Response:

Thank you for contacting us with your concern. We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied. However, we do not charge $88.41 nor do we charge $5 for shipping and handling. We charge $87.53 at the end of the trial period if we do not hear back from you. Per the terms which is clearly stated on our website and must be agreed to, we offer a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply. At the end of the trial if we do not hear back from you we simply apply $87.53 which is the full retail price of the bottle. Our records show you signed up on 10/8/14 and your trial ended on 10/22/14. Your first call to our customer service was on 11/7/14. We cancelled your account and refunded you $87.53. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect back to your account. It seems you may have ordered another product from a different vendor because we do not charge $88.41. We do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Review: on January 12, 2014 my wife and I placed an order for Garcinia Cambogia from this company, there was a 14 day trial period, I tried to call them back on the weekend before the trial period was up to tell them that it didn't work, but they were closed, I called on Monday, the person said that our credit had been charged and the trial period was up, and that he would send us a $100.00 walmart gift certificate to use. As of today, I have called 1-888-444-6228 six (6) times and talked to (6) different people who say that they have put a rush on my certificate, and we never hear or receive anything in the mail. I have written documentation and names on each phone call. Also there is another number on the order form (888-278-6952)Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of approx. $57.00 on my credit card or a valid check!

When a customer places an order on our website, the terms and conditions as well as the offer are clearly listed on the same page as the checkout, and the customer has to check off a box that they have read, and agree to the terms and conditions which state a 14 day trial which starts the day the order was placed. An email confirmation was also sent to the email address provided. This information is also on your original invoice with their first shipment. This customer placed their order on 1/12/14. Their 14 day trial ended on 1/26/14 and they were charged on 1/27/14 for the bottle they had already received and enrolled in a recurring program per the terms of the offer. This customer called our customer service department for the first time on 1/28/14 and was explained the terms. Customer requested the account be cancelled which it was. Customer agreed to a 35% refund of which they agreed. Refund was processed on 1/29/14. Customer was also sent a $100 retail rewards voucher. We do apologize if the voucher was not received. As a courtesy we will refund the remaining $56.90 which should reflect back into their account within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Dear Sir My name is [redacted] I ordered your trial offer for $4.95 on 7/5/2014. You charged our Visa debit card $87.53. I have contacted contacted you and stated to cancel but you stated that it was too late on the $87.53 (this $87.53 should have never been on the debit card in the first place) so I do not buy your response that this could not be changed. I contacted you on this and you stated a cancellation Code on 7/20/14. I read in your comments this has happened to other people. I am demanding that you Repay the Visa debit card bill of $87.53. We owe only the $4.95 shipping bill for the free sample. I am not sure what kind of scam you are running but if I do not get a response from you and the money you owe us I will start calling anyone I can to try to sue you and find out my rights as well as letting everyone know on Facebook or anything else I can find to let them know of your scam.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount back to my debit card.

When a customer places an order online the terms and conditions are clearly stated and the customer must agree to these terms or the order will not process. The customer signed up for a free 14 day Trial of a 30 day supply. We do not offer a sample of the product. The customer must contact customer service within the 14 days to cancel. If they do not we assume they love the product and charge them the full retail price of the bottle. Our records indicate this customers free trial ended on 7/18/14 and they were charged on 7/19/14. The customer called on 7/19/14 and the account was cancelled per their request. As a courtesy, we have refunded the customer $87.53. The refund will reflect back to their original method of payment within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.

