I am rejecting this response because:
so let me get this straight, I cancel the service before the plan was to be billed, when I call to dispute the charge, I am told that there is no record of me canceling the service.   The service was not only cancel before the charge was to be made, but also as soon as the charge was made.  I called in and talk to a representative who refused to refund the money for this fraudulent charge, and now that I am being forced to pay for a service that I canceled I am not supposed to utilize it? You could very easily terminate the service to where I cannot watch it and refund the full amount or at least the two day prorated amount that apparently I was forced into.   I cannot wait until this service is up, and will continue to tell every body I know what an atrocious service and company you maintain. I have not only contacted the Revdex.com, but have contacted the federal trade commission and my state Attorney General‘s office. This is pure out and out fraud, and I will not stop Until you are held accountable.   Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:I reluctantly cancelled my subscription to your service because of the lies confusion and stubbornness of your customer service and service and Supervisor... Have you reviewed your online ratings?  They are awful...They told me that they would prorate my acct and refund me 8.00 and then go back into my account and take out 40.00 for 2 months.. But that was not the original agreement...Now sneakingly they are posting pre pay for 2 months...I want the money to purchase my own streaming stick and a refund.. Since I didn't even watch Slingtv.. If you can't do that then keep the 19.99 and I will never do business with you again and take me off of your mailing list

of the Sling Orange and Kids extra services till 10-09-2017. Unfortunately as Gift cards are a form of payment and no changes to your subscriptions were made before adding the Gift card onto your account we are unable to change your services. I am rejecting this response because I cancelled the membership on the correct date. Your company refused to refund me. I am unable to use the service, as you can tell by me not using it at all. Your website says it is compatible with my devices but it is not. I cannot use this service without purchasing a faster internet speed (which is not available in my area). I can only use this with additional expenses which were not clearly outlined on your website before I agreed to the FREE trial. When I realized I could not use it, I cancelled it on the correct date.  Your company cons cons people into paying for a service that does not work like it should. It's fraud.
