My loan was quickly sold to SLS after Ditech was brought under a class action law suit I made payments in to Ditech and mu property taxes are being paid personally and not financed in the mortgage amountSLS representative said that the monthly mortgage amount was what they received from Ditech which was a factor of buying a mortgage a not caring about due diligence packagesI was also told that my payment was not received but was given a confirmation number over the phone I was told that it was not processed, but when confronted on their business practices I was told mistakes happenI questioned the practice and was hung up on by the representative I called back to make the same payment with another representative who took my paymentI was told that the property insurance would not be removed unless I sent it in writing, which I did In the mean time SLS build account balances against their accountsIntegrity is something that SLS is lacking and I believe they are being used by outside organizations to hurt individuals in the back end of the housing loan scandalI recommend that you track your payments to the organization and do not send a check This is the same practice the loan scandal market used to falsely make fake charges and move the mortgages around to create a long paper trail to gain time to grab money from consumersI will get may account in order and continue my paper trail trackingI was nice and professional, but that dose not workThis activity can cost the consumers trillions

Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC purchased my loan from a previous loan service company and I have had chronic issues with their systems and customer serviceFirst of all, they sent me a welcome packet letting me know that they would be servicing my loan and I would be receiving additional information shortlyNothing out of the ordinary hereI received my welcome packet and immediately followed ALL required steps to ensure a seamless transition from my end, or at least I thoughtI set up automatic payments on their site, which isn't particularly user friendly, but the auto payment seems to work okI also uploaded a copy of my insurance policy to their "third-party" insurance siteThis is where my problems startedA couple weeks after uploading my insurance information, as instructed in my welcome packet, I received a notice from SLS that they would be unilaterally acquiring insurance for me if I did not provide proof of insuranceI went back onto the third-party site and confirmed that my insurance information had been uploadedThen, I called SLS, to let them know that my insurance information had been uploadedThe representative told me that they have been having problems with their site and asked me to fax my insurance documents to himI did this, three times, to two different fax numbers: the one the representative gave me and the one on the websiteThe faxes returned on all six attemptsI called again and asked if I could please send them by e-mailThe representative told me that he could not receive them by e-mail and that they would need to be mailedI mailed themAfter mailing them, I called my insurance company and asked them to do the sameI THINK this issue is finally resolved, but it took way too much time and it was a ridiculous processSecond, I have had chronic issues with SLS regarding the incorrect calculation of my escrow accountThey have incorrectly recalculated my escrow account times now and I have called each month, for months to try and get this resolvedThe representatives have not seemed knowledgeable at all regarding basic mortgage principles or how to navigate their own system and independently problem solveAfter this last call, I fully plan on needing to call them back again, likely next month, to continue the danceI ASKED to take their customer service survey and it was questions, "Yes" or "No", with no offer to speak with a manager or anyone with authority to resolve my concernsSLS is not Revdex.com accredited and I honestly feel that I have no recourse as a consumer and am stuck with a loan servicer that cannot fulfill basic functions

Hi We recently received a letter from Specialized Loan Servicing saying they are now servicing our loan which was previously held by Citifinancial (we filed Bankruptcy in 2010, but have been paying on this as directed by our attorney) I was informed not to make a payment until I received something instructing me to do so I never did receive anything after a few months so I called and they said it should be on its way shortly I then did receive a paper stating where to send my payment and it also stated that since they were transitioning no late fees or anything would be assessed I sent in my payment on December 9, as instructed by the representative and a few days later my payment was electronically returned I called and asked why and they truely did not have any clue they said to send over payment information over for the past two years and said that we were a year behind and they said they would investigate this and set up a payment plan once they figured out wha

My mortgage was recently purchased by SLS- in all correspondence it was clearly outlined that my ACH that I had set up with the previous mortgage provider would not carry over and I would need to reinstate it with SLSI called at the beginning of the first months to set up my ACH and at that time was told it was too late for the current month but it would pull the second monthFor the first month I sent in my paymentonly to get back from vacation and find out that SLS authorized *** *** to take a payment out of my account alsoI never received any information that this was going to happen, nor did I authorize *** *** to in any way take that money out of my accountAs an adult I am responsible for paying my billsand no one else had any right to authorize any entity to take the money out of my checking account, certainly not my mortgage company authorizing a third party that I know nothing about!When I found out that this money had been withdrawn without authori

Not a positive experience at all, my loan was transferred from Bank of America to them and has been a nightmare, look like I am going to have to get a lawyer

Out mortgage was sold to SLS in mid October After making payments one of the payments is currently being held as unapplied funds and the other was sent back to me When I called I was told that the account was coded wrong and that one of the supervisors named Jose would fix it I was told it would take just a few days It has now been almost weeks I have called every few days to sit on hold for an hour plus just to be told it has not been fixed I was told that I would be contacted when it was fixed but I have not received a call