Review: I was unaware when I signed up for the product that is was a 14 day free trial. Apparently in their SMALL print somewhere in their agreements section it is mentioned. Apparently after reading all the complaints against this company I was not the only one that missed that fine print. They really need to send out email confirmations and notifications but I suppose if they do that they can't make any money trapping people into a membership. I even looked at their website again prior to posting since I was looking for their return policy and no where does it state anywhere on the main website page that this is a membership it simply states "claim your free bottle today" and once I got into the site it states just pay shipping. Again, there is no statement anywhere on the main website stating this is a trial offer and you will be charges monthly. Very miss leading I finally found it on the very bottom in very small print you have to click the terms & conditions to read. Easily missed and very misleading advertising! However, I will accept responsibility for "supposedly" missing that in their fine print per what their customer service representative said on the phone. However, they did charge me for a second bottle which I have not received yet. I asked if I can cancel shipment or return if for a refund once I receive it since I am not happy with the first bottle so I definitely do not want a second. If I would had known I was getting recurrent charges I would have cancelled sooner but I didn't until I looked at my card statement and saw all the charges. The customer service representative I spoke with said they do not offer a refund policy. However, I saw no where on their website that states "all sales are final". In fact under that same small print terms & conditions link at the very bottom of their website it states for a refund contact customer service(which I did) for a "return merchandise authorization number" which I can put on the outside of my return package and mail to the fulfillment center. However, the pushy customer service representative told me they don't offer refunds and I was stuck with the charges and the product and would not give me a number so I can return it once I receive it.. I would like to return the one "bottle that I was charged for and is supposedly shipped" that I have not received yet for a full refund. BUYERS BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY! I normally never post any thoughts or comments but feel very deceived by them on more than one occasion. I am not asking for much other than the return and refund of a product I have not received yet that I am unhappy with.Desired Settlement: Refund last charge back to card or send check refund no product credit

We do apologize but all of our terms and conditions are listed right on the screen when an order is placed and the customer must check off a box that states they agree to the terms and conditions. If the customer fails to check off that box, the order will not be processed. As a courtesy, we have refunded this order. The customer will see a credit within 4-6 business days.

Review: This company is advertising a dietary supplement for weight loss and offers the first bottle ( good for 30 days) for just the shipping and handling of $4.95. They said that after 14 days of shipping the order they will charge for the next month supply ( $87.53). The deduction on my bank debit card appeared only one week after the order and even before I received the product. I called and asked for my account to be terminated and for my next payment to be reimbursed and they offered me a [redacted] a 50% discount on the next order but not my money back. This is a scam! I can't pay for something I haven't even received. I will appreciate any help you can give me and others who have become victims of this company.Desired Settlement: I want my $87.53 plus tax returned to me.

We apologize for any confusion but when a customer places an order, they have to agree to the terms and conditions in order for the order to be placed. In addition, the customer is able to call customer service at anytime to cancel their orders and get a refund on their account within the refund period. At this time, we have refunded the customer and they should see this credit on their account within 5-7 business days

The commercial lead people to believe that Pure Coffee Bean Pus and Pure Garcinia Cambogia, were the same company; also, the $4.99 was for a free trial. They aren't. I cancelled my orders on September 18,2014; after I found out besides taking out the $4.99 and then $78.00 and $87.00. The gentleman I spoke to, said the orders would be closed. On September26th the Garcinia Camogia took out of my account. I called them and they will not reimburse my $78.00. Yhese companies are scammers. Do notfall for any of thier advertisements.

Review: I contacted this company on 7/14 (per my phone records) and asked that my service with them be discontinued due to being a high risk pregnancy. After the man continued to try to get me to continue with the product, I repeatedly told him to discontinue my product. He told me that he would do that for me. I told him I would start up the product again if I felt like it after my pregnancy, but right now my pregnancy was my first concern. He was extremely rude and continued to push me to continue. I had to raise my voice and demand his stop the service. He obliged. I just received an email and a shipment of more of the product! He told me it would be discontinued that day. As of today I have not been charged for it, but I am watching my account closely. When I received this email and the package, I attempted to call their number for days. It would ring and then hang up, which it had never done before. My order number is 3678584.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide me with proof that they will discontinue my account with them, not reach out to me for further purchases and not charge my account. I want proof that I am not longer with them.

