Errors make the service unsable resulting in loss of movie views
Whether I try to use the service online to buy advanced tickets or in person using Sinemia's physical card I got errors. Multiple times I drove 30 minutes to get to a movie theater to discover my card isn't working and have had to pay out of pocket for the movie ticket. Sinemia allows 1 movie credit to roll over into the next month but because I was unable to use either of my movie credits for the month, I lost one of my movie credits.

Desired Outcome

Restore the movie credit I lost due to the service not working and should also compensate for the time and money I am wasting when the service is not working.

Sinemia app returns nothing but an "Error" dialog box when attempting to reserve tickets for a movie. Customer service is unresponsive.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the most recent billing that is covering the dates April 22 - May 22, 2019. My credit card was billed in the amount of $35.88 on April 22, 2019. The app has not functioned since April 19th. Customer service has been unresponsive since that date.

Purchased THREE subscriptions through this company, prepaid for an entire year for all three, to use as a movie subscription at theaters. You're supposed to purchase your ticket on their app, but their app does not allow such a thing to happen 100 percent of the time. Their customer service is nonexistent, as there are no phone numbers to call, and they give you one support email to contact but there is zero answers from them. I've emailed them about ten times since December to get help on their app to allow ticket purchase. No response. All three were paid online, on their site, around Christmas. I can provide the credit card info used for purchases. Multiple reviews on apples App Store show many are experiencing the same thing I am, and have been for months, with no refunds issued. Spent almost $200 on this company, just for them to end up stealing it, since they don't fulfill any part of their service agreement.

Desired Outcome

Full refund for all three subscriptions and for this business to be investigated into how they're stealing ones from many folks, especially the monthly subscription withdrawals.

For over 2 months they have not provided the service I paid for and have failed to answer any of their company support/complaint emails.
I paid Sinemia an annual fee of $120 to provide me with their movie ticket service. The service was paid up front from October 2018 to September 2019. For over 2 months they have not provided the service and have not responded to my requests in any way to their company support/complaint emails. Each month they have not been able to fix their service I loose that months ticket service which amounts to $10 per month. They have been totally unresponsive and have been unwilling to fix the app used to purchase the tickets. My entire family has had the same experience. I have contacted their support many times with no reply at all.

I had many problems with the service from October to January but did receive most of the tickets promised. So I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 months, March and April, I have been unable to use the service and for the remaining 6 months, May to September, of service after that due to lack of confidence that they will be able to fix there many problems.Sinemia was paid up front to provide the service on a continuous basis and has been unable to do so and shows no signs of correcting the problem.

Cannot book tickets from their app, and no response from customer support
Purchased the yearly subscription for two people; however after one month only I cannot use their service. I have reached out to their customer support however no response. All I want now is to cancel my subscription and get my money back.

I want to cancel my subscription and want a full refund for this fraud service this company is providing.

The app will not let me purchase tickets. It just says error. No response from customer service in 5 days as of this writing.
I have tried three separate times to purchase tickets via the app and my physical debit card. All it says is error. Have reached out to Sinemia first by email, but then when I didn't get a response there, I tried Twitter, Twitter DM, Facebook, Facebook DM and Trustpilot. I got a response via Trustpilot, but it said to contact support. My renewal comes up May 3rd and I will be canceling if I don't get a response.

They keep changing the terms of service. I want a refund. They are impossible to contact.
They keep adding fees. They are making it more difficult to purchase tickets. They have no customer service. This company has slowly gotten worse. The are entire websites and subreddits dedicated to discussion on their horrible business practices. This company should be shut down, so no one else is fooled into giving them money and getting nothing in return.

Service Stopped Working - App Non-Functional
I prepaid a year of service for 2 movies a month beginning in October 2018. It worked until the middle of March 2019. After that point, their app no longer worked to allow me to select a movie for purchase. I tried emailing them for support but no response was received. I then tried tweeting them at *** and *** but no response was received. I noticed multiple users on Twitter with the exact same issue as me and no user has ever posted back to indicate their issues were resolved. I want the remainder of my unused months back.

Their movie app. does not allow me to use it to see a movie. I keep getting a user error message.
I purchased a 1 movie per month subscription and paid in full. The first two times no problems. The 3rd (month) I tried to use it I kept getting a user error msg. on their app. I restarted app and still user error. I couldn't; use their app to get my monthly movie so I had to pay out of my own pocket($17.99). I contacted to see why I keep getting a user error message. They never got back to me. so, I purchased their physical card for $25 to avoid using their app since I kept getting user error. The physical card worked the first time but when I tried to use it again I kept getting error message. My brother who also has a subscription was getting the same error message on his phone. So we both were unable to use are subscription and had to buy our own ticket($18). They take your yearly payment at once and have no phone number to contact them at and they don't respond to emails. They are in no hurry to fix any of their app glitches but are always having promotions to get more suckers to pay up front

Since I'm not getting the service I paid for, I want subscription fully refunded and the cost of the physical card. $61. ( $36 FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND $25 for card.)

this is a subscription service that is not providing the service that I had paid for. I am suppose to be able to buy a movie ticket each month.
I have been able to use their services for the entire month of April. I have already paid for my membership that is suppose to include 2 movies a month. I try to order my ticket through their application and the message, "error please try again later" comes up. I have reported the issue multiple times to their customer support line and have even complained on their twitter page. They did respond on the twitter message asking for me to direct message them if the issue and email. I did what they asked and I'm still being ignored. I am unable to make contact and they are not fixing the issue with their service. And if they ask my application is up to date. I did receive twitter responses from other users claiming the same issue. I'm starting to believe they are not providing the service to save money since a big movie is coming out this weekend and if that is true it is unethical and they are stealing money from me since I have already paid for the service this month.