I NEVER RECEIVE A MORTGAGE STATEMENT
They are reporting that I owe them over million on the credit report which is incorrect
They are also reporting me late, which I know that I am not

Tryin to pay my brothers back mortgage paymentsThey gave us wire transfer and after three weeks funds are still not postedForget trying to call customer service.....all you get is a run aroundI started this process for my brother on 1/and as of 1/I am still getting the run aroundOur attorney general need to look into this company

My spouse and I have made multiple principle only payments following all instructions given by SLSEach time the payments have been misapplied to monthly paymentsEach time we call sometimes in excess of times to have corrected which takes weeks to nearly monthWe have called and requested the difference of the interest be credited to our account as well which has not yet happenedOur last principle only payment was again misapplied and a couple weeks after being corrected we received a past due notice, our automatic withdrawal was canceled, and it was reported to the credit bureauAll due to SLS's mistake which should have never happened to begin withWe are still working on correcting this last issue

My home loan was sold to SLS (Specialized Loan Servicing) from ASC (American Service Corporation) in October The current mortgage company (SLS) informed me that because I file chapter bankruptcy which was re-affirmed in August/2011, they (SLS) are not required to send out a monthly mortgage statementSLS Representative *** *** stated that this is their internal policy despite the fact that the previous mortgage company (ASC) did in fact sent a monthly mortgage statement
SLS further stated that they are not required to send a monthly statement regardless of what the previous mortgage company did (ASC)

I have had multiple issues with Specialized Lending Services, regarding my deceased father's loanI called multiple times and sent them all the necessary documents only to be told I was unable to obtain the information I neededI needed to know the amount due on his loan to properly proceed with the sale of his house and pay off the debt owedAfter spinning my wheels with them I finally received a payoff amount which is almost Double the original amount, after only months!!?? My point being is that I spent money I didn't have to bioclean, (he passed away in his home, and was not found for nearly weeks, and it was the right thing to do), clean out, clean, do a little plumbing, and paintI would love to have fixed it up a little more, but I live in NY and I was only able to go down to Florida once after the fact and the clock is tickingI'm not looking to make money on selling his home, but at this point just getting back what I have put into it as this was all unexpected and d

I am current in my mortgage payment, there is some communication error between them and ditect financial with whom my account was sold toI have made repeated attempts to find any information and have been told its up to me to provide proof of paymentOne rep actually looked at my statements and said "yeah, I see what you are sayingyou're current." I have never missed or been late on my paymentthey added an extra payment and just told me I'd have to pay itThe bullying tactics they're using are at the very least unethical if not illegalI have racked up close to hours on the phone and gotten no where except them sending me letters to refinance or beg for helpthey cannot even give me any details of what's being done on there end, they just keep racking up late charges and fees

I am in the final phases of selling my home and paying off this loan In the process of doing this, I have gone to their website and inquired about the payoff amount After clicking on the button, a report is generated One of the items noted in the list of fees is "Outstanding Fees/CorpAdvances" I did not understand what this was so I called their customer service number The agent informed me that they charge $to generate the report The escrow company involved with my home sale has inquired once, and I have inquired twice, so the listed fee is now $ The agent claimed that the "fee cannot be waived" NO WHERE on their website was I informed that there would be a $fee for generating the report (which is performed by computer almost instantly)

HORRIBLE!!!after years with another mortgage company, the loan was sold, Ive had them for only months,and every month there has been a problem with their accountingand now the payment is increasing, Do not make any extra payments, the funds get placed where ever they decide, causing shortages

SLS has abusive and rude agents which work their customer service phones I have mailed several "Cease and Desist" letters to SLS to prevent them from contacting me over the phone and now they have started attaching letters to the outside of my house with bright letters which say "CONFIDENTIAL" The "Cease and Desist" letter by law, prevents contact from SLS after the letter is place, but SLS is ignoring the letter

An escrow was held for insurance payment in error, even though I have sent in and uploaded proof of insurance and coverage, in addition to calling 9/27/to confirmPer confirmation received since then, I made my regular and timely payment but an analysis didn’t occur till December leading the system to believe I was delinquent or did not make full paymentsThis is an error, as I have made my payments in FULL on time and all the timePer my follow up phone call, an error was made on my statement and reported to credit agency as a payment delinquencyOn top of that, I have received a refund check for excess in payments, which also then declined when I deposited and now incurring additional fees I have since called to address the issue and was advised this will be fixed but to also submit a dispute letter for misunderstanding / error needs to be corrected, hence, I am requesting a credit reporting adjustmentA letter was sent out 2/stating that they have made no error
