Review: I requested a free trial of their product which was $4.95 on 05/28/14. This was paid in full. I then called within the 15 day time frame to cancel any further shipment & billing of their product. I believe I called within the first 5 days of June 2014. I received a cancellation # of [redacted]. However they have continued to bill me. Once on 06/13/14 and again on 06/29/14 - NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN SENT - so I don't understand why they are continuing to bill. I want a full refund. 06/13/14 $79.9706/29/14 $84.92Desired Settlement: A total of $164.89 refunded back to my bank account.

Response:

Our records indicate this customer contacted customer service and their account was cancelled on June 2, 2014. The only charge this customer incurred was the $4.95 shipping and handling fee for the trial bottle. We have not charged this customer anything else. We do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Review: Slimmer You Garcinia Cambogia's website states that you can order the product and try it out for 14 days, for only $4.95. If you don't cancel within 14 days, on the 15th day they automatically set your account to autoship and send you a bottle of the product every month for $88/mo. I ordered the product online on Thursday, 8/26/2013 and was charged $4.95. I received the product in the mail on Monday, 8/30/13. I decided that 14 days was not adequate time to actually use the product, so today, 10/2/2013 I called to cancel my 14 day trial and told the Customer Service Representative that 14 days was not long enough to try the product out. She said that she would extend my trial period by 10 days, to which I requested she not do, but just cancel my trial period today because I didn't want to forget and be charged nearly $90. The representative said that if I cancelled now I would either have to send the product back or pay $88 for it. I told her there wasn't any information about that on their website or on my shipping receipt. She said the information is on their website in their Terms & Conditions, to which I told her I had read and it didn't state such. She again told me it is there, but that I must have misinterpreted the information. I read her my shipping receipt which states, "Return Policy: In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment centar at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product provided you haven't been billed after your 14 day trial. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and you must not of been billed for the 14 day trial. You pay for return shipping. There is a $5.95 restocking fee per unit you are returning. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. [redacted]

Monthly Weight loss Program: You're going to love how fast and easy the pounds come off once you start using Garcinia Cambogia. That's why we want you to always have it on hand at the best price possible. In 14 days just $87.53 will be applied to this card for the first supply shipped. Then on day 30 and every 30 days thereafter you'll receive a fresh supply at the same low rate of $87.53, applied to the same account just used today. You're on COMPLETE control, call our customer service line to opt out or customize your shipments at any time."

The representative said she would try to make it so I didn't have to pay the $88 and told me there was no need to get upset. I had remained calm throughout the whole phone call and told her I just wanted my account canceled. I told her that what she was telling me was nowhere to be found on their website or in my shipping receipt and that their company needed to be reported. She laughed at me and said something like, "Oh gosh." She eventually said that it had all been taken care of and that I wouldn't be charged, but I still feel the need to report this company. Their business practices are not straightforward and it seems like a huge scam.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to remove my credit card information from their system and not to make any additional charges or withdrawals to my account. The representative I spoke to on the phone said it was all taken care of, but she didn't sound completely certain.

Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. When a customer places an order on our website, they have to check a box that states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale, that box must be checked off in order for the order to be processed. This customer did call into our customer service department, and the customer service agent did stop all future billings and shipments. As a courtesy, we have refunded the customer for the trial charge as well.

