I received a warning email from Equifax with the information about the report from one of the institutions will may affected negative my credit SLS report my account as "Affected by natural or declared disaster" (???) There are not been "disasters on my area" (Van Nuys) since the Northridge Earthquake on
Because a pass issue with this company I am only sending messages because I need proof of all our conversations for mine and their protection....I make this VERY CLEAR with them
Very polite I ask them to please change the status of my account of let me know what "disaster" my property was involved....I receive the following as reply to my messages:

I received a letter from SLS saying my account was sent to collections for non-payment of my July paymentOn the same day I received my statement the same that says that my July payment was received on July 12thAccording to my statement and also their website, my account shows my payment in full was received on July 12thBoth the statement and the website also show that a second payment for the same full amount was received on July 17thOn their website only it also says that the July 17th payment was a mistake and removed from my account on July 19thI have email confirmations from SLS and my bank that my payment for the full amount due was received by SLS on July 12th

I have paying my loan ontime with SLS and they constantly call me stating that the payment is due on the 1st of the monthIn their statement it says that you can make a payment until the 16th without any late charges
I constantly receive calls from the mortgage company saying that this is from a debt collector and this is a call regarding a personal matter
I would like the company to stop calling me and harrassing me

SLS is by far the worst company I've had to deal with in a long timeSince taking my mortgage over from Wells Fargo in Nov they have double my payments and won't post my payments when I make themI've been trying to speak with a customer representative but keep getting transferred and hung up onWhen they call my phone I ask to speak with some on why my payments have doubled and they place me on hold and then I get past around still with no answers

I mailed off my mortgage payment over a month ago using a cashiers checkI also took the payment directly to a post office because I never trust the mail boxesMy payment has not postedI have contacted SLS several times to voice my concern they just tell me to keep checking to see if it has postedI think they lost my check and being a cashiers check I have to wait days to void the check and get my money backI know the check was received or the post office would have returned it to me buy knowI have never been late with a payment in yearsThis is the worst Company I have ever had to deal withPlease help me resolve this issueI have to pull money out of savings to pay a bill I have already paidFeeling very frustrated and helpless

Specialized Loan Services is not reporting my month payments to my credit report and are charging me monthly "late fees" without providing backup documentation on how they are getting this fee amount I have my original loan documents and request SLS payoff letters and neither of these documents show that there is a 10% late fee In accessing the website, I can see my payments are posting every month When I contact SLS directly to inquire why they are not reporting accurate information they do not send a monthly statementIf I write them directly then I do not receive a monthly statement My inquiries are answered with an email saying that they don't send statements when they are researching accounts My account is not over days and I suspect that SLS is using predatory loan practices to prevent me from being able to refinance this loan so that I can end this nightmare of the WORST Mortgage Servicing Company in the US

SLS acquired our home mortgage about a year agoSince then every time I call them, they have been less than helpfulThey were supposed to pay my property tax at the end of July, but they neglected to do soI had to call and make sure it happened after interest and penalties had been applied to the tax payment

My loan was transferred from ASC to SLS last month I 've also made my payment's online without being charged a service fee for making my required monthly payment If you cannot make your payment within the first days at the beginning of the month this company will charge you a $service fee I find this practice to be unacceptable, especially when the previous company did not charge any fee's for making a payment I feel that they are taking advantage of individuals, and from their track record they obviously need to change their practice

Payments have been sent to this mortgage servicing company for many years and now have not credited my account for two months including July and August of They proceed to email and call along with mailings that I have not made payments I have sent in proof from my bank which includes full bank statements and a fax from my bank showing where the two payments have been released from my account and SLS has pulled the money from the account However, they continue to send letters asking I do a mortgage modification
I have sent the two payments to their City of Industry location since they had sent mailings to change where to send payments
