More than three times my wife and I requested for a loan modification for our second mortgage with SLS We finally received a proposal but it didn't provide us any relief The same rate and conditions were applied We requested for another review and to speak with a specialist for more than seven times and was put on the call back list but no one called us or sent us a letter regarding our concern We then receive a notice of default or foreclosure for lack of payment, $but never received a call back or letter It was devastating So I am reaching out to your office to mitigate with them to respond to our request for an equitable and relief due to our reduced income We provided all documents requested over and over again by email and others by fedex We need help and someone to advocate because SLS is not listening to our need Loan# We owe $28,

I have been trying to get a loan modification since February and have been passed back and forth with different ones telling me different items that are needed and can never get the right items that need to be turned in to have my loan modification looked at or acceptedIt is now June and our loan will be going from $a month to over $a month in JulyI'm not sure why I can't get this taken care of but it is extremely frustratingAt this point I have been waiting for days to receive a phone call from a supervisor or the main contact for this process

I tried to modify our loan with Specialize Loan Services and we were never given an answer as to why we not able to modify our loanKelly was our contact person and was always telling me that paperwork was missingthis went back and fourth for months It was over months and there was no resolutionThe company wanted us to do a quick sale and we were very clear that the house was not for saleMortgage payments were not posting to our credit report since June of We paid all money that they requested and still did not reporting our paymentsI pulled my credit report today and Specialize Loan Services is not on my credit report even though we are making monthly installmentsSLS raised our monthly payment even though we paid the overage paymentThis cannot be correct for any Loan Services Organization to treat a loan customerPlease investigate our loan and you will find that this company is not following correct procedures

I worked for SLS as a real estate broker/vendor performing a BPO (broker opinion of value) on April 29, It was agreed that upon completion of this BPO, I would receive $as compensation within 30-days It is now August 12, and after a phone call and several emails I still have not received paymentThey say that I did not complete this job according to their standards I have done BPOs for over years and there is the occasional property that has no current listing comps and/or no sales comparables to the property However, I did find several, the amount that they required, but they were not in the immediate area They kept rejecting my BPO because of lack of comparables in the area, yet they wanted me to go outside the county to get more These would have been rejected, as well, as the client would not accept a comparable property to be miles awayI did my best, I worked the usual 3-hours to complete this BPO, along with gas to get to the property, time, photos, etc., with the understanding that I would be paid for this jobThey refuse to pay me I would strongly suggest that other real estate agents and brokers STAY AWAY from this company as far as doing BPOs, or any other type of field service jobs, for them THEY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR WORK DONE

SLS has repeatedly misapplied funds to the wrong accounts when payments are sent in There has been calls made resolving this issue and each time I am being told incorrect company policy informationThey have not sent me any of the documentation I requested and they confirmed would be sent in regards to this matter Also they are telling me that I will have to continue to pay them money in order to not be considered delinquent on my loanI have no recourse and feel as though I am being taken advantage of

Many of the complaints here are indeed valid complaints(Un)Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) allegedly purchased our mortgage from *** *** Home Mortgage in November, 2018, however, it was ** and ONLY ** who sent a notice advising us of this change, LESS than two weeks prior to our next mortgage due dateNo communications whatsoever were received from SLS forcing us to make several phone calls to SLSNonetheless, we mailed a payment to this party to the address indicated on the ** communication (USPS) in the absence of any communication from this partyThat was just the start of the problems, the tip of the massive icebergThe litany of issues and complications goes on seemingly ad infinitumFor one, the payment mailed on 11-22-for 12-01-was NOT deposited to our bank account for almost weeks, therefore we had no idea about the status of our paymentNext we were able to set up a "user" name and password (with a great, GREAT deal of difficulty such as being bounced from SLS's website to Computershare (the inept Australian owners of this company) back to the SLS site, several links within the SLS site, Computershare, SLS, etc, etc, etc, however, the SLS site returned a message that an account, details or information (mortgage) could not be located related to our mortgage or namesWithe a great deal of persistency, time and effort we were able to obtain a mortgage number but SLS STILL could NOT locate an SLS account related to our mortgage!
Fast-forwarding through a number of other problems, after finally being able to login into SLS, at the beginning of January 2019, we could only view scant information about our accountFast-forwarding through yet even more exhaustive communications and account issues (this company does NOT provide email addresses nor does their online communication portal provide complete message threads NOR the option to reply to their reply), to this date, we have NOT received a single mortgage statement NOR can we view mortgage statements on line, NOTHINGIn a conversation with SLS supervisors on January 22, (2-1/hours) we were told that our account had a "lock" on it which they called a "mail code lock", preventing access to mortgage statements and, two, making online payments, all due to a Chapter repayment plan that had been dismissed (completed) and registered as such with the courts for over two yearsThe former mortgage company (** Home Mortgage) had removed all references to that CHand we in fact have established credit lines with major credit card companies with high limitsOur FICO scores are 800-and continuously risingBottom line, SLS should not have "locked" or account due to a DISCHARGED CHcase that had been registered as discharged with the U.SCourt for over TWO yearsFurther, SLS irresponsibly picked this invalid information up from some obscure, severely out-of-date public records since ** had no references to that CHon our mortgage account and, again, we have reestablished high credit limitsThe site is still difficult to log into, scant information on our mortgage is available and, again, we are still struggling to resolve the litany of issues with this disastrous mortgage acquisitionThis is simply one of the most disorganized, inefficient (servers down for more than a day, also shutting down the telephone lines) and, as many others have commented, one of the most unprofessional entities in the financial industryLastly, we've learned that there was a class-action lawsuit filed in 2018, in the NY courts for almost identical issues, "misrepresenting the character and legal status of a consumer’s debt" (SLS locking our mortgage account for a Chapter case that has been discharged for OVER two years)Our next steps will very evidently have to be contacting the SLS CEO (Tony ***) and Computershare US CEO (Nick ***) instructing them to resolve the aforementioned issues immediately and valid, rightful demands for damages (distress, confusion, excessive irritation and agitation brought by SLS's inefficiencies)Meanwhile, Revdex.com, you need to lower this company's Revdex.com rating to far less than "B" (i.e"F" would be more appropriate and fitting, in light of all the similar, apparently valid mortgage holders' complaints)

recorded with the Alameda County Recorder's office in California I have new evidence from a federal court which proves all the documents filed at the recorder's office are false, yet they were used to foreclose and evict Thus if they sell my property to an unsuspecting buyer it might appear from a title search that all is ok, however the document I have from the federal court proves all recordings are false I prior provided this information to SLS, but they simply ignore Thus, I will be forced to litigate to get my home back
