My loan originally was with Ocwen Mortgage Company and my mortgage loan was transferred to SLS Mortgage on or about December and was assigned On or about Novmber I filed Chapter Bankruptcy of which mnthly payments were made related to the mortgage related to loan by the Bankruptcy Trustee, and myself; however SLS has repeatedly reported to all credi bureaus that I was days late I have not ever been days late on the payment of this loan and I have paid the loan accordingly to keep my payment history up to date and current I wrote a letter to SLS requesting that my payment history be corrected and the inaccurate reporting to the credit bureaus be removed and corrected on 6/23/and the correspondence was faxed to *** in accordance with your procedures to resolve issues I contacted your company by telephone on 7/15/along with a Credit Advantage Representative to discuss my payment history and the SLS Representative confirmed the receipt of my

I find this company...new to us since January, 2016...SO frustrating! No one knows what the other is doing! They finally assign a person to YOU as the one to speak to & yet when that person is unavailable (...& that's OFTEN) no way to leave a message FOR that person! If you speak to an "available"

We had NEVER missed but ONE payment in years & that was being "paid up" with former server then our mortgage was sold to this Company!! The other company was also difficult, but THIS one has gotten us behind 3+ payments, by NOT letting us know of changes in mortgage
payments after years as set by original note!
I give this company a BIG negative, but what can we do? We have NO say about who WILL service our mortgage, so what CAN we do?? We can't refinance because now we are NOT current! They are forcing us to make NO payments if we are short as won't accept those!! We need a new lender!

This is the very worst company I have ever had to deal withThey continually request the same forms from meThey callI answer and it's a recording saying that I need to call them I call themNo one is available to talk so I'm to set up a call back timeI do thatNo one has ever called me back This has happened numerous timesThey send me letters all the time saying my representative has changedI've been with them a year and have had different people that supposedly are handling my caseThey just keep stalling on approving a short saleWe have had a contract for a year!!

Thieves! Each month I make an online payment because it's quicker and easier than writing a check and mailing itEach month I have to check online to make sure the extra I'm applying to principal is not held "in suspense"That's their phrase for taking my money and not giving me credit for it ONE person I spoke to over several calls admitted it's wrong of them and that it happens every month to most customersThe only way to guarantee the payment is applied correctly is to mail a check and put it in writing how I want the money applied I call BS on this one Their "in suspense" policy is denying me and others of being able to pay down my mortgagei'm giving them one star because negative stars aren't an option

I have had a loan with Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC (SLS) for several yearsWe had to file bankruptcy about four years agoAt first, SLS would send information about our loanIn the last year, SLS will send no information about our loan to usThey state that since we filed bankruptcy that they cannot send statements because it is a billAlthough in the past (and with our first mortgage), letters of information can be sent stating that the notice is not an attempt to collect a debtOur loan was originally an interest only loanWhen our loan changed to having the interest and principal included, SLS did send a letter stating this fact but did not give the amount of the new paymentI had no idea how much to pay, and when calling in the amount has changed even though the interest rate is fixedRecently the payment fell behind because we did not have any notificationsWhile trying to catch it up, I sent in payments of the original amountI was told that since it is not a full payment the money is held in a suspense accountI was not notified of this eitherThey held my money without applying it to the principal so they can continue to charge interest on that amount - all the while, they get to keep my money and earn interest from my moneyIn addition to all this, their automated system informs me of completely different amounts than what I am told when speaking to a representativeAnother issue is their accountingI will make a payment but only part of it will be referred to as my last payment receivedThe payment amounts and the amount applied as the last payment do not matchWithout any notification or statements of payments, I have no way to know where my account is actually at - in part, because the system tells me one thing while a representative says anotherThis company is beyond shadyIf we had the money to pay it off in full we would