Review: I was sent to a website via email that linked me to a free trial of green coffee and garcinia vitamins and as advertised all I had to do was send the shipping costs. I gave them the shipping costs and verified on my visa they went through. I filled out the form and visa information for the free trial. The terms and conditions from that site had not stated any of the comments that the customer representative said it did(I spoke to them today requesting my money back and to cancel\return this order that arrived today)-He was quick to point out a site to validate the terms and conditions of cancellation time and repeat billing. These terms were not on the original site that I placed my order on. I believe they lure you in with one free trial url and when you finally realize that they are billing a large amount monthly they point you to their on-line site which has a different url. Noting that the original pages I ordered their product from did not mention that I had fourteen days to cancel the order(I never even received the product within fourteen days) and no mention of the cost of the product nor the repeat billing.I have been charged over $450.00 for a product that I didn't want to keep or get repetitive supplies of.Desired Settlement: I want full refund for the two trial products that I was only supposed to pay shipping on - total value $239.37 CDN

On February 10, 2015 [redacted] signed up online from IP address [redacted] for a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply of our products. For the price of shipping and handling we send the customer a 30 day supply. We allow 14 days from the order date before [redacted] has to pay for the product unless the customer has called within the 14 days to opt out. If they do not opt out they will be charged for the 30 day supply they received and enrolled in a monthly program. Our records indicate [redacted] called our customer service for the first time to cancel on 3/25/15, 45 days from their original order date. At that time [redacted] agreed to a 25% refund to settle the account seeing they were outside the 30 day return policy as stated in the terms and conditions which are clearly stated when the customer placed their order. Those terms must be agreed to by clicking the accept box. If the terms are not accepted the order will not go through. The terms and conditions are a legal and binding agreement. As a courtesy we have refunded the customer the remainder of the charges for a total refund of $372.80 USD. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect back to your bank account. [redacted] now has 4 bottles worth over $372 for just $7.94. We do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Dear Sir

My name is [redacted]. I ordered your trial offer for $4.95 on 5/12/14. You charged our Visa debit card $87.53. I have contacted contacted you and stated to cancel but you stated that it was too late on the $87.53 (this $87.53 should have never been on the debit card in the first place) so I do not buy your response that this could not be changed. And then, I’ll be damned, if you did not add another charge on 5/24/14 of $29.99. I contacted you on this and you stated a “cancellation Code” C112080 on 5/29/14.

I read in your comments this has happened to other people.

I am demanding that you Repay the 5/12/14 Visa debit card bill of $87.53 and also the Visa debit card bill of $29.99 on 5/24/14. We owe only the $4.95 shipping bill for the free sample.

I am not sure what kind of scam you are running but if I do not get a response from you and the money you owe us I will start calling anyone I can to try to sue you and find out my rights as well as letting everyone know on Facebook or anything else I can find to let them know of your scam.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. I should have only been charged $4.95 for the trial offer and was charged $87.53 +$29.99.

The customer called again on 5/29/14 and requested to cancel the account. The account was cancelled on 5/29/14 per the customer's request. Our terms and conditions clearly state a 30 day return policy from the date of the original order. The customer was already outside of the return policy when they called on 5/29/14. Review: Two days ago, I filed a complaint against the unauthorized charge of Garcinia Cambogia. Today I got another charged of 114.48 of a product Green Bean Plus, which I did not even agree to buy in the first place. And I need them to stop charging anything from my card, I did not agree to buy anything here!Desired Settlement: FULL refund of the Green Bean Plus, 114.48 CAD

When a customer signs up online the terms and conditions are clearly stated on the checkout page. The customer must agree to the terms of the order will not go through. As the customer stated, they did in fact sign up for a free 14 day trial of a 30 day supply. At the end of the 14 day trial if we do not hear back from the customer we will assume they love the product and we charge the full retail price of $87.53 as stated in the terms. Our records show this customers trial ended on 9/7/14. The customer called on 9/8/14 and their account was cancelled and they were refunded that same day $87.53. The refund takes 2-3 business days to reflect back into their account. We do apologize for the misunderstanding and the for longer than usual hold times.

