our website, along with the option to chat with a representative to cancel your account or troubleshoot live for technical issues. Also, you can login to your account on sling.com with your email address and password and manage your account through there including cancellation. The phone number on the bank statements is a voice recording that also advises on how to contact us for customer service.We are unable to refund the disputed charges to your credit/debit card as Sling TV is a non-refundable prepaid service. Their streaming service continues to have serious compatibility issues with the device I own. Their technology department, in a recent email acknowledged this. It is to difficult to watch their content without frequent user intervention in an attempt to correct the issues that have not been addressed. While they acknowledge they are "working" to resolve the issues, they remain. One hour of watching content provided by their application, (App) on the Roku 4 device requires approximately eight user interventions to correct the issue. While I appreciate the company's offer, given all the issues, I do not believe it is a fair and equable resolution. The company is aware that I recently canceled the service effective at my next billing cycle. I do want their service when all their technical issues are solved and hope they notify me at which time I will gladly re-subscribe. When a customer/subscriber pays $130 for a device to almost exclusively watch their subscription, (Roku 4), service/content, there exists a normal expectation that it will work especially when this streaming device was manufactured with a Sling TV button on the remote. Their off is exactly the same given to customers who cancel their subscription the first time. Had I felt their offer was fair and equatable given all the time its taken me to attempt to remedy this matter, I would have accepted their offer at the time I chose to cancel.

these accounts started on 3/7/2017 and ended on 5-6-2017. At that time they automaticaly renewed per our terms of use. We show that you contacted us to cancel these account after they had already renewed. Both of these accounts are still being used. On one account we show that as of 5/28/2017 the account was used and the other account has been used as of 6/1/2017. As the services have been provided and utilized these charges are considered valid.Your accounts have been canceled as of 5/6/2017 and you will continue to receive service until 6/6/2017. After this your account will no longer renew and your card will not be charged again. If you are amenable to this offer, please respond to this e-mail with your acceptance. Upon reviewing your account, we are unable to refund the disputed charges to your credit/debit card as Sling TV is a non-refundable prepaid service. We understand you may have set up parental controls on some devices,  but we show a [redacted] stick connected to your account until Nov 19th. The parental control feature must be activated on each device connected to the Sling Service. There were a total of five devices connected to your account this information is available for your verification on our website under the members area of your account. As the rentals were ordered from your account on one of your devices we can offer no refund. Sling provides rental services even if there is no monthly service being utilized. We offer this service so customers can still enjoy there favorite movies with out a monthly subscription.
