I am rejecting this response because: I canceled the order before the device shipped and you proceeded to ship it anyways.  I will be happy to return the device unopened for a refund which I was promised in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I don't want a refund.. you can keep the $24.99 that you extort from all of the innocent consumers who naively decide to do the trial membership. This is bigger than that.The reason I did go back and watch Sling (only once or twice) immediately after I tried to cancel was because I was so distrustful of Sling that I thought you would keep my money and end my membership so I was simply checking up on this. I have not used it since then.I can clearly see that Sling will never accept any responsibility in this matter, but I cannot just walk away and end the conversation. I learned from the Sling scam and went back to Direct TV NOW which states in very bold print that cancellation must occur before trial ends, and it is in clear view and plain language which doesn't mislead the consumer the way that Sling has done. Eventually enough consumers will be scammed by this company and hopefully their outrage will lead to some sort of change in the future.

Hello SlingTV Team,The offer I signed up for was advertised on your website and was given to me as an add-on option while I was paying for the services. You folks did not stand by your offer and cited that as a system error. To me that just means that a business does not respect the integrity of its website and has the option to change their mind any time they want. It is very easy to deny a customer for a few dollars but difficult to stand up for your organization's integrity. Hence, I reject your offer.

I am rejecting this response because:The implication of the business' reply is that it had already refunded the amount I was seeking. This is inaccurate, and is another of several manipulations of the truth by the business. I have spent significant time and effort communicating with the business about this matter, and was continually rejected and treated rudely. It was not until I filed complaints with the FTC, FCC, and Revdex.com, and issues a letter of intent (to sue) that the business refunded my money. As such, the response from the business is not acceptable, and it should offer an apology for the effort to "bully" me and for the time and effort I was required to spend. A business is not entitled to mistreat a customer, and only engage in proper business practice when "the little guy" has some muscle behind him or her.

I am rejecting this response because: This business states that they cannot give a refund but I find that to be deceitful. I never signed up for any products they could offer. I received weird emails from them but never thought anything of it until the day I saw that I got billed. I contacted this business at once. I ask only for a refund as I had never nor will I use their products. I hadnt even heard of sling.  They ask that I get my bank involved for fraud. I guess that will be my next step. But then I will have to go through and update my information everywhere when I have found no other issues and check my checking account daily. Because this "business" is "unable" to give a refund for a product never ordered or used.  I refuse to give them my credit card information. I should not need to do so.  The cost of them giving a refund to someone who never signed up for or used their stuff is probably far less than having a very upset person who feels that not only they were stolen from but treated badly after the fact. My assumption is that when I can get to my bank to file fraud charges, this Sling business will not be paid anyway. So, I would assume it would be in their favor to have someone that was satisfied with a simple reimbursement of a charge that they never accepted or initiated instead of a very upset person likely to ensure that everyone knows not to trust this company. But maybe they need bad publicity....? I would like a full refund of any and all charges that I did not approve that came out of my account as I stated when I first saw this fraudulent charge.
