I am rejecting this response because: First of all, it was set to cancel on November 30th (the end of the 3-month prepay). You automatically restarted the service when I added the $sports package -- and restarted it without my knowledge or
permission. Second, you still refuse to call me or speak with me in person about this. I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to pick up a phone and make a call***

I was not informed that pre-paying for the service would then void the trial period to test the service. That makes no sense to me even now. How can you offer a free trial, then insist people pre-pay, then declare that because they prepaid they no longer get your free trial offer? That was not made clear to me and I would like a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted by a manager who actually knew what they were doing, as opposed to the person who replied to this and doubled down on their illegal request for credit card information via unsecure email protocolThe manager who contacted me took care of the problem before even contacting me, and assured me that he had returned the overcharged amount, and fixed their system so that it wouldn't keep charging me double. If I was to be asked if I am satisfied with the actions of the manager who contacted me per the above paragraph, I would say yesHowever, I am being asked whether I accept the reply from the person who actually replied to this Revdex.com complaint aboveTo that, I obviously say noThey did nothing to correct the problem, but simply doubled down on their illegal and unethical business conductI want this to be known as a permanent part of their record with the Revdex.com - That in the face of being called out for illegal and unethical behavior, including asking customers to send credit card information via email (which is both stupid and insane), they chose to reply by insisting on the customer complying with their unethical, illegal and incredibly stupid request.If this reply is posted publicly for other customers to see, I want them to avoid business with this company at all costsThey have the business ethic of a Nigerian Prince asking you to transfer your savings account to themWhat they're doing to your personal, sensitive information, along with your identity, is placing it in the middle of a crowded room and hoping that nobody in the room decides to copy and keep the info
