I had called into the credit card services with a stated interest of applying for a credit card with a 0% APR for months on balance transfersThis was because I had recieved the offer as a promotion via email some time agoAfter telling the sales representative of my interest in this product, she proceeded to process my requestI made it clear that this was the only offer that I was interested in and she stated that she could help me with thisShe proceeded to sign me up for a credit card that I ended up being approved forShe did read me the APRs on the card twice during the phone call, but I assumed that because I had stated what I was interested in, that this would be includedI later attempted to do the balance transfer, but found that there would be the standard something percent APRI called USAA about this and found that I was no longer eligable for the )% APR offer and that it had expired prior to me signing up for the cardI started a complaint process with them

I understand if you are 30days late the minimum payment due will be increased as well as interest, but I have never gone 30days past for any billI contacted customer service numerous times to only get the run around and being told there is nothing they could do and to basically deal with the minimum payment due increaseMy minimum payment was $and because I paid a bill that was due 02/08/on 02/19/I was listed as 30days delinquentThen, the 03/08/bill was paid on 03/02/I was still listed again as 30days delinquentI was told by a chat customer service specialist that it is a snowball effect of running late on a bill no matter if it is not actually 30days delinquent but the system will make me appear days delinquent and my minimum payment will be raisedI understand the interest rating goes by credit history, but I need my minimum payment lowered back to the amount so I am able to take care of my other billsSomeone please help meI used to have such f

I received an email from USAA offering me a credit card with 0% interest for months on purchases and balance transfers
I clicked through the email on the apply now button, and went to the USAA site, there I was inundated with different credit card offers, there had to be or different cards there
I applied and received the credit card, I transferred $to this account, they charged me 3% transfer fee also, that's fine it said they would do that
I am being charged interest on it though I contacted USAA and was told that I had clicked on the wrong card and there was nothing they could or would do about it I am hoping there is something you can do about this I believe I have been bait and switched by USAA

Fraudulent charges were applied to my credit card in mid I called USAA to let them know and they were supposed to take care of the problemThe two charges amounted to ~1,and it was my assumption that it might take a little extra time to totally clear because of the high costRegardless, USAA said it would be taken care ofAfter more than six months and over 10-long phone calls to get this straightened out, I am still receiving credit card bills saying that I owe money and my account is now delinquentEach time I was promised that the problem would be fixed in a matter of days and more than half of a year later it still remains on my bill

I received information from a representativeI had no internet service to look up information on my credit card so I called USAA and they told me I only had to pay my minimum amount due and would have no interest accrued on my account I was planning on switching money from another bank account to this one to pay off the credit card BUT because I got this information I paid a part of it using the money I already had in my USAA account and figured I would transfer more money into USAA later when I had internetI figured I could just pay it off next monthNow I have a $interest fee on my accountI have been their customer for my whole lifeI have had this card since with no prior problems I know my phone conversation was recorded yet they won't even listen to it to see if they are in the wrong or if I am in the wrongI am tired of wasting my time with these corporations who have no humility,

I made a payment agreement with USAA's collection company RADIUS Global Solutions LLC (Reference Number ***) for the account ending *** The settlement and payment agreement made was for $5,on September per Radius' letter
On September 28th, Check number *** from Bremer Bank was sent to Radius to fulfill the agreement and pay the account in fullOn October 8th I received a letter from Radius stating that the debt has been paid and the issue resolved with the Creditor / USAA(Letter can be provided upon request)
On October 30th 2018, I received a bill from USAA for AMEX acct ending in stating that I owe $5,even after I paid
When I call USAA No one is cordial enough to provide update on the account of guidance, they keep transferring with no resolution

Following an issue on my part to have USAA explain locking me out of my credit card usage They told me that my CC was compromised, I tried for day's to explain that my card had not been compromised It was no use, they did not cooperate with me at all!