Review: I purchased a FREE TRIAL. A FREE TRIAL. All I had to pay is the $4.95 for shipping. 2 weeks later I was charged $87. The website clearly states I am getting a free trial. I have a receipt that shows what I bought. When I called to ask about the charge they told me I should have had a receipt in the package telling me that the terms were changed. Did not have a receipt in the package. There is not access to the terms and conditions when you are checking out. I did not click anything stating that I authorized a charge for $87 at a later date. They are obviously thieves.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: A while back, I had signed up for a free trial of the Garcinia Cambogia for the cost of about $5.00. A few weeks later my credit card was charged $87.53 from this same company. At no time did I agree to be charged $87.53 for this product. I tried to call the company but was left on hold for a very long time. After a few calls, I was finally able to talk to somebody and ask why I was charged $87.53. I was told that I agreed to the charge and could not return the product that I had been sent. I was then told that another shipment had gone out that day and I was charged another $87.53. The person on the phone said that I could return the one that had just shipped but I had to wait until it arrived and then call back to get directions on how to return it. She would not give me directions while I was already on the phone. The funny thing is that she told me it had already shipped and could not be stopped but it was several days later that I received an e-mail saying that it had just shipped that day. This leads me to believe that it could have been stopped and the charge could have been reversed. Now, I am left to fight with these people all over again to figure out how to return the product and get a refund on my credit card. After I spoke to their customer service agent, I went back to look at the website that I had ordered the free trial from via a Facebook post. I walked through the exact steps to sign up for the free trial and at no time was I told that I was signing up for a subscription. At not point was I told that I would be charge $87.00. Trust me, I would never agree to pay that much money for any product on a monthly basis. If you google this product you will find many, many people with the same complaint towards this company. It appears as though I was just another victim of a scam. I need to get this situation resolved so that I am not charged a third time for a product that I do not want.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded both charges of $87.53. I will be happy to return the unopened products to the company if I am given the proper information to do so without having to wait on hold for hours. I also want to make sure that this so called subscription is canceled.

Review: I was sent two products from the same website. Pure Garcina Cambogia and Green Coffee Extract. Within the 14 day window I called the number that was listed on the receipt I was given for customer service and cancellations. I called this number within the 14 day window to cancel. On the 15th day I was billed the full amount of $87.53. I was told that they number listed was not the number for their company rather a number for the second supplement Green Coffee Extract. The information was misleading and unclear. Upon receiving a bill I called The Company "SlimmerYou" and they would not refund my money. I feel taken advantage of and used.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $87.53

Review: On 09/30/2013 I ordered a free trial of this product and was aware of the 14 day period. I called and advised to stop order and that I would need no further products from this company. The person I spoke to did not understand English very well but I was in hope that I was able to stop any further actions. The reason I did not wish to do business with them was due to the Revdex.com reports and reviews later reported. On 10/15/2013 I observed my statement and had been charged $87.53. This was not authorized be me or my wife. I have been trying to contact this company by calling 1-888-278-6952 and 1-888-444-6228 with no success. I have also attempted to contact by way of e-mail and any and all e-mails have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I am praying that you help in this matter and a refund is granted back to my account. Also stop this company from withdrawing from my account.

We do apologize but when the customer called in to cancel their order, the charge was voided at that time, which means it did not settle on their account, therefore there is no credit due at this time. Thank you

Review: 87.53 was paid for one bottle of 60 capsules. After agreeing to canceling my "membership" they refused to refund any portion of what they had already collected from my bank account "as per company policy" (14 day trial period). I am writing to state that any company who chooses to use and stand behind the word "policy" as a justifiable excuse for taking advantage of a customer is worth the time and energy I've presently taken to complain!

I absolively wish to compensate for this bottle of Pure Garcinia Cambogia with which I have in my hand (without any desire to continue receiving anything more) but at a cost of something more in the range of 43.67 of which I was offered under a "VIP" membership, this is more than reasonable on my behalf.

The customer contacted our customer service for the first time on 6/20/14. We certainly stand behind our product and that is why we have terms and conditions. We also want all our customers to be satisfied. We will be more than happy to refund you $43.76.