Review: I signed up for a free trial of the diet pill on 8/14/13 through the internet for $2.95. I received no information in the mail with my pills and no email to even tell me what to with the pills and who and where to call but knew that the cost would be way too high for me to continue with this program. I called customer service on 8/19/13 because I had not received the pills or any order confirmation emails like I thought I would have and he told me I could have an extended trial period until September 9th. I received the pills a couple of days after the phone call on 8/22/13 roughly. I started taking them for 3 days and had to stop after they gave me hives and my throat started closing up. I tried to call last friday 9/6/13 to cancel since the pills I could not take and could not get through on my break at work since the hours are during my work schedule. I then called back on Monday in my only free time for the day and did the you will not lose your place in line and a representative will get back to you when I answered the phone no one responded and I had no other time that day to talk because of work. I then tried contacting them again after work but they had closed a minute before. I was finally able to get a hold of someone on 9/11/13 and explained my situation and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none and that this would be non-refundable. After being hagled about the products and price breaks I said again no I just want to cancel and that I noticed a pre-authorization in my checking account for $87.53 that I would like removed. She said no she could not remove it. I said it's a pre-autorization yes you can and again she said no. I asked to speak with someone else and she said you can't there is not one else that can speak with you. Why am I being charged for a product that I had an allergic reaction to that made it impossible for me to get a hold of. The customer service rep did not seem to even care that I had an allergic reaction and blew it off like it wasn't a big deal at all. I cancelled all remaining and was told I would be emailed a cancellation notice which I still have not received. She told me that if I would have called on 9/09/13 they would have canceled and not charged me and I explained that if customer service had called me back in the only free time I had that day then I would've been able to. Nothing I said matter. I said this was a free trial and now you are just going to screw me out of $87.53 and still she wasn't going to do anything. I thought a free trial was truly that a chance to try something for free (even though I paid shipping) and then if you cancel you are not penalized for trying it for "free". I'd like a refund however I've gotten no where with this company. Please advise if you can assist me. Thanks!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $87.53 for a product that caused me to have an allergic reaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Almost two weeks ago I ordered a free trial of their Garcinia Cambogia product for the $4.95 shipping cost. I received the product just a few days ago. I found an email in my inbox this morning saying I was being charged for the "free trial" at a price of $87.53 which I had not agreed to pay at any point. I couldn't afford the overall cost which is why I got the free trial. When I called to see why I was charged and to get my money back, I was met with much resistance. I didn't get anywhere with the first lady who wanted to move me to some sort of premium membership...ummm, no. I asked to speak to her supervisor because she said the money was nonrefundable. I waited over six hours to be called back. When she finally did I asked to get my money refunded and she said the same thing. I was told that the website said that I had 14 days to try the product and cancel if I didn't like it (which I had never read). I had the product for THREE DAYS before I was charged. The supervisor actually raised her voice at me on the phone and wouldn't let me talk all that much. She was insistent that there was nothing she could do and it was all my fault. After much debate she said the best she could do was give me a 25% refund. That's ridiculous. So after my calling bs on the situation, she talked to her manager and they offered a 50% refund. That's still not okay. They're stealing money from people. I took the 50% refund and got off the phone because I didn't want to go in circles anymore. I want my money back. Their customer service was horrible and I don't agree with their doing that to anyone.Desired Settlement: I want the other half of my money back. The whole situation is ridiculous. Their customer service policy should be like anyone else's in saying that the customer is always right...instead they argue with customers and don't offer anything to fix the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. When a customer signs up online the terms and conditions are clearly stated and must be agreed to making it a legal and binding agreement. We offer a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply. If we do not hear back from the customer within the first 14 days we assume the customer loves the product and we charge the full retail price of $87.53 per the terms and conditions which is a legal and binding agreement. This customer signed up on 9/21/14. Their trial ended on 10/5 and they were charged on 10/6. The customer called for the first time after being charged on 10/6. The account was cancelled per their request and they agreed to take a 50% refund and to keep the bottle. That refund was processed on 10/6. As a courtesy, we have refunded the remaining amount of $43.77. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.

Review: I noticed an $87.53 charge on my account. I was unaware of this charge nor did I recieve the item. My boyfriend ordered the item and it never came in. I first payed 4.95$ for shipping charges. I called up the place [redacted] and I spoke to two people and I asked for a supervisor and they said a supervisor was not available. The lady offered me a 25% refund but I said I wanted a full refund and to speak to a supervisor. She than insisted of giving a 50% refund and that was the best she could do. I than called back to try and speak to a supervisor and he also said the supervisor was not avaible. I told them I work at a law office which I currently do and I would get the banks involved.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund also the bottle that I never recieved.