I have been paying on this loan over 10yrs for a $loan about three years I tryed to get a modifed loan I was told on the phone they do not do 2nd mortages I filled out papers three times still no adjustedment have a 10.5% loan also they charges me several yrs ago for a drive by till this day they have not put any of my money to the bill ,last time I tryed a modifed loan your dpt wanted to increase it double I can not refi I have a 1st mortgage at 2%also I found out today 09/18/i am paying a lawer fee sence why and I want the amount I have payed extra it may not be much every month but it is over time money I pa not much 2u but to is a lot and I want proof u will fix it so the amount will go down less than $ why is this not going down I have beening paying for over 10yrs on this loan only missed 1payment and that was when I went bankrupt please fix this also I want proof I am paying law fees why?

December 1, I wrote a letter to Specialized loan servicing because the statement they sent stated that I was months delinquentwhen In fact I was two months behind in paymentsThe letter indicated that I would pay the two payments at the end of the weekI asked that they refund me the $in the suspense fund Specialized Loan Service did not contact me until May 2018, and at that time the sent my loan to foreclosure

We are trying to pay off our loan early so each month when I complete payment stub I ask them to apply $to our loan (which is our monthly payment amount) The remainder of the $payment ($300.22) I enter to be applied as ADDITIONAL principal The past four months I have had to call them and request a reversal as they apply the EXTRA $as a payment So a large part of the additional principal amount I send is applied to interest and principal rather than 100% principal as it should be I was told I may need to call and have them adjust that every month That is baloney Now today I was told that at a meeting they recognized that the payment processing division has been making errors, but that was all the representative knew

This is the absolute WORST company ever Do everything & anything to avoid this company Multiple phone attempts to contact the correct department, disconnecting me every time, RUDE people who don't help you, you have to give your data EVERY time they transfer youIf you want nothing but frustrations and rising blood pressure then this is the company for you!

As you see this company has a serious pattern of applying payments incorrectly They have applied a payment incorrectly and now show it as all going to a late charge, as if it was never made and it was made on time So even though this will not get resolved here, we feel the need to share, our government is doing nothing to combat this

This company bought my 2nd mortgageSince then they have attempted to change the terms of the loanIt is supposed to be a fixed rate loan and they have changed it in their system to a daily simple interest loanI called and they asked for a week to investigateThey said they would call back but did not within the agreed upon time frameI gave them extra time then called them backThey stated they had investigated it and that they are correctThey did not even ask for a copy of the loan information from meAfter this happened I also looked at how they have been applying interest and principal to the loan on a monthly basis and it does not appear to have been applied correctly

My home mortgage was sold from the original broker to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC about one year ago I have made every payment 2-weeks early from the due date and have never missed a payment My bank account reflects that every check has been cashed by Speciailized Loan Servicing, so I had no reason to believe there was an account problem I have been in dialogue with different representatives over the past few months regarding issues with hazard insurance and most recently an escrow shortage that I have been trying to pay in full
Today I spoke with a representative from SLS who stated my mortgage payments are in arrears since January and my home is about to be foreclosed upon I have received no prior notification that there were ANY problems with receiving monthly payments despite my numerous phone calls to different representatives thereIn addition, my bank statements confirm that every payment has been posted successfully and paid to SLS

Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) has no internal communication They are unable to assign a case number and a designated contact person for your issue which means every time you call you basically start over I have a "ticket" opened every time I call And nothing has been accomplished for months! I'd give them a zero star if possible They have made my life hell trying to get them to correct their own error They have conflicting information between the insurance department and the customer service department and these two systems do not appear to be linked

Spoke with ***-Liquidation department-very unprofessional-not helpful-refuse to honor my request to speak with supervisor when asked to be transferred to Supervisor He insisted that all my questions had been answered I still had additional information I needed to clarify regarding my account

The main problem is that because they were not the originator of the loan they have no idea of what went into the build out of the escrow fundThey are essentially holding my money, and requiring that I pay additional money direct to the County
Additionally, in reporting my outstanding balance to credit reporting agencies they are not accurately incorporating payments made
