verified it had received the check in the beginning of August I had called USAA Recovery Department on several occasions to follow up on the disimation of the check and refund Each time, I was told the team handling this matter was reviewing how to handle the refund and I should receive a check in approximately to days
The last time I called (4th time) USAA addressing how the company already had the check for over days and it was approaching almost days, I was then informed someone had decided I was not entitled to the refund of money in the amount of $and that USAA decided

I paid off my credit card with USAA in MayIn late June I received a statement from USAA with $interest rateI called the customer service to explain the issue to them that I would like the charges written off since it has been paid off over a monthThe rep transfered me to her managerWhich I explained the situation to.hershe asked if they could provides another service for meI said No, why would I do a business with a company that couldn't write off $after having different products with themShe said because of that they wouldn't be able to write the charge

I made numerous attempts to make my credit card paymentMy bank had issues running it so I tried times with no successI called on 9-25-to make my credit card payment and told it was closedI was only 30days past due with no warning of them deciding to close the cardthey took my deposit and just closed the account I haven't received anything stating thisIf they want to close it that's fineBut I will need it removed form my report since they closed with out any notice of letting me know

we wrote balance transfer check for on 06/28/payable to *** *** ***, in ridgewood, n.j 07450.On 7/05/2017, Wells Fargo reversed the payment ,as usaa refused to honor the balance transfer.according to mr.*** at usaaafter about one hour of back & forth discussion, he said that the bank was doing a review of the acct as of 6/26/& that was why the check was not honored.Our credit limit at the time was $24,& my available credit Was $12,507.00.We had a promotional offer from them thru 6/30/at 0% & balance transfer feessince they returned the check the offer has expired.this was due to no fault of ours & they refuse to honor the offer at this time.because of what they due internally,should have no bearing on us.we feel we are entitled to a balance transfer with those terms now.they refuse to honor these terms

I recently tried to contact my credit card company (USAA) pertaining to credit card debt and what could be done about itAfter a few transfers and being laughed at during one interaction I was told that I could not be helped and I should try to call back laterLuckily, I made sure to record the phone conversation in its entirety and once I have completed editing said conversation it will be uploaded to social mediaI am happy to make a copy available to the Revdex.com as well
It was my understanding that credit card companies would help find methods of relief prior to an individual having to claim bankruptcy but apparently I was sadly mistaken

based on incorrect info from bank they ran hard credit reportI have visa classic cards with bank that are automatically reviewed for credit increasesbank told me only way to get increase was apply for new card this is not true

separate occasions I applied for a credit card and received a letter stating "Can Not Identify" I was neither approved or denied because they could not identify me

Had zero due and wanted to make an extra payment then realized that the payment was for the full amount on credit cardI called right away to have it cancelled due to the large amount and that it wasnt due yet2hours later we were told that it couldnt be cancelled and the "sr advisor" hung up on usA veteran and here I thought they would have higher standards then the other credit companies,,, so wrong
Will also be moving my car insurance elsewhere!

The US bank closed all my business accounts because they do not want to do business with MSB Businesss and I accepted because I had no choice, But the real problem was that they closed my business/Victor Credit card too and I didn't complain but I do not accept that they put a block on my credit file that prevent me to get any other credit card from any other bank(I tried with Comerica bank and they explain that to me) I am a good citizen, Excellent credit and never gave any problem to this company An I understand they are violating the fair credit actI just want to this company to lacer my name in order for me to get credit card for me and my businessperiod

On OCT 9th my USAA account was restricted due to a alarm from experian a about an inquiry dispute and I lost access to my accountI received a calls from a representative asking if I applied for the new account and I confirmed with them that indeed applied for those accountI was asked who are all the people listed on my account and I informed them that they are family and friends added to my credit card as a AUTHORIZE

I was charged interest of $that was incurred because of a payment that was not posted in a timely manner The payment had been mailed days prior to the date at which it was posted A history of delayed posting of payments is present over the last months I provided USAA with detailed information about the date that the subject payment had been mailed and prior payments that had long delays out of recent payments had long delays from the mailing date to the posting date The delays were days, days, and days I provided USAA detailed information that USPS performance cannot explain these delays

I made payment for our credit card in full on December 11, The payment was the full balance my wife and I owed The payment was sent directly from Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU)I have the FedEx tracking number confirming that USAA received and signed for the checkThe credit card department refuses to admit that they received the paymentI had NFCU resend the payment and again confirmed the FedEx tracking numberThey received the second check, yet still keep stating they have not received a payment and have added additional charges

There was an offer on my mobile app of USAA that was going to be joint credit card with American Express, I accepted offer and then a few hours later an email from USAA came saying that my application was declined, but no explanation...a week alter I got a letter that my application was declined because of-maximum credit limit reached, I called to USAA and asked questions to different representatives (they transferred me times) nobody was able to answer my question and the last person who was suppose to answer instead she offered me credit monitoring servicesIt is useless to spend time to even call to this company

I'm active duty Guard in Tennessee, I sent them a copy of my orders back when I first opened the credit cardThey told me they could not lower my APR because I accrued the debt after being on active dutyTwo representatives also told me when I get my new orders, it could be lowered thenI sent them my new orders starting in September, and got a letter in the mail saying they couldn't lower my ratesI called and again a representative told me it should be loweredThen they said it would not be lowered because it is a continuationIt is not, it is a whole new order, and I've been told it should be lowered by representatives now

USAA Advertised an month interest free card with $and 0% interest on balance transfers
The agent I spoke with when enrolling confirmed these terms
I called USAA upon receipt of the card to confirm terms of promotional interest periodRepresentative told me that was not how the card was setup I made a copy of the direct mailer sent to to me to provide to USAA
I have made phone calls and spend over hours on the phone to resolve this issue I am promised call backs and escalation but never get return communication

I am writing to you today because I have been trying to obtain the 10% bonus rewards points for the switch to Visa credit cards
Since March 28, I have been asking when I will see the 10% bonus on my Visa cardIn June, I finally received a phone number to the Rewards team and have been calling sinceToday, I received another nonchalant apology with no answer or timeframeThere are over 200,accounts without the 10% bonus, and a technology team has been investigating for over business days
I understand things can go wrong, but I have been inquiring since MarchI asked for a work-around and I was told these points cannot be manually addedHow is there not a resolution by now?