When a customer signs up online the terms and conditions are clearly stated. We offer a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply. The customer must agree to the terms which is their consent for us to charge them once their trial is over unless they cancel within the trial period. The order will not go through unless the terms are agreed to. Our records indicate [redacted] ordered online on 10/3/14. Per tracking number [redacted] the package was shipped on 10/7 and delivered. The customer called on 10/20 and was refunded in full $87.53 and also sent an additional bottle for free. Tracking number [redacted] was delivered on 10/22. We do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Review: Company advertises a free trial of product that intices consumer into a contract for further shipments. Advertising is intended to mislead and collect on futures not expected by the consumer. Times allowed for customer to make changes are too short. Return procedures are not explained in initial advertising.Desired Settlement: Would expect refund of $87.53 to my credit card and investigation of other transactions by this company.

When a customer places an order on our website, the terms and conditions as well as the offer are clearly listed on the same page as the checkout, and the customer has to check off a box that they have read, and agree to the terms and conditions which state a 14 day trial which starts the day the order was placed. An email confirmation was also sent to the email address provided. This information is also on your original invoice with their first shipment. This customer placed their order on 12/20/13. Their 14 day trial ended on 1/3/14 and they were charged on 1/4/14 for the bottle they had already received and enrolled in a recurring program per the terms of the offer. This customer called our customer service department for the first time on 1/13/14 and was explained the terms. Customer requested the account be cancelled which it was. Customer stated they had already disputed this charge with their bank. The bank presented the dispute to us after already crediting this customer's account. We presented the proper documentation showing this was a valid and legal charge. On 2/25/14 the bank ruled in our favor, that the charge was valid and reversed the chargeback. As a courtesy, we will refund the customer $87.53. The refund will reflect back to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I purchased a 14 day free trial from this company and in the terms and conditions it stated that I could cancel ON OR BEFORE the 14th day. According to their rude customer service personnel, my 14th day fell on a weekend, when I had tried to explain that I had tried to call and cancel on that 14th day and learned that they were not open for business on the weekend I was simply told that I should've called to cancel sooner. When I tried to reason with the customer service rep to clear this up I was informed again that I should've just called on the 13th day if I had wanted to cancel. She then proceeded to read me the terms and conditions from the website that I agreed to by ordering the free trial, again stating that it said that I could cancel ON OR BEFORE the 14th day. They refused to abide by their own terms and conditions, had already charged me $87.53 for another month and refused to refund my money. The very rude customer service representative continued to talk over me, interrupt me and only offer that the fact that the terms and conditions gave me until the 14th day to cancel and that my 14th day fell on a weekend was unimportant and that had I just called in on the 13th day that I could've avoided this whole situation. Not only does this product NOT live up to it's claims, but the company does not abide by their own terms and conditions. I made several attempts to contact the company but was hung up on, placed on hold then disconnected and rerouted to a busy tone several times before finally reaching them on 4/29/14 by which time the $87.53 had already been taken from my debit card.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $87.53, cancellation of account that I did not sign up for and no further charges.

Review: I signed up for a free sample of the product and paid the shipping charges. After a couple of weeks I received 2 charges of $65.65 on my credit card. When I called, they told me that I checked a box indicating that I was aware that I would be billed the additional charges which I DID NOT. Thus far, they have refused to refund me the money for the unauthorized charges.Desired Settlement: Refund of 2 - $65.65 charges.

Review: I ordered the product slimmer you garcinia cambogia because the online advertising made it sound like all you pay is $4.95 with no additional payments and without being put in a monthly subscription thing. So I was shocked today 8/8/2013 [redacted] when I went online and saw that $87.53 was taken out of my account from them. I called them and explained that I am poor and would never pay $87.53 for something I could get for $5.00. The representative kept stating that it won't let me give you a refund because you are past your 14 day trial and it says in the terms and conditions that you can not have a refund after that. I told her that on the paper it says I have 30 days. she said she could not help me. I called another number and he said the same thing to me except he said "I will sign you back up because that is the only way I can give you a partial refund, and give you a 35% refund and as soon as you get your 35% refund you can cancel with us." I said ok because I want my money back, but then I went and read the terms and conditions, and it says exactly what my paper said! THAT I HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET A REFUND!!!! Now I am scared that if I don't do anything that I will not get my money back. To me this sounds like false advertising, fraud, and a scam to take money from people. I want to call a lawyer because I don't know what else to do! I am crying my eyes out because I don't have $87.53 to just give to people!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $87.53 and I want them to waive the $5.95 restocking fee and pay for the shipping because they caused me a bunch of stress and tears.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but when the customer placed their order online, they had to check off the box that they agree to the terms and conditions of the order they are going to place. If a customer is paying for the trial amount, which is the shipping only, and then to be billed for the whole amount in the amount of days stated, is always the trial offer, and there is no option to choose to now have any other charges on that offer. The customer was able to buy a bottle with no shipments or billing attached after that. As a courtesy, we have refunded the customer for the amount billed to them of $87.53

Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Review: This company Does NOT refund your money if you return/refuse the delivery of this product. They also DO NOT cancel your auto send when you ask. I canceled this product on June 17, 2013 and July 27, 2013 received another bottle of this product. I did not open it and refused it through the post office. When I called them to cancel once again on Monday, July 29, 2013, I was told that I would not be refunded my money as I did not return it properly according to their add. I informed them I was going to complain to the Revdex.com and the supervisor on the phone threatened me that Revdex.com would listen to my phone conversation, which I said that is fine as I asked to have my order canceled several times. I did not get a refund and do not believe I will get any refund in the future. I had to cancel my card. I STRONGLY encourage all of you to NOT use this product through this company. They are not truthful. This product did not work for me.Desired Settlement: I am complaining of this company for 2 reasons, one a refund and the other is to let eveyone know how this company treats their customers. I was quoted I would be billed $87.53, but when I checked my account I was only billed $46.77 so far.

Review: I ordered a trial of Slimmer You's Garcinia Cambogia product for a 2 week trial period. The terms state that you must call within the 2 week period to cancel your trial, or be charged the full price of $87.xx. I called on a Saturday to cancel, however the business was not open. My trial expired on a Sunday. When I called on Monday morning, the next business day that the company was open, I had already been charged full price, despite canceling that day. I spoke to a very rude representative that made no customer service attempts to rectify the situation. Most importantly, I was led to believe that if the company states that I have 14 days to call to cancel, that I would be able to call on any one of those 14 days. Nowhere in the terms and conditions that I have only business days or all days of the week. However, if this company doesn't specify that calls can only be made on business days, M-F, then they should be available all days to accept calls. They do post the days & hours of operation on the website, but it is not ethical to advertise a 14 day period when it truly is only 10 (business) days.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my charge refunded and I will gladly send back the remaining product as asked in the terms and conditions

Review: I saw an ad for this Garcinia product on [redacted]. It stated a free trial sample was available, and all you had to pay for was shipping, which was about $4.95. On this ad site, the fine print was well hidden apparently, because I never saw anything regarding future billing. My debit card was hit for $87.53 on June 4, 2014, then again for this same amount on June 17, less than 2 weeks later. I had no idea what this second charge was about, so I called and my request for a full refund was denied because they claimed that the refund period had already passed based on their terms and conditions that I had never even seen. No one ever told me such a thing, nor was any of this stated clearly on the coupon site, nor was it in the original payment receipt email. I explained to them that I had no been made aware of any such billing, and I surely did not authorize my debit card to be billed. The agent stated that by not calling to cancel this mysterious monthly fee, I was automatically enrolled in their Garcina program. This is a total scam, and even if they found a way to legally slip between the cracks, they are ripping people off for a lot of money by this advertising trickery that does NOT in any way make clear the "terms and conditions" that they blatantly use against customers to avoid issuing refunds. I was very frustrated on the phone, and the agent agreed to cancel my "enrollment" to avoid future fees, and said she would refund only 25%, which is not good enough for me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back. They billed me for a box I have not even received yet, and I would be more than happy to keep it sealed if/when it does arrive, and return it for a refund of the remainder of my money that they took from my account in a way that I deem malicious and underhanded. I certainly did not give my permission for this transaction.