I will like to be able to purchase a ticket for this weekend. If they cannot comply, and this being the end of the month I would like a refund since I could not use the service this month.

I check in at the theatre when I ever I use their app, but they still say I did not check in and add miss use fee. I have been added thisextrafeetwice
I think their app has some issues or they are doing shady business practices, no matter what how many times we check in the app they still charge me miss use fee. I am just fed up with the service and cancelled but not yet received the refund. They also auto-renewed me for whole year without my permission.

They need to give back the money they charged me for misuse fee. And also they need to refund my entire yearly renewal amount they charged me this month.

Purchased Sinemia yearly subscription but the app hardly worked
I have purchased Sinemia 3 Movie tickets Per Month classic 12 months plan on 11/29/2018 but hardly used it couple of time and now I cannot use it any more. The app just silently returns without issuing me a movie ticket

The Sinemia app fails with an unexplained error when attempting to get either an in-theater or advance movie ticket.
I purchased the Sinemia Classic 3 Movie Tickets Per Month plan via Visa for 12 months at $7.99 per month starting on 01/25/2019. I initially used the plan successfully, but recently the app indicates "Error" with no further details when I attempt to confirm a transaction after selecting the theater, movie, and time. I have reported the problem on 04/12/2019 and 04/22/2019, both times receiving an automated email reply saying that my message had been received and that a response would be sent as soon as possible. To date, no such response has been received.

Since the app is not working, and I have gotten no response to my inquiries from customer support, I am requesting a refund of my payment for 12 months, minus an adjustment for my use between 01/25/2019 and 04/12/2019, and cancellation of my account.

Services they promised and I prepaid for one year ahead of time doesn't work. They ignore emails and have no phone number for support.
I signed up for this service and paid $80 to sign up plus they charged me $25 for a card (that they were supposed to provide free but never did and asked me to pay). It's a movie subscription service that I pre-paid ahead of time for 1 year. The app doesn't work and hasn't. All emails to them are ignored. There is NO phone number to call and they ignore Twitter messages to them as well. This is my last hope that you can force them to provide the service they promised.

I just want the service to work and get what I paid for which is 3 movies each month which should work. The app doesn't work. They can either refund me for what I paid or they can get the App working and provide me reimbursement for the movies that I'm paying for each month.

I purchased a $170 12-month movie subscription plan - 2 movies per month for two people - back in July 2018. The service worked for the first few months, but always charged service fees for purchasing tickets in advance. Never disputed these charges (although it was not explicitly stated before purchasing the plan), but got contacted in regards to purchasing a $30 psychical debit card that would eliminate these charges in the future. Took over a month to receive the physical card, and when I finally got it the card did not work. Tried calling the phone number on the back of the card, which promoted me to email Sinemia Support. Never heard back from anyone. Around this time, the Sinemia app stopped working as well. I kept getting unknown error messages which prohibited me from purchasing tickets on the app or in-person at the theater. Once again, reached out to customer service and received no response.

First of all, I would greatly appreciate if Sinemia actually responded to me and acknowledged the issue (and hopefully provide a solution). Considering the service stopped working prior to the 12-month expiration, I'm requesting a refund for both the subscription plan and debit card, which I was never able to use successfully. I've been forced to purchase movie tickets elsewhere, something I should not have had to do considering I paid for a monthly subscription. I'm requesting reimbursement for these tickets as well.

Unable to Use Service.
I signed up for an annual subscription with Sinemia for 3 movie tickets a month. For the first 2 months the service worked fine. Starting on April 11th I've been unable to purchase tickets with the service. I've tried on 4/11, 4/19, 4/21 and 4/24 and all I get is a message saying "Error!" when I try to confirm my movie selection. I've emailed ***@sinemia.com twice this month for assistance without a reply. I've also insured that the app is updated and cleaned the cache on my phone but I still get the same error message.

I would either like the service to work or receive a refund for the 10 months I've been unable to use the service. At 7.99 a month that would amount to $79.90. Also, I would appreciate an explanation as to why the service has had so many problems and the lack of communication from customer service.

sinemia app isn't working so I *** not see movies. Customer support says they have received my complaint and will respond but never do.
I've been using the sinemia app for a while and have had tons of problems. They advertised originally that I would get a card to make movie ticket purchases on but that never happened. I finally, after weeks of sending emails to their customer support, finally got someone to tell me that they stopped doing that and that I would have to use the app only or pay an additional $50 (i think) to get a card. I consider that false advertising.

So I get use to using the app only. Then I get charged 2 times for not checking in. Once was because the app wouldn't let me. This would have been avoidable if I had the card to purchase in person so I wouldn't have to.

I asked to have my year subscription refunded in a pro-rated amount but they said that I ***'t, it's against the contract.

Now the app won't let me order tickets at all and hasn't worked for over a month. Again, i've tried contacting them with no response and connot get a refund even though i'm not able to use the service.

I joined Sinemia March 5, 2019 and have been able to use there service only twice. The app stopped working and they haven't been able to help.
I have tried to reserve tickets via the app using the expensive charge card I ordered through Sinemia and I was only able to do this once, then anytime after that when I try to reserve the app gives me errors. I have uninstalled the app and re installed and updated but at no success. I even tried it on a different phone. I have contacted Sinemia about the problem and have sent screenshots. All they do is play a game, they reply with the same stuff I have already done or explained and then tell me I haven't replied to emails that they don't even request a reply to. They still cant fix the problem and wont find a solution.

I would like refund for my membership.

After contacting the company several times about bad service I have cancelled my service in hopes to get a refund. They will not refund my service.
