I am rejecting this response because:your stilll not solving my problem I was never told that when I started service with you guys pleas go listen to the conversation I had with your rep I was never told I would be charge two months of service if I decide to add on something new to my plan that is something that needs to be discussed with customers when they start service yes I did pre pay for two months and again I am upset because I tried to add something new to my plan and was told I need to pay in total to add when on your plan rates it says nothing about if your a pre paid customer you need to pay months it only says add for $then at check out it charges me two months I am upset because I was never told that and it’s bogus to me that when I called reps pretended to be managers just discussed themselves with different name and title I will be disconnecting service soon if this continues

I also disputed the charge with my credit card company so I do not want it to reject the charge and get a credit back as wellShould you wait until the credit card dispute is resolved before issuing credit in the event that the dispute on the credit card is upheld? So far they have issued me provisional credit on the charge but I have not received a permanent adjustmentI just don't want to get credited back twice

I am rejecting this response because:I am and have not been using your serviceThe site was misleading thinking I could cancel withing days if I was dissatisfiedThe device is still in original package as shown in the picture.Its not like I used a service that would of put you out of time and materialYour server speeds were lacking and so It was like I was getting half a productTerrible browsingI could google things faster than trying to use your serviceThere is no reason why you should not be able to refund me in fullI did not even have the device before I tried to cancel