When a customer places an order on our website, the terms and conditions as well as the offer are clearly listed on the same page as the checkout, and the customer has to check off a box that they have read, and agree to the terms and conditions. There is also an additional link to the terms and conditions that can be easily clicked on. The terms of the offer state a free 14 day trial of a 30 Day Supply. Basically, you get to try a 30 day supply absolutely FREE for the first 14 days. If we don't hear back from you before the end of that trial period, we'll assume that you love the results and you are charged the retail price of the bottle and we'll enroll you in our monthly program.

The customer placed their order on 5/18/14 and called for the first time on 6/18/14 which is outside the 30 day return policy stated in the terms. The account was cancelled on 6/18/14 per the customers request. As a courtesy the customer was offered a partial refund of $21.88 of which they agreed to. As a courtesy, we will refund the remaining $65.65. The customer does not need to return the last product when they receive it. They can keep it as a courtesy. The refund should reflect back into the customers account within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I placed an order for Garcinia Cambogia. I never received confirmation that my order that was placed on line was actually processed. I received two bottles about 2 weeks later: Garcinia Cambogia and Slimmer You Green Coffee. There was no written instructions given with the products only what was on the bottles which were not clear as to when to take them. I then called the phone number on Sept 17, to verify when my "free trial" would be over and how to take the capsules I had received, which was on around the 16th of Sept. Talking with the young lady she advised me to take the tablets twice a day and to call back around in a week. I then called back on Sept 24, expressing that I felt that the Garcinia Cambrogia did not help, in fact that I had gain around 3 lbs. I was then advised to continue to try the pills/capsules and advised to take 2 capsules of the Garcinia and 1 Slimmer You capsule with each meal. She had also stated that she would cancel my order, but wanted me to try the pills to see if it would make a difference and did ask that I call back with results around the 1st of Oct. Needless to say I called back this morning only to have a staff challenging me and offering me a coupon to buy a "Cleansing" natural substance, not listening to me that the Garcinia did not help and I wanted my refund. She then went on arguing with me stating that I could not get my refund being that I should have called back to cancel on the 1st of Oct.I tried to explain my last conversation but she kept arguing with me and telling me how "Garcinia Cambogia" has helped her. She then stated that all conversations were recorded and I asked her for a transcript which she stated that I was unable to get, to prove that the past telephone operator said she would cancel my order but again all she did was argue with me. She then offered to give me $42 something back but if I disputed the refund I would not be able to get it! She had me on the phone arguing with me all the for 16 mins.I just want my refund,Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a complete refund of $87.53. I made it known 3 times that the product was working for me and they kept insisting to continue to giving it a try. The Phone operator on my call Sept. 24 told me that she would cancel my order and was a little confused as to why the 1st operator had me call back to soon after she had extended my trial time. I would also like to know why I wouldn't be able to receive the transcript of my conversations with each of the phone operators.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have reviewed this account and the customer wanted to keep the product to continue to try it at a discounted rate, so the customer service agent processed a refund for 50% on the customers account. At this time, since the customer is now stating that they do not wish to continue, we will refund the customer in full. They will see that credit within 4-6 business days.

Review: I have been charged for two months of supplements that I NEVER authorized to process. I do not want these 30 day supplies that are being sent and never authorized these charges. The only thing I signed up for is the Free 30 day supply in whcih I agreed to pay shipping charges of approxciamtely $3.00. I have tried to contact this company numeorus times in the last 30 days and cannot send them emails because their email address is "full?".

I am going to my credit union tomorrow to sign dispute papers for both charges. One in August and one in September. Both for $87.53. Totalling $175.06.

This company should not be allowed to do business on the internet or anywhere. People do not have money in this horrible economic environment to be screwing around with fraudulant companies.Desired Settlement: I am not waiting any longer to receive my money back. I will attempt to dispute with my credit union tomrorow am. I would also like a follow-up from the Revdex.com and would like this company out-of-business. I can only imagine how many people they have taken money from. I will send any and all supplements that were shipped to me without my consent back to the company.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but when you place an order on the website, you have to check off that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale. The terms and conditions are also listed on the same page, if that box is not checked off, the order will not be placed. Additionally, there is a customer service telephone number both in the terms and conditions, and on the invoice that are sent to the customer for them to call in and cancel or modify their order at anytime. This customer has never called into customer service for us to be able to help her, since this order was placed online. When a customer calls in and the agent logs into their account, it automatically notes that someone has entered that account, no one has ever entered this customers account prior to my accessing it today. As a courtesy, we have refunded the customers account, and we do ask that they send the product back to us.

