worst credit card company ever, I have nothing but negative experiences with ussa the staff is always rude and cluelessi opened up a dispute for an item that I haven't received usually other institutes would put a temp credit back on the account not usaa they want month to investigate.Please stay away from ussa in general!!!

I recently moved to a new area and updated USAA accordinglyOn the 11th of may I contacted USAA because I needed to withdrawn a large amount of money out of the ATM to purchase a money order for a deposit on a rental house for my familyThis withdrawn required that my ATM limit be increased for the dayTo increase my limit I had to answer multiple questions to confirm myself as the account holder
The following day when trying to make a purchase at a gas station my debit card was declinedAfter reaching out to USAA my husband and I were informed that our account had been put into a credit only status which would not allow us to access our money in any wayUsaa 's estimate is that this issue will not be resolved until at least may 16th, even after we confirmed that the withdrawn was authorized
We are in a new area with no funds whatsoeverUSAA is our only funds and we cannot access them for at least daysI have a child to feed in this time and no money to buy food

I had a secured credit card provided by USAA for approximately 6months
I made a payment of paying off half the credit card balance
Approximately 1-days after, I noticed everything was reading zero on the balance and the credit limit
I received a check from USAA for 110.00$ I called and asked a representative named Ryan whyHe stated the credit card was revoked but was unable to provide with certainty why it was
I never received any mail or documents via my USAA APP or at my home address sayin there was any problems I needed to be aware of at all

I made a payment of $on the 12/11/It was withdrawn from my bank institution of ENT on the 12/13/As of today 12/18/I have NOT been given credit on my credit line for avaibable creditEven though USAA has received and taken my money I called customer service @ 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time and talked with a supervisor by the name of "***" who was not speaking very well for being a supervisor, was speaking ghetto Because he didn't like what I was saying he hung up the phone on me Freel free to listen to the callThis is ridiculous, so I called back again and apparently according to another supervisor "***" is a member of the exeutive team and could have lifted the hold on my money IMMEDIATELYFor an executive member to act this way is not typical for USAA which prides it self for its great customer service

USAA has reported a derogatory item on my credit reports I have requested validation per Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act USAA has not sent me the requested viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately I have requested this information several times USAA has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 623(a) (3) and/or the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act Section 807(8)

My USAA card ending in *** is always declining purchases or utilitiesAlwaysThis card has even declined Amazon.comSometimes and usually the excuse is nothing is declined "We show no declined authorizations, Sir."
However now USAA is finally admitting it, and the excuse is "address mismatch"
What the hell?
I have proof the address is not mismatched, I've lived at this address for over years!
This is just a blatant lie, and I know USAA only gives CCs with decent credit limits because they have zero intention of letting the customer use said credit limit!
My card was locked on March 29, 2016, and yet I could not talk to anyone at USAA as the offices were closed!
I ended up using my Chase card, which I was able to call them beforehand and say "please allow my gift card purchase from Amazon and Entropay", which they did whitelist in there systems! It's not difficult USAA!
