refund of $28.08 as the services were never used. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process and will be applied back to the card originally used for the payment. You had a duplicate account under another e-mail which we have identified and cancelled to avoid any future charges. We are not able to refund the other account as Sling TV is a preaid service and non-refundable. If you do not recognize the charges, we encourage you to check with anyone in your household who might have access to your card information to ensure they did not order the service without your authorization. YES, I need a refund of $64.19 as soon as possible on my credit card. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and found that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I would like to clarify that the PPV service in contention was not initiated from our end. These were unauthorized charges. I would like to request Sling TV LLC to make sure that this does not happens in future. I am rejecting this response because Sling TV has refused to provide me a prepaid return shipping label to send back the incorrect [redacted] device they sent. I should not be covering the cost of shipping, I did not make the error. Sling TV also canceled my service after I sent in this complaint but did not refund the $44.99 in charges I have already paid.

They simply asked what email was associated with the sling account and I reply with [redacted]@yahoo.com..... that does not by any means imply that this situation is resolved .