Review: I signed up for a $2.95 trial on 9/7/13. There was no mention on the webpage of signing up for an auto-refill plan or any type of ongoing purchase, nor was there in the terms and conditions. The webpage made it appear as though I was shopping in a typical online store and making a one-time product purchase, which was being offered at a discount in the hope that I would like it and be a return customer. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything beyond that, and would never have purchased the product had that been the case. There was no webpage text regarding an enrollment plan, no disclaimer, no asterisk pointing toward additional information, etc. There was also no language to that effect in my email confirmation nor in the product package that arrived. I tried several of the pills and they caused severe gastrointestinal distress, so I certainly had no interest in continuing to use the product.

On 9/22/13 my credit card statement showed a pending charge of $87.53. I called the company on 9/23/13 and spoke with [redacted] She informed me that I had enrolled in an auto-refill plan and that I was unable to cancel the charge. I explained to her that I did NOT sign up for such a program and never authorized further use of my credit card. She insisted that I did, and that the information was contained in the Terms and Conditions. However, there was nothing to that effect in the Terms and Conditions; it only contained information about pursuing a refund and about webpage usage. I am not seeking refund for the initial purchase of $2.95; I am protesting an additional, unauthorized charge. [redacted] emphatically argued with me about this, and only agreed to refund my money after I informed her that I planned to dispute the charge with the credit card company and the Revdex.com.

I thought the matter was settled, but on 9/24/13 a processed charge for $87.53 appeared on my credit card statement. The pending charge had not been dropped or refunded after all; it was charged to me. I am seeking a refund for those charges. Misleading the customer and failing to fully and adequately disclose an auto-enrollment plan is a fraudulent business practice, as is making an unauthorized charge to a credit card. If I am unable to resolve this matter through the Revdex.com, I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company, as well as filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.Desired Settlement: I am requested a full credit card refund in the amount of $87.53, and the assurance that I will not be billed further.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but when an order is placed on our website, the customer has to check off a box that states they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale, if they do not check that off, the order will not go through. Additionally, on that page you will find the terms and conditions listed. The customer called in and spoke to our customer service department, and they honored a refund for the customer telling them that it can take 7-10 business days to process. After looking in the system, it does look as though the refund was processed this morning and the customer should see that reflection on their account within 4-6 business days. Thank you.

Review: I ordered Garcinia Cambogia on May 21st 2014. They give you 14 days to try the product and cancel your services or be charged $80.00 for the bottle. I called the first time to cancel and the gentleman on the other end was very nice and told me since I hadn't seen any results, he was going to extend my trial period which put it at another 14 days. So now we are at June 4th. When I called back the second time to cancel, the lady on the other end told me to "up my dosage" and she was also going to extend my trial period again and if I wanted to keep taking the product, that she would discount it 50%. So now we are at June 18th. I wake up at 7:00am on the morning of July 3rd to find that my bank account had been credited for $43.77 saying that I had purchased a month supply of Garcinia Cambogia. I was told the previous time I had called that I had until July 3rd to cancel my trial. So I called the company and when I wanted to cancel, the lady kept offering me other products saying she understood and I kept telling her over and over and over that I didn't like the product, that it wasn't working, I didn't want to try anything else I just wanted to cancel and get my refund. So she finally gave me a cancellation number and when I asked if my $43.77 was going to be credited, she told me no that I had to call by Midnight on the 2nd and on her computer in the notes, it said the July 2nd. So I told her if that was true, than in my e-mail where it states that I bought another month supply if I would be getting more and she told me no because I was out of their trial period.

