I have been paying my USAA Credit Card bill thru my Frost bill pay account for years My payment made in late July was received and returned because of a change in their policy that requires the digit account number For security reasons the payment notice omits the middle digits They did not notify me that my check had been returned and they have charged me interest on the payment that was made in a timely fashion I have made repeated efforts to understand what happened I made phone calls and sent emails over a period of days I made another phone call from Canada at cents a minute I was put on hold for an extended period and finally told it was my fault Today, almost weeks after I started trying to understand what happened, in Houston in the middle of a flood, I have the informationI have done business with USAA for almost years It's sad to see what they have become
