Hello [redacted] , We received notice of your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us.With the review of your case we have confirmed that you were under a grandfathered billing based on your initial sign up dateWhen you chose to move to a different service plan you changed the cost of your service When you confirmed the change the previous service plan was ended and new plan started.As the previous pricing was changed when channel pricing was changed we as a courtesy left your pricing the same as we raised the price for new customers and customers who changed there service plansYou are now being charged the current pricing for the servicesThe previous grandfather pricing is no longer available Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concernsRegards, Sling TV Customer [email protected] www.sling.com