In my e-mail, it states the Items in my Order are

Garcinia Cambogia Month Supply (Member Program) for a total of $43.77Desired Settlement: All in all, I would like a refund of my $43.77 because the product did not work for me at all. I seen no results and I did exactly what the employees told me to do. But if they refuse to do that since I missed calling them and canceling my Trial Period by less than 7 hours, I would at least like another month supply like they have stated in my "Confirmation E-Mail."

When a customer places an order on our website the terms and conditions of the offer are clearly stated on the check out page and must be agreed to by the customer making it a legal and binding contract. The terms clearly state a 14 trial of a 30 day supply. If the customer does not call customer service to cancel within the first 14 days they will be charged the full retail price of the bottle and enrolled in a monthly subscription. This customer placed their order on May 20, 2014 and called our customer service for the first time on 6/3/14. The customer agreed to an extension of her trial period until 6/18/14 as well as a 50% future discount. The customer called again on June 17, 2014 and was given another extension until July 3, 2014. We did pull the call and the agent clearly specified the customer must call back by July 2, 2014 to cancel if they do not wish to be bill. The customer did not call back on July 2, 2014 and was charged $43.77 for the trial bottle. As a courtesy, we have refunded back $43.77. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to reflect back to the original method of payment. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I have been charged numerous times from this company. Each time I am charged I call them complain and after a lengthy conversation they issue me a partial credit. However when I check my credit card there is a partial credit given but then there is another charge. Last time I contacted them I was told they were going to give me back 100% of my money. This was not done. They have charged me thus far $283.56 USD. I have received credits for $177.51 USD. More importantly I worry about the customers not seeing there charges are giving in before they receive any credits.Desired Settlement: I obviously would love to see a full credit, but honestly I would like to see the company out of business. I just feel like they are scamming people

Review: I ordered a free trial of the advertise product, which first arrived late. The product should have come in 3 business days to take full advantage of the trial period. Once I took the product and tried to contact the customer service to say that the product did not work and I did not want to continue use I was unable to reach anyone. I have called 6 times and no one answers the line and the wait time on the automated system continues to grow as you wait. I was then charged $87.00 because I was unable to reach anyone in customer service. First the product does not work as described, secondly the company does not give you the opportunity to cancel the product or receive it in time to comply with the terms of the purchase. This seems like a scam and if it is not, there should at least be a customer service number in which someone can be reached to cancel the purchase before it charges you. I also have not received the second bottle, but yet am being charged for it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $87.00 charged to me for products I have not received and a cancelation of all further items that may have not been shipped yet.

Review: I placed an order for the free trial from the company Slimmer You Garcinia Cambogia. When I called to cancel my account I was given a cancellation number and was advised that I would receive a refund, when I didn't I then contacted the customer service department again (worst customer service ever!) only to find out that apparently I was given the wrong information and that they would not refund the $87.53 they charged my account. The only thing the customer service rep could keep repeating was that according to the term and conditions I technically did not have 14 days to try the product, I only had 9 days from the the day I actually received it in the mail because they consider the trial to start the day you place the order. I explained to the rep the day I canceled my account that the product triggered my migrains of which I have a history of, therefore I could no longer use the product, and asked if I should return the product. I was advised that it was mine to keep, but at no time was told I would be charged the full amount for the supposed trial bottle, and no where on the website does it state that.

After I felt that I was not getting anywhere with the service rep I was talking to, I asked to speak to a supervisor, another lady got on the phone claiming she was the floor supervisor at the time (could have been anybody) and she flat out told me in no uncertain terms that she would not give me a refund. I said thank you and hung up. I feel that a company who claims for the consumer to be 100% satisfied and isn't that they should be willing to work with the dissatisfied customer and give them the best customer service possible. FYI IT DID NOT HAPPEN IN THIS CASEDesired Settlement: I would like the company to issue a full refund to my account in the amount of $87.53

This customer placed their order on 5/14/14. The customer must call to cancel within the 14 day period or they will be billed and enrolled in a monthly subscription per the terms and conditions they agreed to. The customer called on 5/29/14 for the first time to cancel. As a courtesy, we have refunded the customer $87.53. The refund should reflect back within 2-3 business days We do apologize for any inconvenience.
