I cannot use the service and they refuse to assistI want a refund, their customer service is difficult to deal with I purchased a plan but they are behind with production and can't get cards out for 3-monthsI can't use the app to see any movies and I am not going to pay for a service that I can't useThey refused to help me and just said they don't give refundsThis has been a bad experienceIf you start a product don't sell it until you can fulfill your load

Completely unresponsive/non existent supportNo one responds to email, no online chat or phone number eitherAll customers are held hostage I've tried to reach them twice through email and have given them over business days to respond and I have received nothing, not even a confirmation that my request was received and in queue I was reaching them due to deceptive advertising that had me purchase the wrong packageI reached out to them to exchange my package and upgrade or a provide a refund as I have yet to use their service The lack of support leaves their customers as hostages

I cant get passed [redacted] "Error" page to pay for their $processing feeApparently my different credit cards "do not have authorization for this operation." Yet when I paid for the annual subscription, my card worked and was paid in full! No response from them to several emails and messenger messagesLost my tickets for last month I want a refund!

Horrible customer service They were rude and kept offering me an option I did not want I signed up for the card in May and this is already August 1st and I still do not have a card They could not even get my name correct even though I made several attempts to get them to use my proper nameThey are just really rude and this is not the way customers should be treated Poor service

After hours of digging through the website I still haven't figured out how this works Only after purchasing service did they tell you you can't use it immediately, and that there's another fee to do so This is clearly a scam They will not respond to emails I will be reversing this charge through my card issuer

I love what Sinemia offers on paperHowever, the total lack of customer service is unbelievable and the dismissive and rude tone you get from their customer service when you get a response at all is jaw-droppingI have had so many problems with Sinemia, it's actually become weird Most recently, toward the end of May I tried to check in and see the movie "Solo." At the ticket counter, my Sinemia card was DECLINEDWe tried twiceNo dice I did not see the movieThen when I looked at my Sinemia account online, it showed as having seen that movie and deducted one of my movies for the month Moreover, Sinemia's big selling point is the ability to see premium moviesWhich they have recently changed to ONE premium movie per monthAnd now, they make it so you can only see one premium movie NOT per 30-day pay cycle, but days FROM THE LAST TIME YOU SAW A PREMIUM movieSo if your pay cycle beings on the fifth day of the month and you see your premium movie on the fourth day, you CANNOT see another premium movie until the fourth day of the following monthIf you're doing the math, you guessed it that means you would get ONE DAY to use that premium ticket and then it's gone at the end of the billing cycleIt's absolutely nuts I have been writing to them about this over a month and even tweeted and facebooked and have been completely ignoredThe last time I did get a reply from them months ago, it was a terse non-answer that didn't even pretend to try to answer any of my questions or concerns This company offers big things, but in reality, offers literally no customer service

I tried using the service twice in November, and the service failed both timesI have also been trying to contact customer service through their website, through their support email, and through twitter since NovemberI don't know if the service has been shut down, but it's definitely not working for me, and no one from the company will respondIf the service still works, stop giving me the runaround and give me some way to actually contact customer service to have my situation resolvedIf the service has been shut down, just refund my moneyI have absolutely not received value for this membershipWhen I try using advanced tickets, the card numbers provided just decline and Fandango (a few months ago when Fandango was an option) and now Atom just claim the declined reason is that the payment information provided by Sinemia is bad with an error message "Sorry, your payment method was refused by our payment processorPlease choose a different payment method and try again"When this happens Sinemia doesn't not provide any way to receive accurate information to complete my purchase, so I'm just left paying fees and unable to use the service

I'm unable to use the account on my device because the app won't let me log in and contacting has been useless because they don't respond I currently pay a month for the service and as of 6/10/2018,I'm unable to use it

Issue with using Product and Receiving Product I submitted a payment of $to Sinemia on May 4, and after several months I have yet to receive the physical card and have only been able to use the service onceThe company claims that the physical card is the same as their app service, however it is not, as it has system limitations, such as the recent server issues that rendered it completely useless, which resulted in cancellation of plans, which would have not occurred if I had the physical card I have contacted customer service over times in the time period since my purchase, asking for either the physical card or a refund, to which I am told that I am put as a priority to receive the physical card and that I should continue to use the appThis is after being told when I initially purchased the service I was told days to receive the card, which went to days soon after The reason that I also would prefer the physical card is that I don't want to go through

Pay for one year service in advanced and expect at least threes weeks or more to be able to see movieOr you can pay fee to see movie immediatelyThe fee was never disclosed while you are signing up for the service Also, the payment cant be refunded after realizing that you have to pay to see movies right away even though all the advertisement stated you can see movie right away

At first, Sinemia seemed like a good service and alternative to MoviepassHowever, after being a member for less than a month, I [redacted] honestly say that in many ways, it's much worse than Moviepass [redacted] a downright scam of a businessFirst of all, when you sign up, it isn't disclosed openly that you're going to be charged numerous BS fees like convenience fees, that Moviepass [redacted] charged forSecondly, I thought the customer support at Moviepass [redacted] bad, but at Sinemia, it's legendarily horribleIt takes longer to receive a customer response from Sinemia than it is for me to get an appointment at the DMVIronically, they respond faster through Twitter than via email communicationRecently, I forgot to check into a theater after purchasing a ticket and now I'm being charged a misuse fee equivalent to the value of my movie ticketI sent them an email and twitter with proof that I actually did attend the movie, so let's see how long it takes for them to reply and which communication method they use to reply to meI should not have to be charged any misuse fees for a simple oversightIt's not like I'm trying to purchase a ticket and not show up to the movie, which I think is that the chefeature is designed to preventI may revise my review to a higher rating if I get my misuse fee reimbursed/canceled

I paid for my membership May and paid $I was promissed a card within days Finally they offered a card option but they are denying elite I purchased my membership on May 6, I was promised a card by mail in days I was then told if was delayed I was finally offered a card less option but when I tried to use the card I was unable to do so and noticed I only had the 2D option I confronted them by text message but wax told I only have thd premium basic and would have to upgradeI explained that my offer included movies a month and 3D options and IMAX They then stopped responded To be sure I was correct I checked my credit card statement and indeed $was taken from my card which was an Elite plan in MayEven now it only costs a month to buy an elite movie plan in my area For resolution I either want my money returned or a mailed card with the elite plan

Product will not allow me to use, now business is keeping payment without providing service I purchased a yearly subscription for Sinemia in September and immediately attempted to use The service offered a physical card, but I was later (after purchase) told this was ending and I would not receive a physical card I was then forced to make all purchases via online ticketing which limits my options as many local theaters do not utilize the ticketing services Sinemia supports I was still okay with this However, each time I watch a movie I cannot cheat the theater following a ticket purchase I submitted numerous tickets via the Sinemia website with no reply Finally after a submission in November I received a reply I explained my issues to the associate and asked about refund options The response I received was that I must cheafter each showing, mind you the app Sinemia provides does not allow for this to occur, and that "You may cancel your Sinemia membership o
