2018. You disputed this charge with your bank; therefore, your account was disconnected on February 14, 2018. When you contacted us, you were informed that a payment would be required to restart the service. When we spoke, I confirmed that your account was canceled due to the payment dispute and I submitted a refund for $48.90. Please allow seven business days for processing.