I was very angry and upset I did a lot of yelling because they were adamant about not refunding my money and they said there was nothing they could do. I canceled the product cancelation number 1207998 also disputed the charge with my bank.. I also had to cancel my bank card to protect myself from being charged again. They told me if I canceled the dispute with my bank they would refund my money. and that my bank had to call them and tell them the dispute was canceled.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded

When a customer places an order on our website, the terms and conditions as well as the offer are clearly listed on the same page as the checkout, and the customer has to check off a box that they have read, and agree to the terms and conditions which state a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply which starts the day the order was placed. An email confirmation was also sent to the email address provided. This customer placed their order on 5/22/14. Their package was delivered on 5/27/14. If we do not hear back from the customer within the first 14 days of the trial we assume the customer loves the product and they are charged the full retail price of the bottle and enrolled in a monthly program. This customers trial ended on 6/5/14 and they were charged on 6/6/14. The customer contacted us for the first time on 6/6/14 and requested to cancel the account. The account was cancelled. Our terms and conditions clearly state our return/refund policy of which was agreed to by submitting the original order and checking off the agreed to box. We are more than willing to satisfy our customers and would've processed a full refund, however, the customer stated they have already disputed the charge with the bank. The bank will refund the customer in full. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I ordered on line a 30 day FREE TRAIL of Pure Garcinia Cambogia from SZT Contact Marketing Company located at 4023 Kennett Pike #777 Wilmington Delaware. Within weeks I received another bottle with a statement charging me $87.53. On the bottom of this page they stipulate their Return Policy so I began to call them working within their Return Policy instructions. Upon initial contact they hung up the phone and disconnected me several times. It is most difficult to reach them between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. (EST)if you are a working person. It should never be so difficult to reach any Company that is working with the general public but it is most difficult with this company. Finally, on Dec. 6th I was able to be finally connected to a Customer Service Representative who informed me that I was made aware of their company's order and billing policies upon initial ordering. I informed the representative that I ordered this product on line and it clearly stated " 30 DAY FREE TRAIL" and was never informed about all their policies. I asked for a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number and she stated that "NONE WAS AVAILABLE". This means that I, according to their Return Policy, could not return the merchandize for credit reimbursement. Then she went into a sales pitch, which I did not appreciate, and offered me two bottles of this product along with another product for around $19.00 and change. I informed her that I only wanted to return the product and cancel my order. She stated that I could not return the product and that an RMA number was "NOT AVAILABLE". She cancelled my order but wanted me to pay for the shipped merchandize. Then she placed me on hold only to come back on the phone to inform me that if I paid the $87.53 she would release a credit of $43.76 to my account. I informed her that she will not be paid anything. I am requesting assistance to receive a total credit on this NOT ORDERED product. I do not find that this product lives up to the weight loss claim that it makes.Desired Settlement: Total reimbursement to my credit card company.

Response:

We do apologize but all of our terms and conditions are listed right on the screen when an order is placed and the customer must check off a box that states they agree to the terms and conditions. If the customer fails to check off that box, the order will not be processed. As a courtesy, we have refunded this order. The customer will see a credit within 4-6 business days.

Review: I ordered this "free trail" from their website [redacted]

I was charged like they said I would be for the shipping only. April 23, 2015 $6.28 and $6.23. I was not notified of any sort of MUST CALL TO CANCEL ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS of SHIPMENT policy. I opened my VISA statement today to find that I was charged on May 8, 2015 the amounts of $121.14 for Slimmer Than You Pro Garcinia and $111.27 for Pure Green Coffee Bean Plus. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT and they are refusing to allow me to return it or get a refund.

This is misrepresentation. Here is a website dedicated to this exact scam [redacted].

If only I had read that before hand I wouldn't be here now. I am livid and only want to be refunded the money I was charged! I paid the shipping as I was asked to. That is what the deal was.

My order numbers are as follows: [redacted]?

I am only asking to be refunded the money that I was falsely conned into spending and illegally charging my credit card. The website is VERY misleading and I am very sad to know that companies are still pulling scams this way to take people's hard earned money.

I want a full refund of $232.41 please and thank you.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $232.41 please and thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our products. Our records show [redacted] signed up for a trial of a full 30 day supply of our products on April 21. At the end of the trial (14 days from the order date) if the customer has not called to cancel they will be charged for the bottle they already received. [redacted] first contacted us on 5/22 over 30 days past her order date. The terms of the conditions of the order are clearly stated and must be agreed to or the order will not go through. [redacted] agreed to a 40% partial refund on May 22. As a courtesy we have refunded the remaining amount of $113.76 USD. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect back to your account.
